• Laurence (10/5): Die unglaubliche und wunderschöne Wohnung an perfekter Lage! - Das Büro wo wir die Schlüssel abgeholt haben, haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren so unglaublich hilfsbereit.Alessandro hat uns dann noch Tipps gegeben.Definitiv beste Lage überhaupt!Für 2 Personen ist es eine sehr große Wohnung.Würde es jedem empfehlen. Nichts.Alles war einfach unglaublich.

• Robert (5/5): Une expérience un peu décevante - L’appartement est spacieux et bien situé. Le wifi fonctionne bien. Il y a eu des problèmes de drainage dans la salle de bain (lavabo et douche). La situation nous a empêché d’utiliser la douche et le lavabo la première journée. Nous avons rapporté la situation au gestionnaire qui a pris les mesures pour corriger le plus rapidement possible. Le séchoir à cheveux a pris en feu. Il a été remplacé le lendemain. Aucune pastille pour le lave-vaisselle ou de linge à vaisselle. L’appartement est correct mais nécessite un peu d’amour.
• Giulia (2/5): Sporco - Appena entrato c'era una puzza incredibile i cuscini sul letto erano sporchi stessa cosa anche il divano letto sporchissimo e cera in mezzo anche delle sporcizie. Apprendo la finestra della terrazza entrano numerose mosche che anche chiudendo la porta collegata alla cucina entrano lo stesso in cucina (nonostante non cera niente in cucina sono entrati tantissime mosche ) in pocche parole è un posto sporco sia dentro che fuori
• Louise (7/5): Booked apartment for ease of doing washing, so disappointed it wasn’t working - Location No kitchen towel, hand held shower had no where to hook onto wall , no shelf in shower, washing machine broken.
• Konstantina (9/5): Superb - The apartment was great and very comfortable! It was bigger than we expected. For two people the apartment is ideal! There wasn't very good sound insulation, but this wasn't a big problem for us!

Also very comfortable bed, chic location of the apartment and it is very spacious! Washing machine was damaged, also could not find the kettle
• Tom (3/5): Milan is very nice but next time I will choose a hotel - Very nice location, close to the metro and nearby restaurants. lots of space in the apartment, The contact with the office was quite difficult, they directed my fiancée to the wrong apartment at the beginning and did nothing about it. After checking in, an uninvited person visited the apartment and opened the door with his own key. I still have not heard an answer on this matter.
• B (10/5): Very clean, cosy apartment - good location everything was good
• Jack (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - we visited for a stay in October and were deeply disappointed with the place. To start off with when we checked into the apartment late afternoon the place appeared grubby. Dirty dishes remained unwashed in the dishwasher from the previous guests. We were not provided with any toilet roll. Sofa and chairs had dirty marks all over them. The bathroom was unclean and had stains all over the inside of the shower. We contacted the host that evening to express our disappointment. We was pleased to hear that they was keen to resolve the issue for us and asked to come round the next day to clean the apartment. After the visit the next day we expected to find the apartment in better condition. However on return the only difference was the dishes had been cleaned and we were provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper. We feel the property is falsely advertised and the photos are misleading. We believed, as it sells itself, that we were going to stay in a ‘cosy and modern apartment’. However what we turned up to was a very different reality! To list a few: -The living room light does not work (when reading reviews this has been like this for some time) -The sofa has stains all over it, which I believe could be removed if this was cleaned regularly. -The bathroom is unclean with stains in the shower and the shower cubicle is too small to move around in. -The bedsheets don’t fit the bed so these come off overnight leaving you sleeping on the mattress. -The kitchen does not have a kettle but they provide you with tea bags (box for the kettle was found in the kitchen). -The balcony was grubby. Furniture weathered and only one chair. -The washing machine had someone’s dirty clothes left in them. -walls around the apartment were scuffed and marked. -The entire apartment felt grubby and unclean. Since returning from the trip we have raised these issues with the host. The customer service we received from them was appalling!
• Ruby (9/5): Great location , access to train, subway is excellent. Lots of restaurants around. - Great location, easy to walk to the train station and few steps from the subway
• Josie (9/5): Superb - A comfortable modern apartment, felt very safe. This property is located on the ‘outskirts’ of Milan, but attractions could be easily reached by public transport. There are also nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance, without having to travel to the centre Although we weren’t expecting a washing machine, it could be beneficial to other guests if it was working.

• Justin (10/5): Very good place to stay - good location, very spacious apartment Nothing. However I found the box the kettle came in but the actual kettle was nowhere to be seen. if you’re going to throw something out, it should be the box
• Amy (6/5): Convenient but needs improvement - Big rooms and was spacious, clean, very good location, right next to a metro station and very close to Milan Centrale station. The shower drain wasn’t working properly so water took ages to drain so wasn’t very convenient. Living room light wasn’t working so in the evening the room got really dark.
