Alle Fragen wurden über WhatsApp in Deutsch innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet. Da das Appartement in absoluter Top Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist, konnten wir nicht direkt dort parken. Für unseren Leihwagen haben wir einen guten Tipp zum parken im einer naheliegenden Tiefgarage erhalten. 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Lage super, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir fanden die Street Food Tour mit Guide super, sehr empfehlenswert und lecker. Neapel muss man einfach mal erlebt haben. Danke Pasquale

• Ferretti (10/5): - Pasquale è stato un padrone di casa veramente speciale, super disponibile dal primo giorno fino all’ultimo; ci ha persino permesso di restare oltre l’orario del check-out, venendo incontro a ogni nostra esigenza. La struttura si trova nel pieno cuore di Spaccanapoli e permette di raggiungere tutto comodamente a piedi. La cosa che ci ha stupito di più? La posizione all'interno di una corte silenziosissima: varcato il cancello, sembra letteralmente di trovarsi in un’altra realtà, lontani dal caos cittadino. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Niente

• Antonio (10/5): - La posizione era ottima. La corte dove si trova l' appartamento molto tranquilla. La macchina a cialde per il caffè è una cosa che ho apprezzato molto. I miei figli hanno apprezzato il soppalco. Poi Pasquale è stato veramente una persona disponibilissima, ci ha fatto fare il check out dopo pranzo invece della mattina, ci ha messi a nostro agio. Consiglio e sicuramente noi ritorneremo. Solo un piccolo accorgimento in bagno, ci vuole qualcosa per appendere i vestiti che si devono indossare dopo la doccia(tipo quello che si trova al muro della doccia stessa).

• Jaakko (10/5): - Asunto vastaa kuvausta. Asunnon sijainti keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia on mainio. Suojaisa sisäpiha tekee asunnosta hiljaisen ja rauhallisen, vaikka alue muuten onkin vilkas. Sisäänkirjautuminen isännän hyvillä ohjeilla on helppoa. Asunnossa on hyvät tilat nejälle henkilölle ja vuodesohvakin on hyvä nukkua. Isäntä on aktiivinen viestittelijä ja tarjoaa apuaan.

The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city and close to everything you might need, from restaurants and shops to historical sites. The area is lively and full of charm, giving you a true taste of Naples. The apartment itself is spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, including air conditioning for both cooling and heating. It felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Naples. It was a real pleasure to stay here!

• Marcelo (4/5): - Pasquale was helpful and answered quickly. The apartment was well located in the historical center. The apartment was extremely humid and there was a lot of mold all around, on the walls, behind the bed, in the bathroom [update: as shown in attached pictures, shared also with the proprietor]. We had serious allergy issues because of this and actually had to take medicine for it. This was made worse because there were no actual windows, just on the front door, which opens to the inner courtyard, and leaving it open did not feel safe nor would allow any privacy (the apartment is on the street level). The large shower head was not working properly so we had to use the small handheld shower [update: it was not replaced while we were there].

• Evgenia (8/5): The apartment is like the city-athentical and unpredictable:) - The location is the best. In the city heart. And as many recessions were referred to-very quite the same time. There are no real windows plus the neighbors were super noisy but that no one can impact:(

It is in the heart of the old city centre, 50m away from the most characteristic street. Wonderful place. A little bit expensive. Area is very busy at times
