Malgré cela l’isolation phonique était top! aucun soucis pour dormir en fermant les fenêtres les 4 étages à monter à pied mais ce n’est pas vraiment un soucis
• Alexander (10/5): Fabulous location, perfect for exploring Rome - We received instruction to find and gain access to the apartment. the host was available on the phone to answer my queries. The location was ideal for exploring all that Rome has to offer and the balcony was a real treat to watch the world go by. There was a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, it was worth the climb

• Inta L (10/5): Our stay at this accommodation was great, the apartment was comfortable, cozy and left the best memo - The apartment is comfortable, clean and pleasantly furnished. Both bedroom windows face the courtyard, so there is no city noise. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is sufficiently equipped. A great opportunity to have breakfast or dinner on the balcony. Communication with the hostess is convenient and friendly. The fourth floor is quite a high climb, so it's not easy for older people and children. Via di Pietra is very crowded.

• Blythe (10/5): Very enjoyable welcoming place and a bucket list holiday - The property is in a location near to many sights. All of Rome is accessible . There is a nearby taxi rank , the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain are close by . The property is clean with essentials in the cupboards and can sleep 4 people comfortably. Cooking is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. A welcoming bottle of wine was welcome, the WiFi is strong . I would recommend this property and would revisit Nothing

• Magdalena (9/5): Serdecznie polecam, kto przyjeżdża na zwiedzanie Wiecznego Miasta! - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja! Topowe zabytki w odległości kilku minut! Apartament przygotowany do mieszkania: wyposażenie kuchni ( choć po co gotować jak jedziesz do Włoch? ;) ), poczęstunek w postaci dostępnej kawy czy herbatki. Czysto i przytulnie. Jedynie to, że w drugim pokoju spało się na dostawce, ale materac był całkiem wygodny ;) Przez nią był kłopot dostać się do szafy, ale dali się z tym funkcjonować ;)

• Alisa (9/5): Gutes Gesamtpaket! - Super Lage - in einer belebten Seitenstraße gelegen. Es war aber nachts nicht laut. Restaurants und Eisdiele direkt nebenan. Die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten waren alle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es war alles sauber und wie auf den Bildern. Es ist teilweise schon etwas "abgewohnt" und liegt im 4ten Stock ohne Aufzug. War für uns aber beides nicht schlimm!
• Clay (9/5): We enjoyed coming back to the little apartment to rest and recharge after a day of Rome. - We were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching Rome go by. Honestly, there was not a decent knife for cooking in the kitchen.
• Sophie (3/5): Disappointed - Location was good. It was very cramped. The room with two single beds was misleading. Once two beds were in there (sofa beds) there was no room to walk or even open the wardrobe.
• Alison (8/5): Convenient location for all the sights in Rome - Location was very convenient for walking to the main tourist sights in Rome. It's very close to the Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon. We also walked to Vatican City and Colosseum from the property. So it was expectedly busy in the area around the accommodation. From the bedrooms you couldn't hear any street noise though which was good. Nice accommodation, as shown in the photos. Host communication was excellent. It would have been good if the trundle bed had been made up before arrival, as we had booked for a family of four.

• Matan (10/5): Exceptional - It's not the biggest apartment we had but it had everything we needed and beyond. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including spices, oil, an oven, a pasta pot, coffee, and more. Everything was clean and well-organized. It was perfect for a family of four, with two kids. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay! Also Host was available and super nice. Too many stairs, 4th floor with suitcases is tough without elevator.

Air conditioning worked fabulously/ important for a very hot Roman summer. I would definitely stay here again! Over and over. We had trouble learning how to use the Netflix/Smart TV app. Occasionally we did notice an odor. It could be from the alley/trash/cooking. But, there were air fresheners and it was never a big issue. Some people may have problems with the stairs but we didn’t find them a problem as we had just come from hiking the hills of Cinque Terre and being higher makes it much quieter plus the amazing balcony.

• Sara (10/5): Perfect home base to explore Rome for our family - The property was in the perfect location and a really lovely size for our family of 4. We could get everywhere we needed by foot (with the exception of our early morning Vatican tour which required a 20 minute taxi ride). The balcony was lovely for coffee and people watching on the busy street below, which was a main path between the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Would definitely stay here again! It was fine for us, but important to note that the property is on the fourth floor with no elevator for those people who may not be able to carry their luggage up the stairs.
• Bayer (8/5): Comfortable, clean and located in a great position. - It was in a fabulous location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing though the 85 stairs might be a bit too much for older guests or those who are unfit.

It’s on the 4th floor so plenty of stairs but they are worth every step! A fantastic pizza restaurant is right below the apartment and they do take away wood fired pizzas (very nice after a long day). The Venchi chocolate & gelato shop is a few meters away. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, the balcony was lovely and gave a street view from above, and had everything you need and more. Would love to come back! The stairs but we got fitter!

It did get a little noisy outside at night but it is as you would expect for being in this location but it didn’t worry us too much.
• Kersti (10/5): Exceptional - Super location. The appartment is very close to everything, at the main walking street between the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. The appartment has a nice balcony. Bedrooms are in the quieter side, very good sleep. Nothing that could be changed, but the stairs are quite high, many steps to climb.

• Christian (9/5): Lovely appartment in the center of Rome - The appartment is dead center in the tourist area between the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Walking distance to a lot of Rome's best sights. It's spacious and has a nice balcony for eating breakfast or having a drink. The appartment is dead center in the tourist area between the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon - so there is quite a lot of noise from restaurants and crowds. Not that it hinders your sleep, but the overall noise level is high. Also if you're in any way physically challenged, the climb to the fourth floor can be hard.

The shower was great, as was the air-conditioning. It was just so lovely to walk through the door each day. Such a comfortable place, with, great facilities. We really loved it. The stairs!
• Daina (9/5): Loved this apartment, would highly recommend - Excellent location, the Pantheon to the left, Trevi Fountain to the right. Really good communication with the owners prior to arrival, Keys in a lock box, no issues finding or entering the building. Loved the apartment, it was spacious and fitted out exceptionally well, and had absolutely everything we needed (and more!). The balcony overlooking the street was little but lovely to sit, enjoy a drink and spend time people watching. It wasn't an issue for us, but there a lot of stairs to climb. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but each storey has 2 staircases due to the high ceilings. If you have mobility issues, it may not be ideal as there is no lift, but I would highly recommend this apartment otherwise. There is a small supermarket a little bit further up from Trevi fountain which is very easy walking distance, and great little deli's along the way, with so many restaurants right at your door. Loved Rome and this apartment!

Lots of places to eat nearby. Close to Trevi fountain and half way between coliseum and Vatican City. The stairs - there were a lot of stair. Also internet went out for 24 hrs which was annoying as my husband was working remotely and we had to pay for extra internet as the one we purchased before we left home couldn’t be hot spotted.

• Sabrina (10/5): LOVED IT! - The size was small but more than enough for our needs. It was centrally located so that was superb. 10 mins to the Trevi fountain, 2 mins to the Pantheon, 30 mins (in the heat) to the Colesseum, 20 mins to the Spanish Steps. Plenty of restaurants, shops and food stores within easy reach. The owner had communicated with us beforehand on where to locate the key and the code to enter the building. She let us drop off our bags around 1130am but check in later, as we arrived in Rome at 8am. When we arrived at the flat, the cleaner was there and we thought she had another hour of work perhaps. We returned to the apartment at 330pm, we met the cleaner half way through the stairs. The flat smelt so clean when we entered! She must have cleaned everything thoroughly. The kitchen was fully equipped although we only used the cooking appliances for breakfast. It was a bonus to have a great Italian cafetière, and it was so lovely to have our morning coffee on the balcony whilst everything outside was still closed. The internet dropped one morning and the owner helped us reset it. Always nice to have an owner reply back, especially when she was on holiday. All the family loved being here. My husband and I came to Rome 14 years ago on our honeymoon. It was so nice to revisit with our kids, in an upgraded area (we had stayed near the Termini back then) and in an upgraded apartment. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. The stairs were a bit of killer as the apartment was on the fourth floor, but that reminds me of my need to work on my cardio! Not about the apartment as such. Rome was extremely busy during August and probably being the first summer open to tourists after covid hit. As the apartment was very central it was always very busy in all directions and at all times.
