• Veronika (10/5): - Апартаменты красивые и очень удобно расположены. Много шкафов, удобная кровать. Есть кофемашина, кофе, чай. Окна выходят в тихий двор. Несмотря на расположение дома в оживленном районе, очень тихо. Кондиционер плохо охлаждает помещение.

• Monika (8/5): Great locations and nice design. - Location is prefect. The apartament is specious and has everything you need. The design is interesting. Some of the furniture have sign of age. Some toiletteris should be available in the reception like toilet paper and a bit more cleaning should be done in the bathrooms. I was missing these art deco chairs which have been replaced by some cheap ones. For three people the space is enough however you feel you are sleeping in one place.

• Miriam (8/5): - Bellissimo appartamento, a pochi passi dal Teatro la Scala, in un lo stabile con reception 24/h. Chiarissime le istruzioni dell'host. La camera pulita, ben arredata e con tutto il necessario per un confortevole soggiorno!! Consiglierei maggior cura nei dettagli, come il tappetino per la doccia e qualche rivisitazione ad alcuni arredi, ma nel complesso do un voto da 9!!
• Gudrun (10/5): Tolle Lage mitten in Mailand - Die Lage der Wohnung war unschlagbar. Scala und Dom waren in unmittelbarer Nähe und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns überzeugt.
• Guest (6/5): A nice apartment in a great location, let down by its somewhat tired decor and lack of air con. - The location is great, right in the heart of the Centro Storico, so ideal for accessing all the major tourist attractions. Although it is very central, the building is on a quiet street and is staffed 24/7. We appreciated the extras in the apartment such as water, tea, coffee, toiletries etc but the apartment lacked instructions as to how to use some of the gadgets, notably the coffee machine! As has been noted by other reviewers, the apartment is quite tired looking in places and is in need of a refresh, particularly given the high price being charged. The half flush on the toilet wasn’t working, the divan drawers in the bed won’t close properly so are a trip hazard, the gloss veneer has rubbed off the wardrobes which are a feature of the apartment and there is absolutely no view from the apartment - it looks internally onto the building’s inner roof/other apartments so is quite dark (unlike the photos) - which was a little disappointing. Our biggest issue however, was the air conditioning which wasn’t working properly so the apartment was stifling. In defence of the staff at Royal Milan Suites, they did offer to move us on day 2 but we were only there for 3 days and had chosen this apartment specifically for the location, so declined this offer.

• Dan (10/5): Great place - It was pleasant to stay, the owner very friendly on whatsapp, and very helpful. It has nothing to do with the place. It was perfect! The location is very annoying if you are a traveler from other than italy. For example the nice coffeeshop from 20 meters was close in weekend days, you really have to discover a open coffeeshop for a coffee in weekend. Again, the place was wonderful

• Aline (8/5): Excellent location - Very good location. The reception 24 hrs worked really well for us to enter the building. The shower wasn´t ok. It wets the whole bathroom when we take a bath. The corridors are not very nice.

• Ayshe (10/5): Exceptional - We ve just had a wonderful stay at Milan Royal Suites .Beautiful, spacious, modern apartment in a very nice and quiet area of Milan .You are in the centre but still can enjoy the quiet. There was a beautiful fountain right next to the apartment. 24 hours security, a beautiful building. Our hosts were super kind ,with immediate replies to our requests. In the centre, lascala theatee was just footsteps away. They even arranged a heater for our late check-in. Our room was done every day ,despite us staying for 3 nights .Special thanks to Momo ,who was very kind and patient with my requests.I would definitely go back . Nothing

Beautiful design and pretty nice ambience in the apartment, excellent kitchen equipment and facilities. And, what we found at most important - very kind and helpful hosts.

• Mohammad (9/5): Superb - The central location is fantastic. A bit noisy but a price worth paying for being near the city centre. The flat is comfortable in size for 3 people but could easily accommodate 4. The kitchen is decent with fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. There is an electric hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The staff can be contacted by WhatsApp and they respond quickly to requests. The whole process was smooth and easy, which made the holiday really relaxing. The people are lovely and recommend places to eat etc. The communicate is great, its by Whatsapp so it was easy to contact them about anything.
