• Evangelos (10/5): Τέλειο σπίτι για μια οικογένεια στη Φλωρεντία - Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για μια οικογένεια . Είναι άνετο, όμορφο και βολικό. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, 3 λεπτά από την στάση τραμ (Τ1) για το κέντρο και μακριά από ZTL. Ο Simone είναι πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης, ευγενικός και φιλικός, ήταν πάντα σε επικοινωνία μαζί μας. Είχε στη διάθεση μας καφέ, χυμό και άλλα πράγματα που μας έκανε να νιώθουμε σαν το σπίτι μας! Η αυλή του ήταν πανέμορφη, τη λατρέψαμε. Θα το σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα για διακοπές στη Φλωρεντια. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

It was easy to catch a tram into the city centre too. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood and wonderful to walk around. • NOEMI (10/5): - Perfect accommodation for a family trip, very close to a tram stop; we were in the center of Florence in 10 minutes. The host was very kind and attentive to both children and adults. Everything was perfect

La posizione è strategica perché si trova facilmente parcheggio e non utilizzare più l automobile.Con i mezzi si raggiunge in poco tempo il centro. Il gestore è gentile e disponibile,fornisce indicazioni corrette e precise.

• Nino (9/5): - It was clean, with nice interior and on very good location We had problem with water heating for some time. Also there was not enough soap for three days washing dishes and kitchen whipes
• Pui (8/5): You have a whole house... - The unit was large, clean, and tidy. It has a double bed, a bunk bed, a kitchen, a living room, and more. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood. The unit is big enough for more than 4 people. The owner was responsive, and communication was easy. The mattress was too thin and therefore not comfortable to sleep on. The shower did not have hot water. I always like taking a hot shower before bed. We stayed there for more than two nights with only two capsules of coffee. The owner could be more generous. Also, it's not a hotel and don't expect you could leave your luggage there before check-in or after checkout hours. It's close to a T1 tram station, but somewhat far from the city center. It's a 20-minute ride or a 45-minute walk one way to the city center.

• Stephane (8/5): Very quiet and cool. - Sweet house not directly to the street. Very calm, with a small garden. The location is closed to a tram stop, we do not have to use the car. It is very appreciated. Simone is present for any question and very nice.

• Diana (9/5): Superb - Homey vibe, fully equipped with all you might need, in a quiet area. Not far from the city center, you can take a tram that comes every 4 minutes or you can even walk for about 15-20 minutes. If the weather allows, there is a wonderful terrace outside where you can dine. (Unfortunatelly, in late November it was too cold outside to use). The host was nice and welcoming. The beds weren't very comfortable and it's noisy when you climb down the stairs.
