• Ziyana (10/5): Clean and fresh sheets and towels and the landlord responds and supports efficiently. - The location was just perfect !Basically you`re in the middle of all attractions giving you easy access to them all within walking distance between 20-30 minutes as for the restraunts they`re even closer 5-10 minutes walk including bus stops. Nothing!
• Natalie (10/5): As they say, location! Location! Location! - The apartment is in the best location to situate yourself for all of the main sites you want to see in Rome. Almost everything was a 15 minute walk, the only exception being the Colosseum which was closer to a 30 minute walk. We have two young children (ages 7 and 4) and had expected to need a taxi occasionally. We were pleasantly surprised that we never used one except to get to/from the airport. Additionally, and very importantly according to my kids, there is an amazing gelato place right next door to the building. We went there almost every night of our stay. As for the apartment itself, the beds were comfortable and it is well furnished. There was nothing that we needed that we couldn't find. Additionally, the hosts were so warm and welcoming. We were so happy with our stay. We will be certain to stay here again next time we're in Rome! It was a little loud at night due to a lively night life, but that is true of every major city and the only way to avoid it would be to stay in the suburbs. I would not let this detract you from staying here.

• Nicky (9/5): Great apartment, lovely location and really helpful and friendly host - The apartment was perfect for our needs, with a great location. Host very helpful and on the ball The internet was great in the living room but weaker in the bedrooms but I am sure that can be solved by the owner
• Eva (10/5): I highly recommend it, it was the best choice with a larger group - Perfect location, new bathroom with shower, accessible by car outside the ztl zone (parking via Giulia is 100 m away). Everything within walking distance (grocery store, restaurants, attractions) There is no dishwasher, but there was no washing-up liquid or sponge either. There was no toilet brush.
• Veronica (10/5): It was great! - The hosts were kind and very welcoming and accommodating. The location is ideal as its less than a minute walk to the nearest restaurant, gelato, bakery, etc. The location is also centrally located to many of the historical Roman sites. We had an issue with the AC and it was immediately addressed and repaired. If you want to immerse yourself in the Roman experience, this where you want to stay!
• Denise (8/5): Great location within easy walking distance to all attractions. - The apartment is in a great location within easy walking distance to all the major attractions in Rome. we were able to walk everywhere! Wonderful spot! The apartment was clean and warm and comfortable with great memory foam beds! There is only one bathroom and toilet with a spa bath and shower in the bath. Getting in and out of it was tricky and it could get quite wet and slippery. Our family of 7 managed but could be quite difficult for elderly people.
