Excelente Lo único malo que La ducha era pequeña, lo cual no es problema, pero tenía una cortina que se pegaba al cuerpo mientras uno se baña y me daba miedo pisarla y caerme.

• Lyudmila (9/5): Highly recommend this place due to the perfect location and outstanding hospitality! - he location was fantastic—super close to the metro, which made getting to all the main attractions in Rome effortless. The host was truly wonderful: incredibly kind, very quick to respond, and extremely helpful. The apartment itself was also spotlessly clean. The furniture and appliances are a bit older, though everything functioned fine. Just a quick heads-up for future guests: the apartment entrance requires you to go down a small staircase, which might be a little tricky with a baby stroller.

A limpeza não era das melhores. Moveis degradados. Havia uma porta que ia dar a outro apartamento ou algo do género em que a abriram enquanto estávamos lá, o que não me fez sentir tão segura visto que podiam entrar quando quisessem.

• Lazo (9/5): Buen departamento - El departamento cómodo,, las instalaciones limpias, todo a la mano. La anfitriona Ely siempre estuvo atenta a nuestras consultas. Habia un mercadillo cerca, tiendas y restaurantes, incluso un restaurante peruano. Nosotras llegamos en tren y los alrededores nos parecieron medio lúgubres. Nos sorprendió que estuviera ubicado en el sótano ya que no teníamos buenas vistas. El AC comenzó a fallar pero Ely nos dio la opcion de mudarnos a otro depa disponible que tenia. Si te vas en teen como nosotras un poco complicada la distancia.

• Olesea (10/5): 10/10 👌 Perfect - Everything was clean and a quiet area. Close to city center and very close to trump station. In the area, we find an absolutely lovely Tiramisu bakery, wherre we enjoyed our morning (very cheap )morning coffee with amazing croissants. In the flat are all facilities and very good conditions. Stuff amazing as well we keep on touch about all our needs or wishes. Can't be better 10/10! That we stayed short just 4 days😁

• Gkale (1/5): Worst stay ever - The location is good. Entry the house is easy- self checkin 1. Everything is low quality. Furnitures, bathroom. The bed is noisy and not comfortable, and the pillows are very, very bad. 2. I didn't like that we lost the electricity in the flat while I was in the shower at night. The water heater was out of order until 9 a.m. So, I had to stay with foam on my hair and couldn't even dry it. I couldn't charge any batteries. I had to change all my plans for the next day. 3. The lady who is taking care of the place is not reachable all the time. After we lost the electricity, in the morning she texted, it not the flat problem, it happened to whole building. She didn't even say, "Im sorry that this happened to you." She is very rude.. 4. There is a barking dog from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The walls are thin, and you hear all the neighbors. 5. The flat is in the basement. There were 2 very bad cheap perfumes in the house to cover the basement smell. 6. It's only okay for 1 night stay, I unfortunately stayed 5 nights... still, my back hurts. 7. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. 8. It doesn't look like in the pictures. 9. It is not a cheap place, definitely not worth the money.

• Valeria (5/5): Not recommended, you can find better at the same price - -The apartment was cleaned before we entered, although not to deep. -We could manage the air conditioning -The structure is a basement with windows at the level of the sidewalk: so little light, little air, risk insects and bad smells from outside -The bathroom is windowless and inside a basement so the old shower curtain had a nauseating smell -The gates to the apartment were almost always open and we did not feel completely at ease

• Ellen (10/5): Close to everything, even parkrun. - Perfect location, a few stops away from Rome Termini, very easy to get to Rome center and all its tourist attraction. A 1km walk from Caffarella parkrun. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Even a guided video was provided to find the apartment was provided. Fast communication, nothing was left unanswered. Couldn't ask for more. Nothing, everything was perfect.

I also accidentally left some clothes behind while switching apartments and it was easy to retrieve them. • Karina (8/5): Summing up all the pros and cons - I recommend it. - The location is great. Close to a market with fresh products straight from Italian producers. Near the metro and buses, with quick access to the city center. Several shops, bars, and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is fairly quiet (solely for the renter) and adequately equipped with everything you need. A big plus is the washing machine and air conditioning in both rooms. It's equipped with a TV and fast WiFi. It's in a closed and guarded community, beautifully maintained with cleanliness and greenery (e.g., an orange tree with oranges). A big plus was the self-check-in option - it makes accessing the apartment very convenient. Overall, I recommend it, but before making a decision, it's important to familiarize yourself with what I didn't like, so you're not surprised. Please do not take this as criticism or flaws - it's simply information that some people may find important and could affect their overall assessment. The apartment is located on the minus one level (basement). There were windows in both rooms, but they only offered views of pedestrians' legs and parked cars along the street. A small positive was that one window faced a closed-off part of a small garden, so there were no passersby. The windows had insect screens and protection from outside elements, which was also a small positive. All of this makes the apartment quite dark and even somewhat gloomy for us. We are used to views and space from higher floors. To access the apartment, you had to go down a few stairs, which could be inconvenient for people with mobility issues or those carrying large, heavy luggage. One advantage of this type of apartment is that it stays cool during hot weather. There was a bit of humidity noticeable, but the air conditioners managed it well. In summary, for people who don't mind a basement-type apartment, I can recommend it.

• Alessia (4/5): Disappointing and uncomfortable due to the poor condition of the apartment. - Location is very convenient. Near to bus and metro stops. The photos on the website are heavily edited and do not reflect reality. The apartment is in a basement and quite damp, with moisture damaging the walls and kitchen and bathroom furniture, which are taped up. We found ants in the kitchen cupboards and running on the skirting boards.

• Molly (8/5): Very good - Close to many grocery stores and outdoor market. Close to restaurants. It was safe and quiet. Comfortable large bed. What I liked the most was that Ely responded immediately to all my requests and this made a big difference in allowing us to enjoy our stay. It is far from tourist attractions and public transportation can be challenging sometimes. There is a subway station and buses nearby but they are really crowded sometimes.

• Jelena (1/5): Bad experience, outdated photos on the listing, would not recommend. - The only redeeming factor about this Property is that it is in a decent location, and that the Wi-Fi was OK and price was ok compared to other options it was a horrible stay because of the lack of cleanliness and a decent amount of mold, which made it very difficult to breathe and towels and kitchen were not properly cleaned. Very cold and underground and couch covers and paintings were only there to cover the mold. I got sick from the mold unfortunately and wouldnt recommend this stay to anyone. Extremely cold as it's underground, felt more like a roman dungeon than a home.

So if you take a shower the water will spill out. They need to put a door to the bathroom and shower cabin. And also we had some issues with dust in the air conditioner but fortunately, it was solved within a day by the host. The accommodation had a few issues but it was solved within a day. Hope she will also take care of the shower cabin door.

• Boggy (8/5): Good value - fully, equipped apartment managed by a wonderful, responsive host Ely: recommended - Excellent guidance and instructions on how to access the small apartment - no problem in self-check-in even when arriving after 2am at night. Clean, basement apartment, fully kitted with everything needed for a short stay and with welcoming air-conditioning. Close to the metro, to local restaurants and to handy grocery-shopping nearby. Host Ely was exemplary in her swift response to messages and was flexible around my payment method when I faced some credit-card issues. Nothing! Everything was perfect - the apartment is not right in the centre of tourist Rome, but in quieter mid-suburbs with easy access by metro, but this didn't cause me any issues.

She had compiled all the useful info in a binder. She was also very accessible for little things like translation. The fact that the flat was in the basement worked well for us because it was hot during June and the basement remained naturally cool without the need for AC.

The place is garden level so it’s a bit dark but we did not spend a lot of time in the apartment during the day anyway. Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen and quiet location. Check out could be a bit later.
