• Karina (7/5): Close to numerous eating options - It was close to numerous dining options and the apartment complex has a small elevator. Overall, the apartment was big enough to accommodate 6 people. One of the televisions in the bedroom was broken, which normally I wouldn’t care about, but I was traveling with small children. Also, the owner did not inform me ahead of time that he would be requiring an in-person partial cash & card payment. This created an inconvenience as I had already made plans for the day and I had stop what I was doing and rearrange my day to accommodate the owner. This is something important that should be disclosed at the time of booking so that proper arrangements can be made.

• Fani (1/5): Maravilloso apartamento en Trastêvere, un despropósito el anfitrión - El alojamiento no es el problema, aunque hai cositas… La nevera y los toalleros no funcionaban. El calentador está en la cocina y gotea justo al lado del sofá cama, que es donde duerme la 5ª persona. El señor que lo gestiona, un tal Federico. Es muy pesado, sólo busca problemas: dice que las tarjetas no van (estando pagando con ellas en ese momento), pero después aparecen los cargos, cancela la reserva en mitad de la estancia, pide dinero de tasas municipales en efectivo (la cuantía no se corresponde y figura ya en la factura), llama compulsivamente a horas imprudentes insistiendo en vernos en el apartamento, se presenta en el apartamento cuando le da la gana pidiendo dinero (12 de la noche)… Un despropósito, no vayáis o os arruinará el viaje…
• VICTOR (10/5): The location was wonderful—close to bars and restaurants in the beautiful Trastevere area, and withi - Federico, the owner of the apartment, was extremely attentive from the moment we landed in Rome. He provided the access code right away and clearly explained the entire check-in and check-out process. He was very friendly, courteous, and made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended! The location was wonderful—close to bars and restaurants in the beautiful Trastevere area, and within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. We didn’t need any transportation; we walked everywhere. The apartment itself was clean, organized, and very comfortable. Honestly, we can rate this stay as a luxury apartment experience: AAA+++. Highly recommended! On our next trip to Rome, we will definitely rent it again. Thank you, Federico. Victor No complaints.
• Maria (9/5): Excellent stay - Property was very clean and spacious. Lovely host, incredibly helpful and obliging. Came out and assisted personally in helping me figure out how to pay for the parking! We were also able to drop off our luggage prior to the check-in time which was very useful. Excellent location for multiple restaurants and bars, and about a 10 minute drive to Roma Trastevere Station where you can take a direct train to the airport. Only negative was that parking was advertised as an included amenity, which I understood to mean a designated parking space was included (even if payment was required) and was the primary reason I chose the property. However this turned out to be on-street parking, which was near impossible to find. Otherwise it was an excellent location.

The place was clean, well-equipped, and the air conditioning was a huge plus during the hot days. Everything was top-notch. Highly recommend!

• João (9/5): Very nice and pleasant family stay in Trastevere - The location of this appartment is really nice. You are in the heart of Trastevere and you have everything around you, many restaurants, coffee places, supermarkets, bus stops etc. The appartment size is really good and exceeded our expectations when we got there. The bathrooms were also nice and with a good size. You will find a lot of appliances for what you may need, washing machine, dishwasher, plates, cups, big fridge, vaccum, hair drier etc. The We could easily use many of the available things. The host was nice on providing all the guidelines to enter the building and use the facility. Not a lot could be better, but please note you are in an inside appartment facing indoor patios so the amount of natural light is small, although the windows are big the amount of light that gets there since it's a first floor is not a lot.

The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful area of Trastevere and also not far from the center of Rome. The owner was extremely nice and welcoming and always available for help. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!!

Federico was a great host. Easy to reach and responsive. Allowed us to check in as quickly as possible. Great guy - highly recommend this property! No complaints
• Kevin (7/5): Location great host rude - Location The host and his greeting, very abrupt, we had 2 60+ ladies in our group, he did not offer to carry a suitcase up the stairs. No information re wifi, amenities, etc. The lounge/sofa bed in the kitchen had cigarette burns in it. kitchen cupboard door very loose. Showers slow to drain. Had to ask for WiFi code and could only connect one device

• Denise (10/5): Exceptional - Host met us earlier than check-in time to drop off our luggage which helped us out a lot. Host was very responsive throughout our stay. There is a washer in the apartment which is great and a laundromat below the apartment if you need to use the dryer. The two bathrooms is a plus. Trastevere is not in the city center and about 20 minutes walk but it’s nice to explore another neighborhood in Roma. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance from the apartment.
• Rachel (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a great location - Federico, the host was great. He kept me updated about the booking in process and entry codes. The apartment is clean and tidy and offers flexible accommodation for 2 couples, having a second bathroom is a bonus. The location is great, just a short walk from the heart of Trastevere where there are lots of bars and restaurants. More coffee mugs would be great, especially for 4 adults.

• Rocchina (10/5): Best place to stay in Rome! - Very nice clean, spacious apartment. Close to many restaurants and easy to get to all points of interest. Federico gave us very clear and easy instructions on entering the apartment. Loved the idea of not needing keys to enter, he has an awesome keyless system. If we had any questions he was quick to respond and resolve our questions. Definitely would come back to this appointment. Thank you Federico for having us. Nothing it was perfect
• David (7/5): Pretty good place to base your Rome stay. - This is a good sized property with 2 bathrooms, which was important for our family of 5. The location was good for food and nightlife, but not a lot of the street noise makes it inside so it’s easy for kids to settle The booking and payment process wasn’t to my liking, everywhere else I’ve stayed has been simpler. I wouldn’t recommend having someone on the fold out couch, mainly because that’s also the kitchen.

Very quiet apartment despite the hustle and bustle outside. Apartment was super clean when we arrived. Air conditioning in every room. Was a little bit light on some crockery and glasses.

• Avital (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very nice, the rooms were big and it was great for 5 people. There is everything you need to cook too. The location is great and very close to the centre, there is a supermarket and a coffee shop 2 minutes from the apartment. We had hot water and the air conditioning is good. Also it’s very convenient to have two showers. The host was available any time and was very nice. Highly recommend!

• Angelo (8/5): Very good - The host was very accommodating with our arrival time. The apartment is in a great location, only a short walk to the heart of Trastevere. We had not toilet paper in the bathrooms and found some in a cupboard in the entrance area, at least have in the bathroom cupboard. Also there was only a large bottle of shower wash in the bathroom, no hand soap at the bathroom sinks.
• Fiona (8/5): Very good - Perfect apartment for a family. Location is great, close to restaurants and shops. A great base from which to explore Rome.
• Bogdan (10/5): Great place, good price - The apartment looked amazing. It was in a quiet area but still very close to a lot of restaurants and shops and we easily reached a lot of attractions by foot or by bus. Everything was really clean, the communication with the host was quick and helpful and we didn’t have any problem during our stay. it’s great for groups, and at an excellent value Personally we didn’t have anything that affected our stay or to make us not like it.
