• Piotr (7/5): Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i w sumie tyle... - Lokalizacja. Mieszkanie znajduje się tuż obok stacji metra, z której szybko dotrzemy do Koloseum czy dworca Termini oraz bezpośrednio do nadmorskiej Ostii. Spokojnie pomieszczą się 4 osoby. Wyposażenie mieszkania (Ręczniki, przedmioty użytku codziennego takie jak papier toaletowy czy płyn do mycia naczyń). Brzydki zapach w kuchni, który ciężko mi zdefiniować. Po 2-3 dniach maleje, ale mimo ciągle otwartych okien nie znika. Czystość ogólnie Nie działająca klimatyzacja, co przy temperaturze ok 30°C jest bardzo uciążliwe. Kontakt z właścicielem jedynie telefoniczny. Niestety lokalizacja ma też swoje minusy, w salonie ciągle słychać pociągi metra. Sąsiedzi także zachowywali się głośno, a najbardziej irytowały szczekające psy w środku nocy.

• Anthony (8/5): Très bien pour quelques jours à Rome ! - Très bon emplacement avec le calme et le métro en face. Appartement spacieux et confortable. Quelques petits insectes présents dans l’appartement. Une sensation de renfermé si les fenêtres sont fermées. Quelques difficultés pour récupérer les informations auprès de l’hôte.

W kuchni śmierdziało stęchlizną, meble rozwalone, brudne naczynia, brudna gąbka do mycia naczyń, łazienka bardzo stara, meble w salonie również. Bardzo nieprzyjemny pobyt. Dobrze, ze tylko 1 noc. Nie polecam. Mieszkanie nie spełnia podstawowych wymogów. Komunikacja z właścicielem słaba. Po zakwaterowaniu bardzo zasadnicza, żądania natychmiastowej opłaty, dokumentów.
• Sebastian0880 (9/5): Pobyt udany, wygodny i duży apartament jak dla 2 osób. - Apartament skromny, ale wystarczający na kilkudniowy pobyt. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metra i bazyliki. Bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko w sypialni. W okolicy liczne bary i sklepy, w których można kupić codzienne produkty. Brak kieliszków do wina, przydałyby się we Włoszech, w kraju wina, chociaż dla 2 osób.
• Izabela (8/5): a nice place for a short stay in Rome - location very close to the metro and train, close to grocery stores, kitchen equipped with pots and everything needed to prepare a meal musty smell in the apartment and on the towels, after proper airing it disappeared, dust
• Kunal (6/5): Good especially due to the metro which was next door - 1. Apartment has a character which is unique 2. ⁠there are stunning books 3. ⁠kitchen has stuff which could be used. Even the smallest thing is taken care in the kitchen 4. ⁠there are some stuff and games for kids to play 5. ⁠there is TV with YouTube, other channels - great. 6. The metro is next door which is super convenient. Need to improve 1. Sofa cum bed gets suspended in the middle. Try sleeping two people (one adult and one kid 4 year old) and you will understand 2. bathroom the water leaks and the heater is ancient
• Nhung (9/5): Safe, comfortable, and convenient stay! - The apartment is well-equipped with furnitures and facilities (I would recommend to provide chopsticks, long ones for cooling and normal ones for eating, for Asian guests :P). The building is located in local residence, making travelers feel like coming home. Its location is nearby a metro, just 2-min walk, which is great for travelers, especially those who travel with luggages and would like to enjoy hide-away trips. It's easy to get to historical landmarks (like Colosseum) and to the Fiumicino airport (which only takes 2 rides - 1 metro and 1 regional train). Parks, coffee shops, convenient stores and supermarkets are surrounded, which is convenient and if guests want to enjoy their own cooking or throw small gathering. Neighbors are lovely and supportive to travelers. The host provides access guidance, and a list of suggested restaurants, which is lovely. The host may need to check with cleaner(s) before guest(s) arrive, to ensure all set. Another thing that we could not find hair dryer.

• STELIOS (9/5): VFM δωμάτιο για οικογένεια. - Πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό μετρό Basilica S. Paolo και σε μαγαζιά εστίασης. Το δωμάτιο διέθετε πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα για την προετοιμασία φαγητών. Υπήρχαν κάποια μικρά προβλήματα με κάποιες μικροσυσκευες (καφετιέρα, λαμπα) που μπορούν να διορθωθούν. Ο θόρυβος της αποχέτευσης και των διπλανων ενοικων ήταν κάποιες φορές έντονος αλλά ο βραδινός ύπνος ήταν ήρεμος.
• Ambra (8/5): Appartamento spazioso - Ottima posizione vicino alla fermata della metropolitana. L' appartamento è molto spazioso e ben riscaldato. Materasso e cuscini comodissimi. La posizione del bidet troppo vicino al mobile del lavandino rende difficoltoso l' utilizzo in posizione frontale. Manca un forno a microonde che faciliterebbe tantissimo la preparazione dei pasti.

• Raffaele (9/5): - Vicinanza Ospedale Bambin Gesù, io sono arrivato in macchina di sera e ho trovato il parcheggio gratuito sotto casa. Comunque di fronte è presente la fermata della metropolitana. Gentilezza del gestore, ho prenotato per sbaglio per tre persone ed ho ottenuto il rimborso grazie alla sua disponibilità, non dovuta in quanto è stato un mio errore. Appartamento un pò Vintage ma completo di tutto, macchina caffe e capsule a disposizione . Nei pressi bar, ristoranti e per chi gradisce Mc Donald. I prezzi a Roma come un pò dappertutto sono ormai troppo alti, in questa struttura ho trovato un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

• Hugo (9/5): Je recommande grandement ce logement (1 personne voyageant seule) - Il s'agit d'un appartement entier, grand et spacieux, bien décoré. La cuisine est bien équipée, tout fonctionne. La chambre donne sur une cour calme. Juste à côté du métro et à 10 minutes à pieds de Roma Tre. La literie est bonne. Le salon n'est pas particulièrement confortable.

Huiselijk, ruim, alsof het je eigen appartement kon zijn. Fijne airco’s, echt ideaal voor ons korte verblijf in Rome. Aardige host, contact verliep soepel. Had plenty of necessary items such as shower toiletries and fully functional kitchen. Great for families! Kept my little one occupied with the puzzles and colors the apartment offered! Very easy communication with host and instructions were simple to follow. Could not have asked for better service! Parking was absolutely garbage. Outside of control of the host but it took about 45min to find parking and even then we had parked really far.

• Sujin (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is very good! The host is very nice. Location is 1 minute from the station. So it was comfortable to move. Everything is well-equipped, so it's good to stay for a long time.
• Žygimantas (9/5): Property worth every euro we paid. - Easy check in, host was very friendly and helpful. Very good location - 1min to metro station and few stops to city center. Property was clean spacious and comfortable (espiacially bed). All in all better than i expected. Not a big problem but there was no washing machine and iron.
• Jordana (9/5): I recommend this property - Simple typical Italian house but very comfortable, both beds are comfortable, everything clean and full kitchen with everything we needed. The host is very kind and friendly gave many recommendations and when we asked something he answered quite fast.

• Anna (9/5): Comfortable apartment in great location! - The apartment is really comfortable and is located just 1 min walk from the subway (and 10 min to the Colosseo station). There was free wi-fi (we stayed there just one night so we didn't use it), AC and everything you need for a stay, including some toys for children. The host is super nice. It's easy to park and it's a free parking zone. The district is calm, even in the middle of the night, with many cafes and restaurants, really nice people around, and everybody speaks English.

• Elefterios (9/5): Nice flat to stay in Rome. Clean, Metro connections is super, great Host. - This is a very nice a cosy flat. We were 4 people and the space was for two nights fully enough. Very clean and all you need. Super close to metro san paolo and only 10 min away from metro of colosseo. The area of the flat is „roma style“ and you have many nice bars and restaurants just one street up. We liked this area a lot but you can also go to trastevere quite easy. All in all i can only recomment to book this flat as also Sebastiano is a perfect host. Very Kind, polite, super helpful. Everything was good. Two aircons which where needed.

I had to be at the basilica, which is well worth a visit, so the location was a big plus all fine, but not many mugs, so we used a bowl for our coffee…
