• Riccardo (9/5): Struttura di valore con posizione ottima per esplorare la città. - Posizione fantastica. Presenza di tutto il necessario in casa. Buoni spazi. Check in svolto di persona con incaricata molto gentile. Pulizia molto molto buona, non perfetta. Bagni molto piccoli ma funzionali.

• Schmid (7/5): - Die Lage war perfekt. Die Abwicklung und das check-in sind problemlos verlaufen. Es waren alle sehr freundlich. Die Duschen waren sehr schmutzig. Die Dichtungen einer Dusche undicht und schwarz ( Schimmel oder Schmutz?). Der Boden war nicht gewischt. So eine verkalkte Spülmaschine haben wir alle noch nie gesehen. Die Pfannen und Töpfe sollten für einen Induktionsherd auch tauglich sein. Bei Beanstandung der Verschmutzung wurde uns vom Büro sofortige Nachbesserung angeboten. Die haben wir unsererseits abgelehnt, weil wir während unserer Abwesenheit keine fremden Menschen in der Wohnung wollten.

• Beata (10/5): Bardzo przyjemny pobyt:) - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, dwie minuty od wejścia do muzeów watykańskich, bardzo blisko do Bazyliki. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Niewygodna rozkładana sofa w salonie. Apartament już trochę zużyty.
• Karin (9/5): A great place to stay for a large family or group of friends - This is a rare larger apartment in Rome at an affordable price. It is on the fourth floor of the apartment block, reachable by a small lift. Its two bedrooms are a good size by Rome standards, each with a double bed. A fold-out couch in the living area and a fold-out chair in the larger bedroom mean it sleeps up to seven people. The kitchenette comes with dishwasher, microwave and both pod and moka pot coffee making. The main bathroom comes with a washing machine and dryer. The wifi is excellent. It is on busy but not unpleasant street, a short walk to the Vatican museums, a few minutes' walk to the Cipro Line A metro station and with a bus stop right outside the door for several quite useful bus routes. A supermarket is directly across the road, with the marvellous Trionfale market within easy walking distance. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The apartment is outside the fixed taxi fare zone for travel from and to the airport, but the hosts will book a limo for guests on request. (Our advice for arrivals, through, is simply to take a taxi from the airport, given the chaotic arrangements for meeting limo drivers at Fiumicino airport.) The apartment has a somewhat well-worn appearance, even though it is spacious and comfortable and everything important is fully functional. The few very minor annoyances included no dishwasher tablets, limited toilet paper and only two remotes for the three (identical) TVs.

• ARTURO (10/5): Una estancia magnífica - Sobre todo la gestión del dueño que fueron muy amables a la hora de ayudarnos. Porque al principio el ascensor estaba estropeada y como tuvimos por nosotros una persona con movilidad reducida , nos cambiaron el apartamento en otra ubicación mucho mejor y muy amplio y en todo momento estaban al tanto para que estemos cómodos y satisfecho. En general, estamos muy contentos con los dueños y volveremos a repetir Nada

• Michelle (9/5): Long weekend - The location was fantastic. We were met by Sabrina, who showed us around the apartment and was very welcoming. There are nice touches like water in the fridge, coffee pods, and tea bags. All of the basics are catered for, towels, slippers, hairdryers, and other things which are fab. The beds are very comfortable. The Vatican Museum is only a 2 minute walk. Fab bus links just outside the apartment. Great restaurants nearby. It's very minor feedback - The apartment needs a freshen up. The laminate flooring was gapping in bits, some of the kitchen doors needed repaired, and the paint work was tired, but it didn't take away from the stay, which was great
• Kristin (10/5): Wonderful stay in great apartment and very handy location. - The location was fantastic for the buses and the metro. A few blocks from St Peters, we walked over there several times. The neighborhood had great restaurants and cafes. Eduardo was so helpful and communication was great. The kitchen was prefect for our needs, large fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. They even had spare umbrellas. And we loved having an elevator, and 2 bathrooms was great for our family of 5. Thank you for a great experience, we're so happy we chose this booking! The beds were a little firmer than we're used to, but we still slept great. Nothing to complain about!

After noticing this, I wrote about it through booking and Edoardo found out for us an apartment for 1 night. He also helped us to organize the transfer from the airport. • Steven (10/5): Nice stay near the Vatican - Eduardo was very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. There are a lot of properties in Rome that claim to be 2 bedrooms but are really 1br with a bed in a common area. This was a full 2 bedrooms. Quick walk to the Vatican museum and the metro. Full kitchen, couch and dining room table. Elevator works but is small. You can only fit either 2 people or 1 person and luggage.
• Mihaela (10/5): Great location and nice staff. - The apartment is located 5 minutes from the Vatican and San Pedro square. There are both shops and restaurants in the area. The metro station is approximately 10 minutes away. It is located on a very busy street, but it is oriented inward so it is quiet. The guys in charge of the rental were extremely nice, they booked us the transport from the airport, gave us suggestions and directions and always tried to make sure we were ok. I give them 10 for their kindness and the way they manage the reservation. The apartment is ok, smaller than in the pictures, but enough. It has 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen. They also left us water and beer in the fridge, as a welcome. What I didn't like...was the sofa bed in the living room, it's uncomfortable and should have a thin mattress over it because you feel all the metal support entering your body. I know it's the type of rental without services, but I would have appreciated having dish detergent in the kitchen and liquid soap in the bathroom. For a 4-day stay, I don't really like going to buy soap and dish detergent. So a little attention to detail is needed.
• Agnes (10/5): Excellent location, cozy apartment and very nice host! - Our host, Stefano, was waiting for us at the apartment, even though we arrived in the evening. He showed us and explained everything.
• Robespierre11 (8/5): LOCATION, LOCATION !!! - Location . Near Vatican Museum, near places to eat, easy ti get everywere This is an old but very well kept apartment. The lift is a very old agregate to the building that is to be used only by 2 peaple every time... The big problem here is the bathrooms: this department was originaly a ONE BATHROOM, that was cat in middle to make two, one the original one, and the other half " en suite " in the first bedroom, wich lost some space ( not critical) But BOTH bathrooms are extremely UNCONFORTABLE, because of the very, very much reduced space ( you can't seat right, almost can't move in the shower of the " on suite" bathroom. If on top of that, you have to wait for the administrator to fix a shower for two days, is a long way from the level you expect in acordance with the rate you pay. Beds, kitchen equipment, living room are excellent..
