• TraianM (10/5): Relaxation - The location is very good. We just walked to all the tourist attractions. The apartment is large, very well equipped. It is suitable for a family. It even has a small balcony in the backyard. Communication with the owner went very well. I warmly recommend Everything was ok.

• Sylwia (7/5): Wystarczający, żeby przenocować po długim dniu na mieście - Lokalizacja, bliskość Watykanu Pomimo sprawnego zamka na szyfr w drzwiach do mieszkania i tak potrzebny jest fizyczny klucz, żeby otworzyć drzwi do budynku, co przy wcześniejszym wymeldowaniu pochłania czas i generuje dodatkowe koszty dojazdu. Słychać wyraźnie sąsiadów z góry. Mieszkanie jest mnie przestronne, niż wygląda na zdjęciach, po rozłożeniu kanapy w salonie jest ciasno. Do łazienki można wejść tylko przez sypialnię, więc to dobra opcja dla więcej niż dwóch osób, tylko jeśli bardzo lubisz współlokatorów. Nie działało WiFi. W kuchni przydałby się jeden pożądny garnek z pokrywką i najzwyklejszy czajnik elektryczny. Wyraźne usterki - oberwana szafka nocna, zwisający z sufitu halogen, uszkodzony u podstawy kran tryskający wodą dookoła.

• Krzysztof (5/5): Raczej nie polecamy. - Lokalizacja absolutnie na duży plus. Dobre usytuowanie sypialni, która była oddalona od głośnej ulicy. Wystarczyło zamknąć drzwi i można było zasypiać w ciszy. WiFi było absolutnym dramatem, tzn nie było go w ogóle. Próby naprawienia sytuacji kończyły się zawsze porażką. Otrzymywaliśmy kody i nazwy nieistniejących sieci WiFi. Już lepiej byłoby od razu powiedzieć - wifi nie ma i nie będzie zamiast tych wszystkich pokrętnych tłumaczeń. Ostrzeżenie - jeśli nie działa WiFi i nie masz klucza, nie wejdziesz do apartamentu. Sporą uciążliwością było również łóżko w sypialni, a w zasadzie niewygodne materace, które tworzyły często w nocy małą przepaść pośrodku łóżka. Jeśli ktoś jest wysoki, tak jak ja ( 185 cm wzrostu ) może mu być trudno korzystać z prysznica. Kabina prysznicowa jest po prostu bardzo mała. Jak wyglądał taras, proszę spojrzeć na zdjęcia.
• Małgorzata (9/5): Mega udany pobyt . Polecam - Lokalizacja to największy plus tego miejsca. Idealna baza wypadowa do Rzymu. Cena również kusząca. Parę drobiazgów należałoby dopracować, takie jak czajnik elektryczny 🙂ale to szczegół 😉 głośno jeśli chodzi o dźwięki z ulicy, ale to motywuje żeby wcześnie wstać i lecieć na miasto😁

• P.Sara (7/5): - Appartamento molto carino situato a pochi passi dal Vaticano. È possibile raggiungere a piedi le attrazioni più turistiche. Cucina molto piccola ma bene attrezzata. Bagno abbastanza grande. Letto matrimoniale un po' scomodo. La casa va benissimo per una coppia. Noi eravamo in quattro adulti e un bambino. Un po' piccola e soprattutto scomoda perché il bagno è dentro la camera. Però per un paio di notti ci si può adattare.
• peggy (8/5): À refaire vu l’emplacement top mais juste pour 2 pers - L’emplacement est fantastique au top pour Rome (2 pas de la basilique du centre et du château de ange et idem pour Trastevere ) Francesca est très réactive et arrangeante (nous avons pu laisser nos bagages le dernier jour dans l’appartement pour profiter de la ville avant de reprendre l’avion ) l’appartement est plus grand qu’il n’y paraît et le Mr qui tient le petit bar épicerie au pied adorable ! Le canapé lit est inconfortable (notre fille a dormi dessus impossible pour 2 adultes à mon avis ) et ce côté de l’appartement est infernal côté bruit pour dormir - nous n’avons pas utilisé la vaisselle qui n’était pas propre …

• iratxe (5/5): Buon ubicación. Instalaciones demasiado justas - Ubicación excelente Sucio. La ducha no esta bien colocada, se mueve. El ventilador del techo no se puede encender porque se mueve mucho. Una mesita de noche esta mal colocada en la pared y no puedes usarla porque se puede caer.

Appartement spartiate, la terrasse existe juste pour dire qu'il y a un extérieur, la cabine de douche mériterait d'être changée et une table de nuit était cassée. Propreté moyenne, des serviettes usagées, encore humides, étaient encore dans certains meubles.

• Emmanuelle (10/5): - L’emplacement est idéal, nous avons pu rejoindre à pied bon nombre de choses à voir ou bien prendre le bus à deux pas pour les attractions plus éloignées. Parfait pour un couple avec un ou deux enfants.

• Yusnandi (8/5): Great - great location, very close to the vatican, restaurants and tourist center, very easy to reach on foot Even though it's only on the first floor, it's quite good if you bring a lot of suitcases.
• Michelle (10/5): We had a fun experience staying here and walking to dinner. The bus stop and store for buying food and wine were very c - It had everything we needed. It was an adorable place. Wish we had more time to spend inside. Loved it. The bathroom space was small, but it was fine with us.
• Paul (5/5): Passable - Bed wss comfortable and the location was acceptable. The couch was dirty with stains and it was uncomfortable. The shower was mouldy and although it had a lovely looking outside area in the photos the white curtain/shades were filthy and didn't look like ut had been prepared for guests...dissapointed

• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - we have got instructions long before arrival, everything was exactly as described. we communicate with ownel via whatsup. communication was quite informal and friendly. Apartment was nice any cozy, well equipped with air conditions, tv, kitchen utensiuls, nice art poster and pictures. Great view to Tiber River and Castel Sant Angelo. Nice courtyard terrace for our smokers. Not far from city center and Vatican, everything at walking distance.
• Nora (6/5): Pleasant - The location is really good. It’s very close to Vatican, St Peter’s Basilica, the Castle of the Angelo. It takes about 20 min walking to the downtown. Also there are some shops right down the building. There was a problem with the ants . There were ants everywhere.Even in the bedroom. You lay down in bed and you find an ant walking on you. Like hundreds of them all around in the apartment. Also there was a kettle and we decided to use it to make a coffee. Big mistake. It was disgusting to find out what was inside it.
• Barbara (3/5): Not good enough due to the place’s condition. - Location The whole place, including kitchen appliances and utensils, were not appropriated clean. The owner could spend more time taking care of the place.
• Marco (10/5): This was the "next level" of hosting. Gorgeous Rome at your feet... and right outside the windows! - we found the apartment door keys in a practical key-box right about the main entrance door. Instructions plus a "code" to open the box were provided days before arrival via text by the host. A second set of keys was available in the apartment. Please: add one Italian coffee powder pack, for free, for your Italian guests and, maybe, one "filter coffee" powder pack for your non-Italian ones! The rest was just awesome!

• Valeria (8/5): Very good - Anna the homeowner is very nice and will help with anything you need. The location is very good and close to everything. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The shower head is very weak and a bit broken. The location is amazing but very loud- the walls are too thin and you can hear everything from outside. There are no blinds in the entire apartment and there is always light, so for those who like to sleep in the dark it's a bit of a bummer
