• Damon54 (7/5): Bell'appartamento in zona Trionfale ; ... ma con qualche accortezza in più ... - La posizione : L'appartamento si trova in Zona Trionfale , zona tranquilla e ben servita con fermata Metro Cipro a 5 minuti , da qui si arriva comodamente nelle zone di Roma maggiormente conosciute . San Pietro e musei vaticani sono a 10 minuti a piedi . L'appartamento si trova al 1° piano , quindi di facile accesso . Sotto casa é presente un Forno per la colazione con dolci e prodotti da forno veramente buoni . Nota positiva dell'appartamento é l'ampiezza , l'illuminazione ed il bagno che non é piccolissimo come quello che puoi facilmente trovare in altri appartamenti. Letto a 2 piazze della camera da letto é molto comodo , i materassi sono OK . Non posso esprimere giudizio sulla cucina in quanto non l'abbiamo usata , cosi' come il condizionatore ed il WiFi Da apprezzare la pulizia di tutte le camere in particolare il bagno . Ringraziamo inoltre il proprietario per averci permesso di tenere le valigie oltre l'orario l'ultimo giorno . Il Prezzo totale per 3 notti é risultato comunque buono ed in linea . Un po di manutenzione , accortezza e attenzione non guasterebbe ....anzi La consegna delle chiavi é andata relativamente bene , le abbiamo ritirate direttamente al ristorante "la Fornace" che si trova a 3 minuti a piedi . ( da quanto capito il proprietario dell'appartamento possiede anche il ristorante in questione ) . Riguardo l'appartamento sono presenti tante piccole cose che non vanno che se risolte andrebbero a beneficiare di molto il giuduzio complessivo .Partiamo dalla scarsa comunicazione: durante i 3 giorni non ho proprio visto il proprietario ( anche se avevo preso appuntamento per Domenica nel suo ristorante per parlarci ...) . Nella fase di consegna delle chiavi qualche dritta in + a "4 occhi" sarebbe stata utile e gradita ; ad ogni modo il proprietario ,o chi per esso, si é reso disponibile telefonicamente .La nota dolente : Il letto-divano a 2 posti della sala é risultato scomodo , si dorme veramente male . TV : Per chi come me é abituato a prendere sonno davanti la televisione incontrerà una bella sorpresa in quanto non é presente il DTV ; la TV ha però la FireStick di Amaz, che é a pagamento , quindi senza il proprio account la televisione risulta praticamente inutilizzabile ( vero che nella descrizione dell'appartemento c'é scrito "canali via cavo" , come sottolineato dal proprietario al mio disappunto , ad ogni modo il digitale terrestre me lo aspettavo di "default" almeno qui in Italia , pazienza si può stare senza TV per qualche giorno soprattutto di questi tempi ) , Riscaldamento : i termosifoni della sala sembrano che non scaldino mentre i rimanenti anche troppo ( sono presenti le valvole per la regolazione ) . Lamapdina del lampadario della camera da letto da sostituire ( effetto strobo ). Zona Bagno : la doccia ha il soffione otturato dal calcare e non é possibile fermarlo sull'asta , quindi tutto molto scomodo. Scarico del WC lento , bisogna tirarlo più volte ...inoltre lo scopettino per la pulizia mi é rimasto in mano al 1 utilizzo ( no comment )

• Raffaella (7/5): - La casa è molto pulita e centrale e il proprietario soprattutto è disponibilissimo. Visti i prezzi di roma il costo è ottimo. E la casa è abbastanza grande e ha una buona cucina abitabile. La casa va rivista un po per alcune cosette. Il divano letto è molto scomodo:si sprofonda all indietro..il bagno vecchiotto con le luci dello specchio rotte e anche lo scarico che si blocca. Manca un microonde e un attaccapanni per le giacche.

• Arantxa (1/5): False advertising . Avoid this property - The location was convenient, but everything else was disappointing and misleading. Misleading listing. Avoid this property. The apartment was advertised with air conditioning and toiletries, but none were provided. The AC in the living room didn’t cool, and when I reported it, the host said a technician would come but later claimed the motor was broken and couldn’t be repaired. In reality, no technician ever came and the motor was working, I took a video showing air blowing, but he clearly refused to refill the gas to avoid the cost. It was extremely hot, and we could hardly sleep. The toilet didn’t flush, so I had to use a pot, the shower didn’t drain properly, and the sofa bed was slanted and impossible to rest on. The host changed the listing right before I left, while I was escalating a complaint, clear proof of a misleading advert. Many older reviews mention the same problems.
• Alexandra Vasilica (10/5): - Casa molto pulita e ordinata, c'è tutto il necessario e i giusti spazi anche per più persone . Il proprietario molto gentile, siamo andati a mangiare anche nel suo ristorante a La Fornace dove abbiamo mangiato anche molto bene, lo consiglio! Nulla.

• Stefano (7/5): Appartamento comodo e in ottima posizione ma con alcune cose da sistemare - Appartamento spazioso e pulito, ottima posizione, vicino alla metro e in zona tranquilla con molti bar-ristoranti e negozi consegna delle chiavi complicata, appartamento non pronto all'orario stabilito, mancanza prodotti per il bagno e carta igienica, alcune cose nel bagno andrebbero aggiustate

• Jake (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment that was clean and well presented. Kitchen is well stocked with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, fridge freezer. Area is very good with cipro metro station, restaurants and a supermarket all close. Very minor improvement could be made. A small table and chairs on the balcony, bin in the bathroom and extra pillows. If these changes were made it would get a 11/10 rating from us. We can't wait to stay here again.

Good location, close to public transportation or a 15 min walk to Vatican city. • Cristiana (9/5): Superb - The apartment is close to the Metro, the Vatican. It is in a neighborhood with supermarkets, patisseries and pizzerias. Maybe they should check the water heating system. It didn't work very well.

It's close to the Vatican and surrounded by good restaurants. The steps between the apartment and the Vatican as my mother has mobility issues.
• Bethany (10/5): Lovely stay in Rome! - We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! Giovanni met us for check in and was very friendly and informative about the flat and area. The welcome snacks were also much appreciated! The flat was very well located, within a couple of mins walk to the Cipro Metro station, and was even within walkable distance to the Vatican. Despite the central location, the apartment was relatively quiet at night which was perfect! The facilities in the flat were great - having the use of an oven and washing machine was especially helpful! I would definitely recommend this flat for a stay in Rome and would come back again! Nothing!

• Simson (10/5): Exceptional - Giovani is an extremely helpful and friendly host. The checkin was set with a platter or slice cakes, biscuits and candies. One of the most welcoming host. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious and right at the Metro station giving convenience to short duration travellers. everything is perfect at this location.

There are multiple restaurants right down next to the apartment so it's really convenient to have a coffee and eat a croissant in the morning. There is also everything you would need to feel like you are at home and the host is really friendly and responsive. The bed matress although soft it lacks support and you sink in it quite a lot which is not comfortable at all. I think the host should change it to a more firmer les squishy mattress :)
• Oleg (8/5): Perfect location to visit and learn Vatican City and Rome - Clean, well equipped apartment on the first floor. There was everything you needed to stay for a weekend. Vatican City (Vatican Museums entrance) located 500m away. Regional train/subway stations both were just 2 steps to get to them, amazingly convenient. A small supermarket was literally next building. Hot water was surprisingly inconsistent, usually you had to wait for 10-15mins to get it warmed. Not apartment but city supplying issue I guess. At nights, it was a quiet noisy as we needed to open the windows, even though the street located away from crowded places.

• Gualtiero (4/5): Disappointing because no action was taken to fix a very annoying problem not difficult to fix - The house was reasonably clean, the furniture were good, the host was on time and friendly FG St Peter's Suites is just an apartment at the first floor of a regular residential block, nothing to deal with "suits". The WC was leaking and making noise. Despite my requests to fix the problem , at least temporary for the nights to reduce the noise, nothing was done. Other small problems like no batteries for the TV remote or no shampoo available in bathroom, circuit breaker that jumps with electric shutters etc. Overall need maintenance.
• Karen (9/5): Great apartment, convenient location. - It was easy to arrange a time to meet the host to get the keys and be shown the apartment. The apartment was clean, very large and had everything that we needed for our stay. The kitchen and bathroom were both large and modern. The host was friendly and responsive when questions arose during the stay. The location of the apartment was very convenient to many different forms of transit (metro, bus, train). The building itself and room were very quiet.
• Lee (10/5): Great Apartment & location - The apartment was large , airy, comfortable and very clean (the photos dont do it justice).. also having a large balcony was excellent. The location is excellent being so close to the Metro station and the Vaticant, coffee shops, bars and restaurants... we would definately return ... its a gem! There is nothing negative about the apartment
