We got to Venice way too early to check-in, but she offered us either way a - The apartments we stayed in were absolutely stunning (very comfy beds too!). The positioning is amazing, you have easy access to everywhere, lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity too. The apartments were super clean and we had everything we needed. We were a bit worried there wouldn’t be enough heating but the apartments were nice and toasty when we got there. Would 100% recommend. -

• Szilvia (3/5): - Volt meleg takaró... Sem a fűtés, sem a.melegvíz nem volt bekapcsolva, amikor elfoglaltuk a szállást, pedig október végén mindekettőre szükség lett volna. Mivel helyben nem volt személyzet (a kulcsot egy bárban kaptuk meg), így este 10 órakor mi magunk kerestük meg, hogy hol kell bekapcsolni a fűtést és a melegvizet. Kiderült, hogy a hálószobákban levegősek a radiátorok, így nagy meleget nem tudtunk varázsolni. Szerencsére csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt.

• Laura (10/5): This is the accommodation you are looking for - Absolutely everything. This was the last place we stayed before home and what an incredible experience! Everything was wonderful 🥰 The furnishings all 10/10 Location perfect. Love Leaving.

Bagni troppo piccoli e difficoltà organizzative con i gestori - La struttura è in una posizione molto centrale, la cucina è attrezzata e sembra recentemente restaurata Per quanto riguarda la casa l’unica grossa obiezione è sui bagni, è comodo avere due bagni ma risultano decisamente troppo stretti, i lavandini ricavati in un angolo sono così piccoli da rendere difficile anche lavarsi il volto. In aggiunta nel secondo bagno il Water è così vicino al muro da renderne difficile l’uso. Purtroppo aggiungo che la nostra esperienza è partita male trovando delle difficoltà di comunicazione con la responsabile della casa. Faccio presente anche che nella struttura non c’è modo di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in
• David (7/5): Appartement bien situé, dommage l’eau froide a gâché l’appréciation globale ! - Appartement spacieux. Globalement propre. Bel emplacement, au calme. Une salle par chambre. Pas d’eau chaude sur toute une journée. Une seule douche possible le jour de l’arrivée. L’obligation d’aller chercher les clefs avec toutes les valises à un endroit alors que l’hébergement est à un autre endroit.
• Sándor (7/5): Clean, central location but small and dark ground-floor flat - The apartment is on the ground floor (this was not completely clear from the photos, and there is another apartment above that is also rented out). The view from the living room window was nice, although there were often people standing right outside. The location in San Polo is excellent, and the place was clean. These were definite positives. On the downside, being on the ground floor made the apartment rather dark. The kitchen is very small, with only basic equipment, and overall the flat felt a bit tight for four people. Collecting the keys takes place at a different location, which is not a big issue, but it does mean extra walking upon arrival. One of the photos showing a view gave the impression that the apartment was on an upper floor, which influenced our choice, but in reality it is on the ground floor. The bathrooms are both functional, which is good, but very tiny, with hardly any space to put your things, and the sink arrangement is a bit unusual. Since the apartment is at street level, noise can be heard at night if the window is open – the area is generally quiet, but on weekends people do pass by and it can be disturbing. Overall, the hosts do their best with the given conditions. The stay was not bad, but we have had better accommodations in Venice for the same or even less money.

• Gayane (3/5): - Wir hatten die Unterkunft für 3 Nächte gebucht und mussten sie einen Tag früher verlassen. Die Unterkunft war sehr unhygienisch und hat nach Urin gestunken. Es war nicht möglich dort länger zu bleiben. Wir haben viel zu viel für die Unterkunft gezahlt. Insgesamt sind wir sehr enttäuscht.

• Natalia Solange (3/5): - Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The apartment was not located at the address mentioned on Booking, and we had to pick up the keys in a bar. Inside, the apartment was very dark and lacked any cozy or romantic atmosphere. The floor was damaged, which caused small stones to spread around the rooms, and overall cleanliness could have been better. The towels were stored in a plastic box and had a musty smell. The air conditioning only worked properly in one room, and there was only one remote for three old units. The white sofa was worn out and left small pieces of material on our clothes. With some proper maintenance and improvements, this apartment could offer a much better experience, but in its current state, it did not meet our expectations.

Thank God for Google maps to help us locate as the building does not have identifiers on it Transit strike so this cause no local parking for a van. Had to take van to airport and take expensive water bot to closest dock by the hotel cost 170 euro. Had to obtain keys from a bar that didnt seem happy that he was even involved. No wifi code given...

• Sandra (4/5): disappointing - scenery out the window once the vaparetto (water buses) was located it was easy to walk to with no bridges nice cafe around the corner for meals the instructions for getting the keys was poor - had to go to an obscure bar about 15 minutes walk away with no real instructions, had to ring someone to get directions Instructions for getting to the accommodation from the airport was not accurate - once we found our way around we could easily walk from the S TOMA water bus stop which only took abut 5 minutes instead of being dropped off by a water taxi from the airport which couldn't get to the actual dock by the apartment. the beds were squeaky, minimal crockery - cups etc for coffee, had to buy some mugs to use for coffee and tea

• Aristenio (10/5): Exceptional - The property is a great option, especially if you're traveling in a group. We had a delay and couldn't arrive at the scheduled time, but the hosts were very kind and provided clear instructions on how to collect the keys, which made everything easier. The accommodation is comfortable and located in a quiet area. Just a heads-up — GPS doesn't always work well in Venice, so it's important to be patient when navigating the streets. As for the kitchen, if you're planning to stay for a few days and want to cook, I recommend asking in advance for extra cooking utensils or supplies, as the basics may be limited.

• Joan (1/5): Not acceptable, the place should have been ready with a beautiful booklet, maps & suggested restaurants & stores - Architecture & on canal. Didn’t have any of the amenities I would expect: no coffee, no drinking water, smallest shower gel but no shampoo or conditioner, welcome information explaining property how exit, WIFI password, no lighting- lights were minimal & not bright AND smallest TV ever! THE bugs downstairs in entry got all over apartment & bit my son. Terrible bug problem. The trash can was full from last guest. I hated, hated that I asked 3 times if we could come early- and very unkindly-a big NO. We were told to PAY to have company hold our bags. But, to add insult to this. The housekeeper never showed up. We were forced to wait & at 3P walked in and the house was in shambles. Not cleaned by the time promised. In fact, it took this person 2.5 more hours!!!! Not cleaned until 530PM, YOU WASTED OUR TIME!!! Shame on you!! No compensation, no apologies, the host was so far removed from this operation and didn’t care. Horrible, DO NOT WASTE your time here.
• Christine (10/5): This is a charming and convenient location for a 1-1/2 day stay in Venice. - The location was fantastic and the apartment was charming. The text with the checkin instructions listed some important information last instead of first (the passports); so we walked to the location (with our luggage), then had to submit our passports, then had to walk to a bar to pickup the keys. Partly my mistake for not reading their communication thoroughly. Maybe review the checkin process text to make it shorter and put the steps in order they need to be done. Other places had me submit passports days in advance - move that information first.

• John (8/5): A comfortable apartment in a fantastic location but lacking some cooking utensils and a clothes rack - The location was fantastic. 10mins walk from the train station and a great base for exploring Venice on foot. The kitchen equipment was a bit sparse but the host responded quickly with some additional items. Dishwasher didn’t seem to have been working for a long time. There was a clothes washer but no rack or airer for hanging clothes.

I feel it’s important to note that all of the items I am about to list I have since noticed that they have been commented on multiple times by multiple reviews, so it’s apparent that there is no intention for the renters to address any of them. - The apartment was not ready at the agreed upon check in time, we had to wait around, message and call multiple times to get access to the building. - It was very dirty once we did get in, garbage bags in the entrance way, trash on the floor, mold in the bathroom showers and sinks. - Furniture was falling apart, the couch was peeling and getting white flakes on everything. - Damage and holes in the walls. In one spot it even looked like an old band aid was stuck to the wall. - Only one of the three A/C units was functional, and it was the one in the back room which did not circulate to the other rooms making being in the apartment miserable, hot, sweaty, hard to sleep at night. - WiFi was very weak and non-existent in some of the rooms. - Not two bathroom, two showers and sinks but only one toilet, kind of defeats the purpose. - Bedding and pillows were very uncomfortable, and we have serious doubts that the sheets were changed from the previous tenants.

• Majen (1/5): Dirty unit and dishonest host - When we arrived at 7pm our unit was still dirty from the previous guests. After letting the host know, they sent cleaners at 9pm. I told the host I would like a partial refund for the inconvenience which they said they would do but after checking out they claimed it was my fault for arriving to a dirty unit because i apparently arrived too early.

Then when we did get a code, the lock box was empty. They sent cleaning lady with keys. They told us the day before that our apt. was the one on the right. Cleaning lady told us the one on left. NOT TWO BATHROOMS AS ADVERTISED. 2 shower, 1 toilet.
• Karen (5/5): Wouldn’t rent it again. - View was nice. Location was good. Comfortable beds. No paper towels, dish towels, very little condiments and no water in the refrigerator. Hair dryer only worked for a few minutes and then went off. Key locks are hard to get used to.

The beds were broken , the sofa was old and broken. Only one toilet although it was written that there are two bathrooms, very disappointing!

• Marcia (10/5): Great accommodations in a beautiful city! - We liked its close proximity to everything and the beautiful views right out our apartment windows. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative about the property was that the lock to the entrance of the building was difficult to open and close. Other guests staying in the building said they found the same thing.

• Garrel (10/5): Loved the apartment. - Right on the canal, very charming house. Once inside there’s a lot of steps to the apartment wouldn’t be a problem but I had a broke foot. You share a front door with the apartment below. We couldn’t lock our door between the apartments called for help and they came promptly to fix. 2 bathrooms with showers but only had 1 toilet . A little inconvenient for 4 people.

Walked in and thought we had 2 single beds off the kitchen, then realised there was a whole other section with a massive bedroom and second shower. The view is wonderful, right out of the living room windows. Showers are fantastic with great pressure and options of whether you want the water from the top or front. Great location away from the bustle of the myriads of tourists, but close enough to the station to drop your luggage off, then get lost in the streets of Venice. Full length mirrors everywhere. Bottom level right off the street. Very quiet at night. There's a washing machine, but no hanging line. Bathroom heaters are not enough to dry pants etc. Two showers, one toilet and a bidet. No hooks to hang coats or towels. Nowhere to put the toilet paper either. Sinks are tiny and in an awkward corner, so shaving for husband was uncomfortable. Ended with water everywhere.

• Ievgeniia (10/5): Atmospheric place in Venice - First of all, it is truly a romantic location. From the window, you can see how two rivers meet, a small bridge and boats. We saw a lot of instagrammers who picked this place for the photoshoot, so the place should be considered trusted for a great view. Quiet around, not crowded unlike other streets in Venice. The apartment is well equipped, warm, really spacious - with our party of 4 people we were feeling extremely comfortable. The host provided nice instructions at check in, we didn't have any problems finding the place. There are 3 large rooms, 2 showers, kitchen with all necessary items. Location - 10 min to the railway station and nearest supermarket, many cafes with local food coffee and bread are around. Surprisingly, they even worked on Easter day - it was a pleasure to have our morning Italian coffee and croissants just across the corner. All was great, thank you

• Dani (10/5): Location 10/10 - You have that view that everyone wants in Venezia: just open your window and see the canals. 230m away from a Banksy art, next to night bars, easy to come and go, nice hosts, very clean, everything was awesome. There’s 2 bathrooms with showers, but only one toilet. For guests to pay attention, actually it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Both sinks had black mold in them. The washing machine leaked. Floors were not cleaned well. No extra pillows , pillows in cabinet did not have pillow cases.

It is basic functional accomodation marketed at a high price The sofas are covered in white sheeting. There is terrible old fashioned furniture.. There is no artwork. It is dark. Rather spooky. No warm ambience. One bathroom very cramped. Once was enough.

The door handle to get into property fell out and we couldn’t lock the place. The air conditioning unit in the main room was not strong enough. The water heater appliance did not work.

Stepping out and seeing the canal right in front of you was splendid. The parking, the staff did not explain well nor did they provide any type of coupon for the place they recommended stating that it honored their property. I ended up paying $90 to park my car because I did not have a coupon book for the stay.
