• Amuliu (10/5): Verry confortable location , clean , quiet- we will return with pleasure. - Tastefully arranged studio in the inner courtyard of a residence ,isolated from the street, with all necessary confort.Located 5 min. walk from Manzoni metro station, easy to find.We appreciated Mr.Nestor"s concern to provide all necessary in the small kitchen and in all spaces- even umbrellas.He provided us a lot of practical information concerning supermarkets, restaurants, tourist attractions. Nothing.

• Carlos (8/5): Comfortable, safe and relatively close to tourist spots. - Someone met us to hand over the keys and explained the use of appliances, etc, and also provided useful tips about restaurants and transportation in the area and even helped carry bags upstairs to the apartment, very much appreciated. All appliances work; the kitchen is well equipped; comfortable bed, shower works well but may be a bit small for larger people. Neighborhood is safe even at night. Close to train, subway stations and bus stops. Coliseum and the Roman Forum are within walking distance. The internet router is outside and too far from the apartment (#4), the weak WiFi signal did not reach all areas inside the apartment. We had to use a prepaid cell service for WiFi but they did reimburse us for that expense. The person in charge said they would add repeaters so this may or may not have been resolved. They also need to set rules regarding quiet hours as noisy neighbors in adjoining apartment (#5) made for some sleepless nights. Some people are not very considerate with their neighbors.

• esteban (10/5): Recomendable, limpio, seguro, bien situado - Nestor y su nieto son muy atentos y eficientes. Nos dio informacion sobre la ciudad. El apartamento esta muy bien situado cerca del metro en linea principal de Roma y a 12 minutos andando del Coliseo. Limpio y seguro. Todo muy bien. Recomendable.

• Vittoriya (8/5): Very good - We liked the location - very close to the metro, some nice sights right round the corner, a couple of supermarkets nearby as well as an excellent pizza place recommended by the host. The apartment was well equipped including the kitchenette which had some basic stuff provided, like sugar, salt, coffee... We also appreciated little details that show that the hosts care about their guests - like a couple of umbrellas available or an extra set of towels, as we were staying for 6 nights. Electric sockets adapters, too. The shower was functional and problem-free (a rare thing). The fact that the apartment is situated in an inner court protected it from the street noise. The same fact made it a bit dark but that was compensated by plenty of electric light. The cutlery was rather limited - just two knives, two forks, no bread cutting knife... Being French we also very much missed wine glasses. Drinking sparkling wine from water glasses at New Year felt very weird. Another thing which is not at all the hosts fault - the Rome authorities have drastically increased the city tax, which is fine per se considering how much keeping up the city needs, but the guests should be warned to have enough cash to pay that tax - 6 euros per person per night. We had to pay 72 euros and it was lucky that we had the cash.

• Chloe (10/5): Great location! - It had everything we needed! It was close to a train station and the colosseum. It would be amazing if this property had a washing machine! Other than that, the property had everything we needed!

The location is perfect(10 min walk to the Colosseum & 3 min walk to the metro station), the room was nice with everything you need. I strongly recommend this place. Thank you!
