• Fabio (7/5): Nonostante degli inconvenienti è andato tutto bene - La posizione dell'alloggio e che lo stesso si trova al primo piano, quindi facilmente accessibile e con scale non molto ripide. Una cosa gradita è stato averci fatto trovare un pensierino sulla maniglia della porta d'ingresso il giorno prima della nostra partenza per scusarsi dell'inconveniente avvenuto. Causa problemi di caldaia siamo stati due giorni senza acqua calda ed a novembre non è molto piacevole, un'altra cosa e la mancanza di un bidet.
• Delepouve (6/5): Appartement bien situé mais très bruyant - Très très bien situé, assez grand pour nous 3 Il n'y a pas de machine à laver, contrairement au descriptif. Nous avions demandé 3 lits, mais nous en avons eu 2 doubles. Le logement est très très mal isolé, nous entendons tous les bruits de la rue et des autres appartements. Le personnel n'a pas répondu lorsque j'ai demandé où était la machine à laver. Je suppose qu'en cas de problème, nous ne devons pas attendre une réponse de leur part. Il y avait une très mauvaise odeur émanant du cellier, il est vraiment conseillé de laisser cette porte fermée.

• JEE (9/5): Inaccurate information on facilities provided - Clean premise My first choice in looking for premise at Italy is air-conditioned and washing machine, as listed in the facilities provided, the premise didn't provide the washing machine, and the owner claimed that only certain suits are provided with washing machine and didn't choose the one.

• Olivia (9/5): Superb - Absolutely recommend! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the city center. The place was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host communicated clearly and promptly, and her many recommendations were incredibly helpful and much appreciated. We had some difficulty getting the key into the front door, it took us a while to figure it out. It would have been much easier if someone had shown us how it worked.

• Paul (10/5): A great value at the heart of Florence - You can't beat the location. It is right in the heart of Florence and just about everything you would want to do is within walking distance. The bathroom sitting area and bedrooms were more than roomy enough for four people. It is very secure with three locked doors to get into the entrance. There were two power outages and one was for approximately 1/2 hour. But the property manager was very prompt in attending to it and I appreciated how friendly and helpful she was. This really does not change the fact that I feel with a great value for the money and the design of the apartment was very classic European and we appreciated very much the decor
• Alex (8/5): Overall the stay was nice the hosts were kind and place was clean - Everywhere was easy to get to from this location and the rooms were clean and roomy plus the host was very kind Not sure if we just didn’t completely understand the light set up but the switches for one of the bedrooms in particular worked some of the time and didn’t at others but it wasn’t too bad as there are lamps if needed

There was no washing machine even though the listing advertised it. There was no air conditioning until we asked multiple times for the remote control and waited nearly all day to receive it.

• Ceylan (7/5): OK in general to sum up with some warm improvements. - there was no breakfast if floor flat entrance is kitchen and table to to eat with two rooms. neat place close to center. taking the key was a bit of an issue but they came in 10 minutes. I suggest you communicate and agree the same day as they do not send any message before. The team is saturated... as they have 70 rooms. But the person who came had a smile. Which was nice. other wise they do not pick up the phone nor respond politely. Location is good stay is comfortable but nothing artistic about as it claims. In fact saying artistic is an insult to art or artists. d be good to put couple of bottles of water arrange key pads for entrance so you can provide pass numbers. some place to be able to put soap or shampoo in the shower area would be good. Shorter pass word for the wifi would make life easy.
