• INMA LORA (9/5): EN FAMILIA POR ROMA - La ubicación es espectacular, pudimos entrar sin problemas cuando llegamos a las 2 de la mañana, las habitaciones y las instalaciones son muy buenas, incluso hay baño de minusválidos. El acceso al apartamento es cómodo ya que tiene ascensor y las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas. Las ventanas aíslan mucho el ruido. Teníamos restaurantes justo abajo del apartamento y supermercados. La estación está a 3 minutos andando y el mercado de la estación está genial para comer o copas y está dentro. Justo abajo hay depósito de maletas de pago muy cómodo. Volvería a cogerlo sin duda. Por ponerle alguna pega decir que la ducha del tercer baño temblaba un poco cuando salia el agua caliente, pero vaya es insignificante para lo bien que está.

• Corina (9/5): - The size of the apartment and how it was equipped. Also, since there was a problem with the access code due to WIFI / Internet connection somebody very kind came to solve the access problem. The third bathroom was for disabled persons, a fact that was not clearly mentioned.
• Alexandru (8/5): - Spacious apartment, close to public transport, easy communication with the host Shower and sink in one bathroom didn;t work. Floors needed a bit more cleaning. More dishwasher detergent would've been kind. Also, some olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar would've made it feel like a home.

• Subaşı (10/5): Herşey çok güzeldi sıcak su konusunda da ekstra bir iyileştirme yapılırsa sorun olmayacak - Ev çok rahat ve geniş 3 ayrı banyosu olmasıda çok iyi bir fırsat ayrıcı termini tren istasyonuna çol yakın bir mesafede olması şehir içi ve şehirlerarası ulaşım için çok rahat bir lokasyondu. Sıcak su konusunda problem yaşamamız bizi biraz zorladı

• Daniela (10/5): Confortable - Apto muy amplio, cómodo, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar la estadía cómodos. Perfecto para una familia de 8 personas. La ubicación excelente para llegar y salir de Roma desde Termini. Muchas opciones de comida y medios de trasporte por la zona. Además el anfitrión muy atento y rápido a nuestras peticiones.
• Dominika (9/5): Przyjechałabym jeszcze raz z dużą ekipą - Lokalizacja jest super pod kątem komunikacji- stąd wszędzie dojdziesz i dojedziesz, więc to na ogromny plus, byłyśmy grupą 7 osób i 3 łazienki też na ogromny plus. Pokoje schludne. Słabo działająca klimatyzacja w jednym z pokoi i niewygodne łóżko - dostawka, ale można było spać w salonie, gdzie było super. Przy tylu osobach woda w kranach była zaledwie letnia, ale w gorącym Rzymie to niewielki problem.

Location - The size of the apartment is large and close to the train station Bed over from the bathrooms and low water pressure, but I’m sure it’s something that they can fix quickly
• Clarence Kay (10/5): - Short distance to termini, grocery shop, restaurants and souvenir stores. The whole place is airconditioned. After a long day outside under the sun, its nice to go back to the apartment to cool off and have a nap in a cool, comfortable room. It was kinda hard to adjust the temperature of the airconditioner because it was locked in a specific temperature
• Jad (9/5): Great stay! - Very good space for a large family. Well located near the train station and many tourist attractions. A wonderful place to rest after a long day of walking. It was a little confusing how to enter the apartment and required good internet service. But it worked out fine.
• Hisham (7/5): Good - Location, facilities, air condition in all rooms Clean level not as expected, bad and weak chairs for dining table, we weren't able to use it to avoid break it. The owner insisted to hold security deposit by card, and my bank prohibited this kind of transactions and they insisted until I got a card from one of my friends.

• Eileen (10/5): Spacious, light and comfortable apartment very close to Roma Termini station and restaurants. - Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a very large living/ dining area. High ceilings and big windows so quite a bit of light. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a generous size too. Kitchen was well equipped with microwave, fridge and washing machine as well as other gadgets. All check-in was done online including accessing the apartment via phone, which was easy to do. The apartment is literally a 5 min walk from the Roma Termini station exit which is very convenient if you are doing train trips while in Rome. Although close to the station it is not in the immediate vicinity of the station but on a parallel street hence not noisy. Bar soaps would have been nice to have although not a big deal. They provided small pouches with hotel-size toiletries including liquid soap.
• Ashvin (9/5): Excellent stay for a family in a strategic location - Perfect accommodation for a family of 5-8 Spacious and well equipped, just like a home away from home. Security is excellent with electronic locks. 2-3mins walk to Termini station and eateries around so location can’t get any better. The shower drain hole of the attached bathroom in the double bedroom was clogged

Hot water / showers need some attention but otherwise nice apartmen - Receptionist at hotel on arrival was very grumpy and rude when asked for location of apartment. Hot water was very hot and miss and showers often cold. When showers on boiler sounded like a jumbo jet engine

• Johnathan (9/5): Spacious comfortable apartment as advertised. - Excellent location, spacious apartment next to the train station and within 20-30 minutes walk of most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants nearby especially the food market at the train station which had a fantastic choice. Electronic security on the apartment was very easy and convenient and the apartment felt very secure. The services and conveniences such as washing machine and WiFi were all as advertised. Two twin rooms and a double with an en-suite all air conditioned and spacious. The bins have to be taken 350 yards to nearby public dumpsters which is a little inconvenient. There was no dustpan and brush meaning you had to set up the hoover after you swept. The water pressure was mediocre but standard for most of Rome.

• Sal (9/5): Great apartment close to train station - Very easy to communicate with the property, they were very quick at getting back to booking.com messages as well as calls. They helped us check in when I got confused (all my own fault) and the whole process was very simple. It's a nice apartment, very comfortable, with three rooms and three bathrooms. The apartment is well equipped with cutlery, plates, mugs and glasses. There's a lovely trattoria below which I would recommend.
• My (10/5): Great stay, great value of money. - super good location, 1 street next to Termini station. The apartment is spacious, very nice for group or family. Convenient to access the apartment with all members via the link. Kitchen kind of small, not quiet fully equipped.
• Prerana (7/5): Good - Very good location around 300 meters from Termini central station. AC of one of the rooms was out of service on the first day of the stay. They informed us on the day of arrival and fixed it on next day. Some water was drifting from the ACs in other rooms as well, also there was a bad smell in one of the washroom, maybe from the gutter.

R. sleeper - stocked kitchen The front desk at the hotel downstairs was exceptionally rude, and would not help us enter the (keyless entry) building without the apartment owner present & wouldn’t speak to anyone from best rent !!! The air conditioners were leaking and we needed more towels and nobody ever showed up to address either situation -

• Michael (8/5): Very good - Location, space, air-conditioning and apartment accessibility The location is excellent and accessible. It is a 2-3mins walking distance to the station. There are plenty of restaurants, street goodies and shops to choose. Close to supermarkets. The space of the apartment is excellent for 6-8 persons. All bedrooms including living room are provided with split type airconditioning that fits best on our summer getaway. The apartment is accessible for handicapped people. There is a fouling odour in the toilet and bath inside the small bedroom. The shower in the middle bathroom has insufficient water pressure with a limited hot water supply.

• Jeffrey (3/5): Beware! - The apartment was dirty and poorly supplied ( when we asked for more toilet paper they actually said they only give for the 1st day!). There is a foul odor throughout the place. The door lock is operated by an App and is very difficult to use. The building is shared with a cheap hotel. The lobby is filthy. The neighborhood is dirty and dangerous just 1 block from the Termini train station. The only positive is it accommodates many people at a cheap price but in retrospect you can do much better elsewhere.

• Andrea (8/5): Very good - Very good location and cozy apartment. Kitchenette was good, a few extra glasses for wine would be good thing. Lightning in the living room could be better, only two corner lapms and no light in the hallway and by entrance door. Having a bathroom accessible for people with special needs it's a very good thing, although it would be nice if shower in it works properly.

• Vd (9/5): Great apartment - Excellent apartment. Clean with everything we needed. Great location. Entry in the the apartment is a hassle. You must use a cell phone app. You must have an internet connection before you can use the apartment wifi. It has n electronic door lock. No one available to provide assistance unless you make a phone call which you can't do unless you have a phone able to make international calls.
