• Kris (9/5): - De locatie is ideaal : op wandelafstand van alle mooie bezienswaardigheden in het centrum! De gastheer was heel behulpzaam om ons te helpen (bij vervroegde aankomst en uitgesteld vertrek) zodat we optimaal van onze tijd konden genieten gedurende ons verblijf in Rome. Enkele details die eigenlijk de moeite niet zijn om te vernoemen.

• Lisa (9/5): Wonderful, bright, comfortable apartment, with friendly and helpful host - We loved this apartment - wonderful, bright, modern facilities, all needed amenities, in a wonderful location. Host was fantastic and accomodating. Beds were very comfortable. I would book this again. There's construction going on (apartment above?) so it's very noisy starting around 9 a.m. We were out and about so this didn't really bother us, but for someone sticking around the apartment, this would be bothersome.

W czasie naszego pobytu akurat trwał remont pomieszczeń obok ( ale nie jest to wina właścicieli) .

The apartment was very clean and had pretty much everything you needed available and the host had a great list of restaurants nearby and a grocery store. The air conditioner took a while to get cold but once it did it was fine.

• Aileen (6/5): Fabulous apartment in a great location. - The modern vibes, the layout of the apartment and the location were amazing. The host met us at the door upon arrival and showed us everything we needed to. She was extremely helpful. We had an issue with the hot water, which was fixed. However the hot water pressure in the whole apartment was very poor I would suggest it be checked. In one bathroom (all bedrooms were ensuite,) the hot water pressure was so low that our son and his partner couldn't use the shower or the bath. Which was disappointing.

• R (7/5): Great apartment in an excellent location with basically all you need. Just a little love and the apartment is almost per - The location is excellent. It is huge, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. That is perfect for a family. Technically all you need is available. The bedroom to the street is quite noisy. Many cars pass by. Not an issue if you are used to it, but certainly an issue if not. When we stayed there everything was available, but not all worked: hairdryers, coffeemaker, extractor hood. The main issue was the warm water supply. It took ages to have some, it came irregularly and spoiling water to wait for some warm water is not very sustainable.

• Pinar (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great. Walking distance to many attractions and there are some nice restaurants close by. The apartment was huge, each room with its own bathroom. We were two adults and 3 teens and each one of us loved the place. The bathrooms in the backrooms are beautifully designed however the hot water takes a lot of time to arrive. We did not mind it but this could be improved.

• Regina (10/5): Awesome Rental! - This place is amazing!! Larger than we anticipated, very clean, bright and well decorated. All of the bedrooms were roomy and the beds comfortable; showers were great! The patio, overlooking the Tiber is roomy and nice. The location is great - easy walking to all the major sites on both sides of the river. We didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked and well laid out. Laundry room was a great bonus. Would absolutely stay here again!! There is absolutely nothing bad to be said about this place!!

Lots of space, 3 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom, large living room/ dining room area with 2 balconies. Great location, on the main road overlooking the river yet in walking distance to all attractions and hop-on hop-off bus stop. Grocery store located just behind the building. Kitchen equipped with the essentials. Laundry machine an asset. Elevator available. Easy check-in & check-out process. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Maintenance required for items used frequently such as toilet paper holders to be securely attached to wall. Shower in back right bedroom, shower head not working and unable to regulate water due to how it's installed. Sofa bed could use a new mattress. Would suggest a bunk bed style sofa for 1 or 2 bedrooms to maximize guest capacity.

It also had a great view over Tiber river. The hostess was very helpful, polite and responsive. Only a minor thing was the small delay in the hot water in one of the en-suite bathrooms

Clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities and controllable heating/ cooling that actually works. Would definitely stay here again.

All rooms were large and comfortable with their own bathroom (one with a bath). The lounge was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The free coffee was lovely. The balconys a nice touch opposite the river. There were on a busy road but this is hard to avoid in central Rome! n/a
• Jennifer (10/5): Luxury apartment in Rome - We were very impressed with this apartment from the moment we arrived. Pierluigi arranged transport for 5 of us from Termini station and met us at the apartment and helped us with our luggage . I had injured my foot before arriving and we were helped so much with this even allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment on checkout, and also allowing me to wait inside as it was raining while the cleaners were there until the driver arrived to take us to the airport. Again Pierluigi arranged our transport and even arrived to help us with luggage and farewell us. The hosts were exceptional and I felt I could make contact easily with any questions. There were lots of suggestions for restaurants and getting around Rome. The apartment itself was beautiful, very spacious and attractively decorated. There were 5 of us staying and we appreciated the 4 bathrooms and large living and dining space.The balcony was welcomed to sit outside and enjoy the river with a glass of wine. There was air-conditioning in every room and plenty of towels and everything else you could need. There was a supermarket within 5 minutes walk and the location was very central for walking to all the major sites of Rome. I highly recommend this accommodation and would certainly stay here again as it is the best I have ever stayed in. There was nothing. All was exceptional.

• Catherine (10/5): Perfect apartment in a perfect location - The location was superb. All the main sights within 30 minutes walk. Vatican and Castel Saint Angelo within eyeshot from next bridge. It’s a large apartment with plenty of space for our family of 4, allowing the older teenagers their own space after long days sightseeing. Everything you need is provided and Elizabeth was so very welcoming and helpful.

• Surrey (10/5): Great apartment in a great location - The apartment is in a great location within 5-10 minutes of Via Condotti and the Spanish Steps and 30 minutes from the Colosseum and the Vatican. It was a perfect base for our family of three teenage children. It’s rare to find a three bedroom three bathroom apartment in any capital city. Out host PG could not be more helpful organising airport taxis and making restaurant recommendations
