• Joanna (7/5): - The location is great. Near to almost tourist destination, Vaporetto is just a few step away from the location. The only problem we had is the water it easily gets Cold when showering.

• Dayana (8/5): - Close to the water taxi / ideal location overall. Huge space for my big family and I, perfectly running aircons throughout the night during the hot summer! Mr Luigi was wonderful in welcoming us. Bit stressful to plan ahead on arrival time since we were new to Venice but all worked out. Tricky managing hot water; only one person could shower at a time which defeats the purpose of having two bathrooms. Single beds in the common area were hard and uncomfortable - some pillows were flat but other than that, everything else went wonderful.

• Dalakoti (8/5): Very good - Thank you Mr. Luigi for picking us up from the water taxi and bringing us to the house, the detailed explanation about the house and safety measures we should take. The location of the house was convenient, the house itself was big and spacious for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids. the toilets were big and there was a washing machine.

• Angela (3/5): Avoid this one - The location The host who met us, was rude and sarcastic. He took us a route to the apartment that was over one of the biggest bridges in Venice when we had small children and elderly people and luggage to manage. we later found there were simpler ways to access. We were supposed to be provided with an infant crib which was not provided. our booking said we would be given a bottle of champagne and that also wasn't provided. The hot water didn't work in one of the showers, the seating in the main area (living room) was extremely uncomfortable and almost impossible to use. A lot of the furniture was old and seemed to be falling apart. Maybe it's to give character but it was not a pleasant stay. Dishwasher wasn't working properly. There were racks of laundry left drying in the middle of the house. The shower gel provided was just a refill of the same hand soap at the sinks. The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable. Definitely recommend avoiding this one. Our family stayed in 4 different apartments in our Italy trip and this was definitely the worst one.
• Vuth (7/5): Good - Clean and have everything as described The apartment was perfect I arrived there at night around 7pm and it was difficult for my group to find the apartment since the welcomer waiting us at different place and it difficult to find the boat to arrive there at night. even after we contacted the welcomer he still not come to find us so we have to find it by ourselves You have to lift your baggage across accademia bridge and many small bridges before arrive there Recommend to bought a boat ticket to go there so you can skip many small bridges
• Ahmad (9/5): Superb - The property was nicely furnished in old style and decor, but felt like home. Kitchen was well equipped and location was perfect. It was close to major spots in Venice. Supermarket, restaurants and chops were close by. Host was a gentleman and waited for us to check in and showed us around the property. It also had 2 bathrooms and you didn't have to climb up flight of stairs

• Abhinandan (1/5): I think there are better places to stay in Venice. - The property was clean It was close to San Marco although takes some 15-20 minutes of walking to get there. The rooms were big. Its a 2 bedroom home with beds in the We had multiple issues with the home. 1. Mr. Luigi, who takes care of the house and hands over keys was not helpful. He told us that we can walk to the house to which I answered that I have 4 massive bags. He said that its easy to walk from the train station to the house by walk. As a newbie in Venice, I googled the address and started walking with my family of 8. After 25 mins we hit a dead end. Mr.Luigi would not communicate proper directions at all. Taking the public transit ferry would have been such a good idea. 2. When we arrived at the home, it was hotter than the Sun. It was on heat 7. We reduced it to 5 and then to 3 but the home was always super hot. Although the home was hot, there was no hot water in the home. The first day, only 7 of us had hot water to bathe and on the second day, there was absolutely no hot water. Accomodation is average and even below average accomodations provide hot water which this place did not. I think there are better places to stay in Venice. Any random hotel would be better than this accomodation.
