Mary (3/5): Very disappointed! Budget student accommodation at best. - The property manager and her staff where very nice and responsive. My husband left his passport in Venice and they allowed us to ship it to an address where someone would be there to receive it as that wasn’t possible at the property. It had an elevator. The apartment was decrepit, totally run down. The ac was completely inadequate for the upstairs area and there was none in the kitchenette area. The spiral staircase to the living,bathroom and bedroom area was really tight so my medium suitcase wouldn’t fit up the stairs. No hot water the first morning had to call the manager. I could go on. I could not recommend this apartment to anyone.
