- Laura (10/5): Amazing place for a stay at Venice and to enjoy Biennale. - Location and the apartment itself. Location was not on a main tourist track and very close to Venice Biennale Arsenal and Giardini, which we came for. The apartment is what you expect to stay in Venice. Also it has all you need to cook for yourself, as we loved having long breakfast. Amazing place. Towels are quite worn, but clean so not a big problem.

Located in a fantastic neighbourhood with everything you need The property was fantastic, clean, well furnished, lots of character, all the amenities you need and above all the location was fantastic. - Monika (5/5): Extremely careless hosts - Location and available space Completely irresponsible and careless hosts. I' ve booked the apartment from 26th April till 30th April. I informed the host that I will arrive late around 10- 11 pm and I was charged additional 60 euro for that. The door to the building as well as the door to the apartment was supposed to be opened with virtual key. In case of problems numbers to 2 hosts were available. When I arrived at 11pm virtual key didn't work at all and information to contact the host was displayed. I called both owners more than 20 times without any response. Same applies to messages. I spent over 2 hours in the middle of the night trying to enter the booked apartment amd calling police. Finally the next morning on 27th April they answered me being upset that it's 7am and Im trying to enter the apartment - although the apartment was booked from previous day from 3pm. They gave me the code to the lock ( as it couldn't have been given earlier ) and even before they sent any apology they reminded me to dispose of the trashes. They tried to explain that they were changing the staff but overall the situation where they charged 2000 euro for 4 nights amd additional 60 euro for late arrival and don't even care if guests can enter the property is unacceptable. The clineliness was pretty poor. Hair of previous guests were on floor and in bathroom as well as spiderwebs in toilet. Quite unpleasant scent in bathroom. I definitely do not recommend as it was my worst experience with booking.

- Samuel (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect for our taste. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a little grocery store and little bakery right around the corner to grab necessities and snacks. There was plenty of room for our 6 person group, could have easily added 2 more people. Great for two small families. We would have liked to have a microwave since there is no stove. A welcome guide in the apartment would be great to describe the ins and outs of the apartment and surounding area. A couple of minor quirky things but nothing too crazy.
