• Michèle (3/5): Famille, fuyez cet appartement. - La localisation Famille fuyez cet appartement ! Il est situé juste au dessus d'un bar, impossible de dormir avant 4h du matin. De plus, l'appartement sent très fortement l'humidité. Il n'y a aucune couverture en cas de froid, et pas de radiateur pour se réchauffer. L'eau du robinet est imbuvable, forte odeur de chlore, une bouteille d'eau aurait été appréciée au vue du prix de la location. Le lit est vétuste et fait un bruit monstre des que l'on bouge. Pour finir, pas de pommeau de douche, donc difficile de laver des enfants. Il faut rentrer avec eux dans la douche qui est très petite.

No fue posible dormir en la habitación principal, la bulla solo paró después de las 3:30 am. Queríamos descansar una noche par a seguir nuestro viaje y no fue posible.

La sala de reunión con el resto del grupo es en la cocina, con sillas incómodas. La ducha muy pequeña y no desagua bien, tenía que hacer varias paradas de ducha para que desaguase la ducha. La ducha no tenía alcachofa móvil, solo fija en la pared, por lo que te tenías que mojar el pelo quisieras o no .

Depto bien equipado. Sabanas y toallas impecables. Anfitrion contesta rapidamente y soluciono nuestras dudas. Incluso envio persona para ayudarnos a utilizar lavadora ropa. En el sector de la cocina y comedor podria poner un sofa pequeño para sentarse mas comodamente y ver TV por ejemplo.

• Madison (6/5): lack of supplies and instructions, but very spacious and adequate room for 4 people with a great location. - great location and great sized kitchen we all left with multiple bug bites. they were all around the apartment. there also were not enough sheets or blankets for the pull-out bed. the stove top didn’t work, and we didn’t have any instructions for check out (example: did we need to clean our dishes/kitchen, what to do with the trash). the floors were very dirty as well.

• Ioana (9/5): Lovely place, large kitchen and bathroom, central position! - It is very close to all the main attractions, we walked the entire trip. The staff were very responsive and helpful during our stay. The double bed was lower on one side than the other. And although the location is central, unfortunately there is a bear near the apartment and it can get quite noisy during the night.
• بدرية (8/5): كانت الإقامة جيدة لموقع الشقة وقربها من محل البقالة وجودة المطبخ حيث تتوفر كافة الادوات المطلوبة . - الموقع كان جميل بالقرب من الساحات والمتاجر السياحية . تجاوب المالك والرد على الرسائل بسرعة . المطبخ مكتمل الادوات ، يوجد كافة وسائل الراحة ( انترنت / تلفزيون / مكواه / غسالة اطباق / غسالة ملابس / -الضوضاء حيث ان موقع غرفة النوم الرئيسه على الشارع ، وهذا جعل كافة اصوت السيارة والمارة داخل الغرفة ، - ( مناديل الحمام رديئة الصنع ، لا يتوفر بلسم للشعر ، - الشقة في الدور الثاني و لا يتوفر مصعد لحمل الحقائب . - وقت الخروج مبكر ( الساعة العاشر )
• Maria (2/5): Soggiorno pessimo, gestione assente - buona posizione, bagni puliti e nuovi Il soggiorno è stato pessimo, continui schiamazzi per le scale e al piano di sotto (noi eravamo 3 mamme con 3 bambini e non abbiamo mai dato fastidio a nessuno). Impossibile dormire, musica alta tutta la notte. Tante zanzare. Dulcis in fundo: poichè non c è l'ascensore, ho lasciato il passeggino nell'androne (dove ci sono tante biciclette sparse, oltre a quelle sulla rastrelliera) una mezz'ora per prendere le valigie e la bambina Mi hanno rotto il passeggino (un atto vandalico). Ho dovuto proseguire il viaggio con passeggino rotto, bambina e valigie in braccio. ho chiamato l'ufficio che mi ha detto che sarei stata ricontattata e non si sono degnati neanche di una risposta. Non ci ritornerei mai più.

• Elvis (8/5): Schöne Wohnung, top Lage. - Ein Anruf und die Haupteingangstür im Erdgeschoss war offen. Im ersten OG war dann der Schlüsselsafe von dem wir die Nummer beim Anruf erhalten haben. Einfach und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist schön und an einer Top Lage. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und bietet auch alles, falls man was selber kochen möchte. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten diese gleich nebenan abgeben. Dieses wurde an einen anderen Parkplatz gebracht. Vor der Abreise konnten wir eine Stunde vorher anrufen und der Wagen stand wieder da. Perfekt war auch, dass die Kosten für den Parkplatz die Unterkunft übernommen hat. Super! Das Doppelbett im grossen Schlafzimmer hat enorm gequietscht und war ein wenig durchgelegen. Hier würde ich einen Wechsel empfehlen. Den Dampfabzug haben wir zwar nicht gebraucht, aber der würde nichts nützen da dieser in den Kasten reinbläst.

Papírvékony falak, a felettünk lakók nagyon hangosak, a háló felett vizesblokk, közelben szórakozóhely ahonnan hangos zene hallatszott szombat este, csak gangra nyíló ablak, a kanapén nem lehet aludni a lépcsőházi zajoktól, egszóval nagyon zajos.

• evazh (8/5): Great apartment but very noisy at night - Great location, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Very noisy. There is a nightclub next door, and the windows do not provide much noise insulation. The floor was not clean, with hair and breadcrumbs visible.
• Jens (9/5): Wohnung in toller Lage mit liebevoller Einrichtung. - Tolle Lage, liebevolle Einrichtung, unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Sehr strikte Abreiseregelung. Das Putzpersonal kam bereits als wir unsere Koffer pünktlich aus der Wohnung geräumt haben.
• Magnaghi (5/5): The location was convenient but that was the only positive aspect of the apartment. - The location was very good. Everywhere we wanted to go was under a 20 minute walk. The location is right over two very loud bars and there was a lot of late night noise from them. There is also a lot of construction work happening in the buildings near by so the scaffolding was a nuisance. Nothing Mamo Florence could do about it but good to know. The beds were the firmest mattress we’ve ever slept on and they’re very low to the ground. The shower was very small. My husband and son are both over 6’0 and they barely fit in it.

• Mélissa (8/5): - Appartement propre, fonctionnel, agréable, proche du centre. Nous n'avons pas apprecié : L'insonorisation inexistante. Nous nous sommes réveillés plusieurs dizaines de fois dans la nuit du fait des nuisances sonores extérieures. Ne pas pouvoir utiliser la cafetière italienne qui était sale et très usée (récipient d'eau complètement noir a l'intérieur, malgré nos efforts pour tenter de le nettoyer). Nous n'avons donc pas pu prendre de café dans l'appartement car il s'agissait de la seule cafetière présente.

• Białas (10/5): Apartament idealny do wypoczynku i zwiedzania miasta - Cudowny apartament z dwiema łazienkami w historycznym centrum Florencji. Nowoczesne wykończenie, ale nawiązujące do Toskańskiego sznytu np. szafy, ozdoby. Komunikacja z gospodarzem świetna, bardzo przyjemna i profesjonalna obsługa, z zapewnionym parkingiem, co w centrum miasta jest chyba najważniejsze, warto się tam zatrzymać żeby zwiedzić Florencję.

• Zoltán (10/5): We loved the place. - The apartment is situated in the historical center of Florence, a few minutes walk from the main square, the market. The parking is settled with a company who takes our car and parks in a garage somewhere. We were a bit afraid to hand over our car to a unknown person, but there was not any problems or damages on the car. The apartment is well equiped, there are two separate bathrooms, and the living room also has a sofa. We could smoke in a small balkony. There are small coffee bars in the vicinity, good for breakfast. Nothing to mention.
• Robin (8/5): Good apartment close to the Duomo - The location was great, and the apartment was pretty comfortable There were a lot of confusing issues with the parking, the plumbing, the hot water, and the washing machine. However, the property managers answered quickly and resolved all the issues very promptly.

I would recommend to provide the guests with a password/link to open the entrance door in advance, because I spent some time on my arrival to get through the contact centre to open for me the entrance door.

• Neiva (10/5): - Quartos, cozinha, banheiro. O box do banheiro tem escoamento muito lento da água pelo ralo. É necessário ajustar isso. Talvez esteja parcialmente entupido. E a porta do box não veda completamente ao fechar e permite que muita água caia pra fora do box durante o banho. Isso causa desconforto e encharca o piso ( tapete) na frente do box. Precisa arrumar.

Thankfully my husband had international calls and internet because they asked us to call a number to notify that we were in the front door so they could buzz us in. It would be nice to receive the info sooner to adapt, if necessary, because many foreign visitors may come without internet and need to go to a cafe to communicate with the company and find an alternative solution to get someone to let them in.

The staff was very helpful (we noticed upon checking in that there was some issues with the stove and the toaster, they promptly checked and replaced both with new ones -- lucky next guests)! Everything was comfortable and smooth. We greatly enjoyed our stay. None. This is a great apartment in a superb location. A little noisy at night but that's true for the entire city.

Migliorerei un po' la pulizia e soprattutto consiglierei una disinfestazione per le zanzare. Sotto l'appartamento c'è un bar e si sentono musica e chiacchiericcio fino a tarda notte, a me non ha dato fastidio ma non adatto a chi ha il sonno leggero diciamo.

• Nermin (9/5): Alles beloopbaar! - De locatie was uitstekend! We hebben twee dagen de auto laten staan en alles was beloopbaar. En de samenwerking met de parkeergaraga om de hoek was ook perfect! De bar onder het huis was tot laat in de nacht open waardoor er best veel lawaai was ‘s nachts.

Un peu bruyant (voisins). Le canapé-lit pour la 5eme personne de mauvaise qualité et sans volets ni rideaux donc beaucoup de luminosité.
• SPANU (2/5): A fuir ! - L'emplacement central Nombreux messages envoyés séparément, compliqués et en anglais. Porte fermée à l'arrivée, la société n'arrivait pas à l'ouvrir à distance. Quelqu'un est arrivé à vélo plus tard, même problème. Puis il s'est trompé d'appartement et n'arrivait pas à ouvrir. Nous sommes restés 1h debout à attendre avec les bagages. Pas de message ni d'excuses de la société ! On comprend que seul le gain compte pour eux. Bac de douche bouché, impossible de prendre 2 douches sinon cela aurait débordé. Douche minuscule, pommeau fixé au plafond, obligé de se mouiller la tête pour se laver ! Pas de salon : on regarde la télé sur une chaise dure. Des moustiques vivants et d'autres morts écrasés sur les murs. Le ménage est visiblement limité. Rien ne correspondait aux photos. Mauvaise expérience. Nous n'y reviendrons jamais.

• chiara (4/5): NON LO CONSIGLIO - I ragazzi al telefono sono sempre stati gentilissimi LA posizione è comoda per visitare la città ma purtroppo al di sotto si trovano 2 locali e la notte non siamo riusciti a dormire in quanto c è stato caos fino alle 5 del mattino musica altissima e ragazzi in festa.Lappartamento fiona non è bello come in foto la mobilia è vecchia e l appartamento era sporco soprattutto il bagno.Capelli in tutti i letti ,testiere del letto macchiate e impolverate.divano letto tutto macchiato.
