• Mariia (9/5): - Просторная, красивая квартира в духе Венеции. Идеальное расположение для возможности изучить остров, в 10 минутах ходьбы от площади Сан Марко. Очень рекомендуем. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления еды, минимальный набор специй и масла. Не хватало оснащения ванной туалетными принадлежностями в виде шампуня, геля для душа и запасной туалетной бумаги с учетом нескольких дней проживания.

Best place we stayed in 6 weeks in Italy - Location close to Rialto market was perfect ... great spot to catch vaporati, great neighbourhood for eating out, easy walk to St Marks square. Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Communication with host was great. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Bed linen was obviously quality.

Appartamento bello, accogliente e dotato di tanti comfort. 2 letti singoli usati come matrimoniale. Con il muoversi tendono ad allargarsi e risulta essere non troppo comodo. Sifone doccia principale sporco.
• Sanan (9/5): A perfect and comfortable stay in the heart of Venice. - This was my third time visiting Venice, and honestly, I really loved this place. It is not easy to find such a nice and reasonably priced home in Venice, especially in such a perfect location near Rialto Bridge. The apartment had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Everything we needed to know about the apartment was explained clearly. The only thing to mention is that if you travel with a large suitcase, it might be a bit difficult to carry it up. But this is not really a problem with the apartment itself, as moving around Venice with heavy luggage is usually challenging everywhere.

• Germán (9/5): Buena opción, lo recomiendo - El dueño encantador y el apartamento muy bien decorado y cómodo. No nos gustó, el zumbido (bastante molesto) que aparecía de vez en cuando… no duraba demasiado. Pero era fuerte.

• Natalia (4/5): Это худшая квартира, в которой я останавливаюсь - Близость к центру и рынку В квартире 2 утра не было горячей воды, нельзя было помыться, уборка не качественная, везде пыль, в комнате на 1 кровати лежат 2 матраса, которые ночью постоянно разъезжаются в разные стороны и ты оказываешься в дырке. Очень шумно на улице, так как внизу 2 кафе и тарелками стучат до 24:00, спать не возможно

Exceptional hosts, we left a jacket in the cupboard and they kindly organised it getting sent back to us. The two single beds sandwiched together are a bit annoying as they move apart easily but not a deal breaker. The sofa cushions also migrated easily to the floor.

• Werner (9/5): Venedig ist viel besser, als sein Ruf! Chicke Menschen, tolle Verkehrsmittel und faire Preise! - Tolle Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage zu den Hauptattraktionen von Venedig! Dank Klimaanlagen erholsamer Schlaf auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen. Sauberes, neues Bad und moderne Technik! Wir hatten für die Anreise vom Vaporetto aus zu viel Gepäck mit - über die Rialtobrücke kein Vergnügen - aber da kann die Wohnung nichts dazu.

Very nice apartment, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, although we didn't spend too much time indoors. The only minus, I would say, is that the bed had 2 individual single matresses (instead of a double matress), and they would move if you tend to move more in your sleep.

• Chris (10/5): Venice Vacation - The apartment is fully equipped as if you live there permanently and is as good in reality as the pictures show.. We only used the kitchen for breakfasts however the kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a washing machine and drying rack. The weather was hot in June however we were kept cool by two airconditioners. The apartment is a few minutes to the Rialto Bridge and all the services, restaurants, shops etc. Others have mentiined there is a kitchen to a restaurant downstairs but we found no smells or noise. The apartment is very quiet with excellent security.. Kiara met us at the apartment and was very helpful with information. We do love to walk and found the location a central spot to explore venice. We hope to return one day and will happily rebook this apartment. This is advice to others and did not bother us. This apartment has two flights of stairs. It was not as difficult as many we have stayed in during 6 weeks in Italy however the general advice of travel light is recommended. You will need to be able to carry your luggage up the stairs.

• Gabriela (9/5): Will return here for our next stay in Venice! - Location is awesome! The apartment is exactly as in the photos, cozy and bright. The sofa can also become a bed. Hairdryer, vacuum cleaner available. Great communication with the staff and some good recommendations received - thank you! Keep in mind the bed is with two mattresses and that in the kitchen some things like a tray is missing. Apart from that everything was amazing!

• Louisa (10/5): Beautiful central apartment with great facilities. - The apartment is so central. 5 min walk from rialto bridge. It is a private stair where there’s only one other apartment. You can’t miss the key lock as its luminous green. The apartment is lovely. Great shower. Super clean. Spacious. I would only book this apartment if I come back again as its brilliant value for money. We’ve stayed in some overpriced hotels and been really disappointed. Venice is always busy and accommodation in high demand all year round.

• Nancy (5/5): No answer /availabity from staff managing the flat - Location I do not recommend the flat if you arrive outside the “in person” check-in time range (10am to 7pm). I arrived late and a wrong address was specified on my booking reservation (more or less same name of the street, but 20 min away from the correct address): It took me 2 hours, from 11 pm to 1 am, to find the flat on my own (with the help of venetians people) as I had no answer from Walter (the owner), nor Erika (who seems to be the professional in charge of the check in/check out process) I texted the address specified in the booking reservation, to Erika and asked her if It was the right one – She never replied, while she was “online” and while I told her that I was alone in the street…. I have just received an automatic message, specifying that they will get back to me the next morning…. Finally at 1 am, Walter replied to me that he sent me the pin location by message when I booked the flat, which is true but it was 7 month ago: when I arrived in Venice, I looked at the reservation and not the message sent, thinking that the right address was specified on the booking reservation Mistakes can happen, but the most annoying was really about having no answer to my texts and calls while Erika was “online”

• Steffen (8/5): Nice apartment in a great location - First things first: the apartment is really nice, corresponds to the description and is ideally located for a visit to Venice. The host (unfortunately we didn't meet him personally) always responds to questions promptly and in a friendly manner. A member of staff was supposed to hand over the keys. We were at the building as agreed, she was not. She very kindly told us that she could not come, but had hidden the key. It was in a dark side alley on a very dirty wall ledge, wrapped in an old napkin. Since she described the wrong place to us, we looked in the wrong dirt first. That was a bit disgusting. She also wanted to send us information (about the apartment, surroundings, shopping, food, etc.), but we never got it. But we didn't need it either, as this was not our first stay in Venice. The apartment is very fully equipped. The external cleanliness is fine. However, the cupboards and drawers should definitely be cleaned. Also, the bathroom was out of soap. And, one roll of toilet paper and only two tabs for the dishwasher is not much for 5 days. But you can buy that. It would be better if you didn't have to. Regarding the location, you should know that the apartment is in a quiet alley, but unfortunately directly above the kitchen of a restaurant. And during our stay, the large kitchen door was always open to the alley. This meant that there were always strong kitchen smells in the flat (with the window open) and also really loud noise until after midnight. Really loud ... Unfortunately, we always sleep with the window open. The apartment has two air conditioners, which we did not need. The heating was not on yet, despite the end of October. No problem during the day, but it would have been nice to have it in the bathroom in the evening. Especially as the towels don't dry that way. As I said, it's a nice apartment. The kitchen below is only annoying if you open the windows and the kitchen has the door open.

• Simona (6/5): Great size ( standard) apartment with very good location - The apartment has an overall great location and was easy to find! It gives you home feeling as there is enough space and basic equipment for whatever you need / I assume people come to travel to Venice not spend days in the apartment/ but even kitchen has everything. I guess I would forgive a few of the things if this would not be as pricy as it is. At such a cost, I would expect everything to be much cleaner. We had trouble with blood and lipstick on our bedsheets so we tried to contact accommodation but with no reply- this was sad :( Also, we had to wait for a lady as she was 20 minutes late and did not even say sorry. I would suggest giving more than 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights. Suggestion for the owner? Either put price less when people expect lower standard or I would truly focus on cleaning here :-)
