• Ella (10/5): - We had a very pleasant stay and truly felt welcome from the very beginning. The hosts greeted us warmly and provided very clear instructions, which made everything smooth and easy. What we especially appreciated was that we were allowed to enter the apartment earlier than the official check-in time, just to leave our luggage. This was a very kind and guest-oriented gesture. The apartment is a spacious two-and-a-half-room flat with two comfortable double bedrooms. One of the rooms also had an additional inflatable bed, which worked well for our group. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet, which was extremely important and practical as we were seven people. The living room is large and comfortable, with a sofa bed, and the dining area and kitchen are very nice and fully equipped. We had everything we needed both for preparing breakfast and, if needed, cooking a proper meal. The Wi‑Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The location is excellent — less than 1 km from Termini Station — easy to reach and a great base for exploring the city on foot. There are also grocery stores nearby for everyday necessities. The neighborhood itself is calm, quiet, and pleasant. We would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Rome

• Janet (8/5): Great value for a stay longer than a weekend, affordable and enables you to be independent - As 2 friends traveling together it suited us as we decided to cook for ourselves occasionally. Ee liked the location and there a good food store nearby. Great food Metro and other transport. Felt very safe too. Having locked shutters at the rear might have a been a problem if there had been an emergency. Also made the bedrooms a bit gloomy but appreciate that in the summer shade is important.

• Thomas (10/5): - The apartment was really good , clean and comfortable .All fqcilities like kitchrn,fridge,washing machine, iron, iron table,cloth drying rack,hair dryer were provided...The person in charge of the apartment is a very warm.person who will be present at the apartment when you arrive.They explain everything to you and make you comfortable.Very responsive too.Calm neighbourhood too..A supermarket in 200m...lot of restaurants near by. Location is 900m from Roma Termini metro station.With senior parents with us, we could not walk so much.Otherwise everything is excellent.

• Katherine (8/5): We definitely recommend. - The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to make a light breakfast and coffee. The washer was easy to use and came in very handy. The location was perfect for us. It is on a quiet street that is close to Roma Termini. The two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and comfortable lounge were perfect for our family. There are few small shops close by for the few groceries we needed. Plenty of restaurants close as well. The wifi was strong and the air conditioners cooled us off after a long day touring the city in the sun. The plumbing was a bit tricky, but I think that is a common struggle for those of us who are not familiar with Italian plumbing.
• Clay (10/5): Exceptional - It's a charming old Roman apartment about 10 minutes walk from Independance Square. Just a little further to Castro Pretorio metro station. It's possible to walk from Termini, but I don't recommend it. Practically on the ground floor, only a few feet above the sidewalk. The hosts are a very friendly and accomodating couple. It is an excellent value and close enough to transportation. Only a couple metro stops from everything. Other than the age of the property, I have no objections.
• Анна (10/5): I recommend - The owner is a nice man. For our large family, the Djulio gave two pairs of keys Large, bright, warm apartment on high ground floor. Two large bedrooms and a separate living room. Lots of bed linen and towels. Also a separate large kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove. Conveniently, of course, two separate toilets and a shower. 10 minutes walk from the railway station. Nearby is a bus stop and metro. Everything is fine

• Gemma (8/5): Good choice next to Termini Station - It was very well located. Very near from Termini train and Metro Station. There are nice restaurants and cafes around were to eat for a good price. The apartment had enough space for the five of us. Giulio was nice and helpful with us and with our doggie. The apartment was comfortable. There are some things that could be renovated however we were the whole day outside visiting the city so for us was absolutely fine.

• Iva (10/5): Great place, would highly recommend 👌 - We loved the apartment! ❤️ It had all the facilities needed - air conditioning, cutlery, towels, hair dryers, and the beds were super comfortable. Also, the place was very clean. It's very close to Termini Station and there are nice restaurants nearby (we found an amazing restaurant close-by called "La Famiglia" and the food was so delicious). There is a metro station nearby, too, although we decided to walk to the city centre (which is also not that far away, 20 min by foot). The hosts were so friendly and so nice. 🫶 They gave us directors, and the communication with them was super easy overall. Thank you so much!

Giulio was so helpful prior to our stay as my partner and son was doing the Rome Marathon, we were arriving late and Giulio picked up their marathon packs which was amazing. The property is large and spacious.

Also very close to supermarket Conad city which is very reasonable. Apartment is very spacious, we stayed with our family of 5 It is a little out of the city ,but the closeness to the metro did make up for this .

Plenty of room & extra roll out beds for us if we needed them. Only one complaint was that the big bed in the main bedroom was noisy when you moved but we reported it to the owners and they were happy I had told them about it.

• Jane (5/5): Disappointing stay. It all needs a good clean and refresh. - The location was convenient to the train station. It was easy to navigate to bus stops and the metro from here. The apartment floor was really dirty, the second bathroom was just a toilet in a storage/cleaning cupboard, kitchen was dirty, no sink plug, mismatched and broken crockery and cutlery, cupboard doors falling off, no clean dishcloth and no air conditioning in the living room.

Good Food around the Apartment area. - Location was near Roma Termini, we had to walk for about 8 mins to reached the train & Metro station. Eating places were good & value for money . There was a large Super-mart (Conrad City) it was located half way between the apartment & train station. Landlord was very responsive when we faced issues within the apartment during our stay . He even came down to rectify problems that we faced within the 1st 2 days The were 2 toilets but only 1 shower facility ... toilets & shower facilities doors cannot be locked for greater privacy.

• Subashini (4/5): Very uncomfortable due to lack of cleanliness - will not recommend. - The location was good, the host was very communicative. Property was not clean. The bathrooms were dirty and water didn't run well. Although property said 2 bathrooms, there was only one with a shower and the other was just a basin and toilet. The toilet seat was opposite the boiler on which the wires and pipes were exposed, which did not make me feel very safe. Parking was very hard to find.

The owners are lovely and made us feel very welcome. There is air-conditioning in both the bedrooms, a washing machine and dishwasher. Thank you 😊

Wi-Fi speed was also very good. Apartment has two toilets and one bathroom. Apartment can easily accommodate 6 adults. Extra comforters and towels were available. Small issue was sofa bed in living room bit difficult to set up.

• Elene (10/5): The apartment is really cozy and worth to book it for your stay in Rome. - The apartment is better than the pictures, very bright, clean, and cozy. Hosts are very sweet and friendly. There might be some trouble with hot water, but you get used to it. On website, apartment has a terrace, but there was no balcony, either terrace. But it is on the second floor and you can easily go out, if you are a smoker.
