• Isabella (8/5): - Appartamento silenzioso in posizione centralissima per visitare la città. Due camere ampie, in una c'è il divano letto non molto comodo. Cucina ampia e completa. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Consigliato Il divano letto troppo scomodo andrebbe sostituito.

• Bang_DA (8/5): Séjour inoubliable à Naples et Capri - Appartement spacieux, propre et fonctionnel, joliment décoré dans une cour bien isolé avec des portes au niveau des fenêtres. Le quartier est sympa et animé, entouré de marchands et restaurants. Tout peut se faire à pied. Merci Elena pour son accueil et ses conseils. Presque rien, attention aux poignets des portes et l'un des lits simples est défectueux.
• Sandrine (10/5): Grand et très central - Superbe appart, très beaux volumes, situé un plein coeur du centre historique, mais pas bruyant pour autant. On peut tout faire à pieds depuis l appart: le train pour Pompei, le bateau pour Capri, le palais Royal.... Bon accueil, belle cuisine très bien équipée et grande salle de bains ( douche un peu difficile à regler mais on s y fait). 2 chambres, 2 WC, et un très grand sejour, on y était très bien! Elena est tres reactive et tout s est super bien passé. Un grand merci!! Rien, tout était mieux que sur les photos.

• Kimberly (9/5): Great apartment for exploring Naples. - Location right in the heart of historical Center. Felt very safe. The beds weren’t very comfortable.
• Mks (9/5): Comfortable spacious apartment with lots of amenities, convenient for sightseeing Historic Naples - Great location in the historic center of Naples for sightseeing, easy to walk to the buses, & restaurants just a few steps down the same street. Responsive/communicative host with clear check-in information. Friendly Rep Beatrice welcomed us and gave us an in-depth tour of the apartment along with the keys and texted us lots of great sightseeing info, taxi/bus/train info, places to eat, etc. (delicious pizza from DiMatteo few doors down the street was recommended by 3 Napoli people). Once you enter the apartment building's inner courtyard, you go up 1 flight of stairs to the beautiful large apartment with high ceilings and balconies on both the street & courtyard sides. We enjoyed people watching and the lively evening activities on the street below from the living room balcony. Note - there is no elevator access (we already knew this in advanced so no issue for us). The apartment met our expectations based on the photos included in the listing. Large entry hall. Nice kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker and dining table, even cold drinks waiting for us! The main full bathroom with shower is off the entry hall between the kitchen and the living room. The living room is large & comfortably furnished (2 couches, another table w/4 chairs great for playing cards, also TV and DVD player but we didn't used them). The master bedroom is on the courtyard side with comfortable bed, chest of drawers, large walk-in closet, and half-bath (toilet & sink). The second bedroom was made up with 2 twin beds for our young adult children & had a couch and a clothing rack. Both bedrooms had functioning air conditioners which we gladly used since it was very hot and humid. We were able to access/use the Wi-Fi, and there's a washing machine with laundry soap on balcony conveniently just outside the master bedroom with a foldable drying rack. The apartment has lots of amenities. Our young adult children shared the second bedroom located on the street side and said their 2 single beds were not very comfortable. Also the living room air conditioner was not working properly and did not provide cool air. To be fair, we didn't complain about this because the bedroom air conditioners were working. Since both bedrooms were cool enough for us to sleep our needs were met. It is a lovely apartment.
• Cristian (10/5): A severed cozy nest in the heart of the busiest and liveliest of the cities. - The property is located on Via dei Tribunali close to the crossroad with Via Duomo, into the heart of the Centro Storico, at walking distance from its treasures as well as from the train stations, but also from the other important Neapolitan highlights. On Via dei Tribunali every day you can find close by anything you need, from breakfast (coffee, cannoli, sfogliatelle and so many other goodies) to supermarket (Deco), to lunch and dinner. The apartment is provided with a coffee machine and capsules, so you do not need to go out for coffee. It is very nicely decorated, well maintained and, once you close the windows, quite isolated from the roar of the streets. Everything was fine with the apartment and with all the people we interacted with.
• Helen (10/5): Just one word - fabulous. - Key collection easily arranged by email beforehand and then text when we arrived in Naples. Apartment location was excellent. Bella Napoli was stunning. Everything we hoped for and more. The art works were also very interesting. We were extremely comfortable and felt very at home! Tha Only one thing - the shower head wouldn't stay in place, it was a bit too heavy.
