Aslında burası studio daire. Çatı katının boşluğunda bir tek kişilik yatak vardı. Buraya da oda denilmiş. Yanlış bilgilendirme yapılmış. Çek yat rahat değil ve ses çıkarıyor. 4 kat. Asansör var. Çatıya çıkmak için bir kat merdiven çıkılıyor. Asansör iç kapıları bazen kapalı bırakılmadığından yürüyerek indik.

• Filamori (6/5): Se si cerca qualcosa in pieno centro da spendere il giusto senza troppe pretese e per pochi giorni è la struttura ideale - Struttura con l’essenziale comoda per 3 giorni considerando che i pasti si fanno fuori casa. Il divano letto un po’ scomodo e lo scarico sciacquone difettoso.

• Sabine (10/5): perfekt, zentral und schön - Die Lage ist perfekt, gegenüber ein gutes Café, 5 Gehminuten von der Spanischen Treppe entfernt, 8 Gehminuten von Fontana di Trevi und der Metro. Die Lage ist bestens geeignet für einen Besuch von Rom und den vielen wunderschönen Plätzen, man kann (fast) alles zu Fuss machen. Es ist sehr ruhig. 2 kleine Supermärkte in 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist in der 5. Etage eines alten schönen Hauses, Aufzug geht bis zur 4. Etage und dann die Treppe hoch. Es war alles sauber, gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar eine Kapsel Maschine mit Espresso. Die Einrichtung ist individuell und macht das Apartment besonders, sehr zum Wohlfühlen. Es gibt ein sehr bequemes Schlafsofa und ein Einzelbett. Es gibt zwar kein weiteres Sofa oder Sessel, aber in Rom ist man unterwegs. Die kleine Terrasse ist super!! Toller Blick, wenige Stufen hoch und man kann dort sitzen, Kaffee trinken und den Blick geniessen. Das Bad ist modern und sauber, guter Wasserdruck. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, er hat bei der Ankunft geduldig gewartet, bis das Taxi aus dem Stau heraus war! manche Bewertungen anderer Gäste kann ich nicht nachvollziehen

• Iryna (9/5): Чудове помешкання в дуже гарній частині Риму - Чудове розташування, гарний краєвид з невеликої тераси, транспорт поруч, всі основні зручності були, вся техніка була справна, постіль і рушники- чисті. Гостинний господар, автентичний будинок, помешкання не велике, але зручне. Можливо були якісь дрібниці, але це було так не суттєво, що вже і не памʼятаю

• Marion (5/5): Für einen kurzen Romaufenthalt bei gutem Wetter ok - sehr freundlicher Empfang, wunderbare Lage (und trotzdem ruhig), Blick vom Balkon Wasserspülung Toilette, Klimaanlage, Herdplatte, Kücheneinrichtung (keine Trocken- und Spültücher) Insgesamt: Die Beschreibung des Zimmers auf Booking.com ist nur bedingt zutreffend. Das Zimmer ist zu klein für drei Erwachsene.
• Katharina (9/5): Tolles Appartement in top Lage - Die Lage der Wohnung war super, die spanische Treppe gleich um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation lief super. Wir konnten eher in die Wohnung. Diese ist klein aber fein, ausreichen für ein paar Tage, wenn man eh nur in der Stadt unterwegs ist. Die kleine Terrasse ein Traum. Durch die Klimaanlage war die Hitze erträglich in der Nacht :). Vielen Dank für alles. Ein neues Schlafsofa wäre toll.
• Weiss (1/5): Very bad experience - The apartment was in a good location The apartment was far too small and completely unsuitable for three people. The balcony was tiny, the shower had almost no water pressure, and when we arrived there was no toilet paper – it took them half a day to bring some. The toilet was faulty. The host was unresponsive: we sent multiple messages and got no reply. There weren’t enough blankets for three people, and our request for an extra one was simply ignored. For the price we paid, this was extremely poor value. I strongly advise against booking this place if you are more than one person.
• Isabella (8/5): Beautifully located apartment. - Incredible location and charming apartment in Rome - 30 seconds away from Spanish Steps. Hosts were very accomodating. Place was very clean. Quiet apartment that also was in the centre of all the hustle and bustle. Basic amenities like washing machine included! Hosts were very accomodating and good communication. The apartment was light on amenities and the fold out couch/sofa was not incredibly comfortable. Having said that it is fairly good value for money considering the cost of nearby accomodation.

• Bela (5/5): So location is perfect, with a small investment you can make happy your customers!!! - Location, location, location Change your bed, put some coffee for that price, change towels, refurbish the apartment. The sofa bed is not for a couple!

• Marco (8/5): Budget friendly apartment with Italian charm - Spacious and well equipped apartment. Central but still quiet place. Next to point of interests such as Spanish stairs, Capuccini crypta, Park Borghesi, Metro/bus stations, Restaurants and supermarkets. Nice Terrasse with a great view. Early check in was possible without extra charge.
