• Abdelhamid (3/5): - Die Lage ist gut lalles ist in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung,schlafzimmer Tach ist nicht Hoch fur jemanden wo grosse ist als 1m70. internet verbinbung ist schlecht, Kühlschrank ist defekt,Bett wasche wechseln gegen gebühr,Toilleten sind sehr eng.
• Jurg (6/5): Le loft est bien situé au centre ville, relativement calme. Balcon roof top agréable. - le duplex est situé dans un quartier très agréable au centre ville. Relativement calme, balcon roof top sympatique pour profiter d'un rayon de soleil. Le confort général de l'appartement. WC non chauffé minuscule et salle de bain très petite. La cuisine n'est pas équipée, frigo d'hôtel donc aucun moyen de conserver de la marchandise au frais. Peu de vaisselle et pas de matériel de cuisine. Pas de four ou de four à micro-onde. Canapé peu confortable, pas de table d'appoint. Equipement minimum. Le tarif est beaucoup trop élevé par rapport aux prestations offertes.
• Gudrun (5/5): Perfekte Lage, aber alles Andere nicht dem Preis angemessen. - Die Lage inmitten des centro storico ist unübertroffen. Sofort italienisches Lebensgefühl und tolle Ausgangsbasis für ganz Rom. Deshalb sind wir auch bereits zum zweiten Mal hiergewesen. Diesesmal hat auch der Kontakt zum Gastgeber und die Schlüsselübergabe zu Anfang sehr gut geklappt. Ein großes Plus ist auch die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck bei Abreise in einem benachbarten Hotel unterzustellen. Das Appartement ist an sich beengt und nun auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bettkasten des Sofas findet man die Bettwäsche, darauf leider auch fremde Haare. Der Teppich vor dem Bett, über den man zum Zubettgehen unweigerlich gehen muss, ist unappetitlich. In der Küche gibt es kein Geschirrtuch, eine Küchenrolle gibt es auch nicht. Das wäre als Erstausstattung wirklich wichtig. Die Küchenschränkchen lassen sich auch nicht vernünftig öffnen. Bei den Bildern an der Wand sind alle Poster aus den Rahmen gerutscht und schief. Am Nachttisch im OG hat jemand Kaffee oder heiße Schokolade verschüttet, diese ist häßlich braun an der Wand nach unten gelaufen. Der Mülleimer im Bad oben war letztes Jahr schon verrostet, anfassen mochte ihn keiner von uns. Insgesamt empfindet man, dass aus dem Appartement nur herausgewirtschaftet wird, aber nicht in den Gast investiert wird. Etwa 100 Euro pro Kopf und Nacht und das auch für die Kinder, die auf der Couch schlafen müssen, das ist, so wie das Appartement sich derzeit präsentiert, deutlich zuviel.

J aurais aimé que la personne qui nous a donné les.clefs et accompagné jusque dans l appartement nous donne quelques infos comme celle de la gestion des poubelles. Et petit bémol sur le wifi de nombreuses coupures donc impossible avec les enfants de se connecter pendant plusieurs heures et c est arrivé plusieurs fois. Box 4ou 5g pas.relié donc tributaire de la reception téléphonique.

• Jørn (6/5): - Super beliggenhed i et roligt kvarter. Stille om natten. Hyggelig lejlighed. Rengøring: Der var fyldt askebæger på terrassen, en flaske og et halvfyldt glas. Køleskabet virkede ikke ved ankomst. Næste dag måtte vi kassere indkøbte fødevarer. Om aftenen dagen efter fik vi et nyt køleskab. Der mangler natbordslamper.

• Fanni (7/5): Overall it’s good value for the money, especially because of the location but some things needs to be fixed to be more c - Great location, everything is very close and walking distance. The street is full of restaurants and shops. Spanish Steps is 5 minutes walk. Cute little apartment. As a tall person I hit my head many times going in and out of the bathroom. The WIFI was not working at all. There is no handle on the kitchen cabinets which makes it pretty hard to open them. Very tall steps inside the apartment so for someone older it might be a challange to climb up and down. The AC wasn’t working properly downstairs so we couldn’t heat enough. Small toilet downstairs.

• Renata (8/5): Estadia muito agradável em Roma! - A localização do apartamento é perfeita, próximo a Piazza Spagna, area com restaurantes, supermercado praticamente ao lado, e perto do metrô. O apartamento é espaçoso, agradável, organizado e bem decorado. Banheiros novos e limpos, com bom chuveiro! O wi-Fi nao estava funcionando, comuniquei o proprietário mas não conseguiu resolver.

The loft is very cosy, with a very nice rooftop balcony! The host is super helpful and always wanted to help in any way possible :)

• Claudio (9/5): Fantastico, torneremo sicuramente! - La posizione é incredibile, letteralmente a due passi da Piazza di Spagna e via dei Condotti, u a volta lì ci si possono dimenticare i mezzi pubblici e si può girare comodamente in treno. Inoltre, esattamante a una ventina di metri si trova un supermercato il che, unito alla presenza della cucina nell’appartamento, è un plus non da poco. L’appartamento ha un piano principale dove si trova il ilving con una piccola cucina, un mini bagno (solo tazza) con un lavello all’ingresso (i rubinetti di questo piano non sono collegati alla caldaia, quindi solo acqua fredda), e un piano superiore a cui si accede da una scala piuttosto ripida (l’alzata è di circa 22/23cm contro i 15 normali); sopra si trova il letto (che abbiamo trovato molto comodo), il bagno con doccia e un delizioso terrazzino, che non abbiamo sfruttato essendo in inverno ma in primavera deve essere fantastico. L’host è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato anche la possibilità dopo il check out di lasciare i bagagli in una struttura vicina in attesa di prendere il treno. Le dotazioni sono piuttosto generose, ci sono due tv, una al piano di sopra nella zona letto ( che però non ha un telecomando funzionante quindi non è utilizzabile) e uno al piano inferiore. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma le scale interne possono creare problemi a persone con difficoltà motorie. In camera da letto non ci sono lampade da comodino, solo quelle a parete che hanno l’interruttore lontano dal letto (bisogna alzarsi per spegnerle). L’host ha segnalato che rimedierà al più presto. Un forno a microonde in cucina sarebbe utilissimo.

• Donatella (9/5): Da consigliare! - Posizione eccellente a due passi da Piazza di Spagna, struttura ben pulita e gestore disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze e dove non possibile ricambiando con gentilezze molto gradite. Da non dimenticare il piccolo terrazzino sui tetti di Roma, assolutamente delizioso in giornate di sole! È risultato tutto ottimo, semplicemente è una struttura poco adatta a chi ha difficoltà con le scale perché ha una scala interna per andare dal soggiorno alla camera da letto, ma questo è già indicato nella descrizione dell'appartamento.
• ERIC (7/5): Un séjour à Rome réussi grâce à la situation exceptionnelle de l’appartement - la situation. L’aspect général cosy de l’appartement. L’espace cuisine peu fonctionnel. Pas de micro-ondes alors qu’il figurait dans la liste des équipements. Le canapé lit du bas inconfortable. La pente très raide de l’escalier menant à la chambre.

Классная терраса на крыше За 3 дня ни разу не было уборки. Апартаменты для двух человек слишком просторные, для трех - слишком тесные. Для check-in пришлось с сумками идти на соседнюю улицу в какой-то отель.

Essere ad un piano alto permette di evitare i rumori dei (comodissimi) locali sotto casa. Host disponibilissimo, top! Non aggiungo altro.... provare per credere! Le scale per salire sono strette, trattandosi di un palazzo storico, ma per fortuna c'è un comodissimo ascensore! (lo dico solo per chi dovesse essere poco avvezzo agli ascensori)
• Katarina (10/5): - Skvelá lokalita v centre Ríma, blízko španielskych schodov a predsa s dostatkom súkromia. Veľmi útulné a praktické bývanie. Určite odporúčam. My sme boli traja a mali sme dostatok miesta. Hostiteľ navyše pripravil pri príchode plnú chladničku nápojov, kávu aj snacks.
• Maurits (9/5): Excellent apartment in superb location - Paolo left us clear instructions on how to access the property, but more importantly, he made sure a staff member was there to receive us and quickly unload our luggage, which was a huge help given that we only could park shortly in front of the building. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything needed for a short stay. It was clean, had enough towels and the sofa bed worked well for our son. It's location is simply superb. Nice extra: cold drinks were waiting for us in the fridge on arrival :-) You couldn't leave any food on the kitchen counter, as the ants would find it quickly and multiply even sooner. The stairs are quite steep and you have to be careful leaving the elevator upstairs, especially with a toddler. But not an issue for older children.

• Siobhain (5/5): Location is excellent Apartment is not great. - The location is excellent. The aircon was not working on arrival. The communication was poor. They did fix the aircon but it was not good to not have it working.
• Tina (7/5): Great location but not a great check in, the apartment needs some tlc. - The location is fantastic. Check in process was awful, nobody there to meet us at the agreed time, we received a message on arrival asking us to walk (5 minutes) to a hotel nearby to check in. After travelling with luggage and it was hot that wasn’t very helpful! When we got to the hotel nobody knew how to help us, it was just a shambles. The kitchen area and fridge were not very clean. When I requested it to be cleaned a lady turned up with a proper attitude and literally ran a wet cloth over the fridge. Broken furniture and cupboard doors dumped inside the tiny wardrobe, we had to put these items in the lounge area in order to store our clothes. Safety deposit box stopped working twice. Fire extinguisher also shoved in the corner of the wardrobe space :( outside terrace scruffy.

• Flora (6/5): Never again - The location is perfect. The stairs were painful to climb; steep, narrow and very large. This is not appropriate for a family with toddlers. The bathrooms are so so tiny, like an ikea display bathrooms. Again, this wasn’t ideal to shower my kids with rubbing against the walls. This place felt like a place for students and young people, and not for a family. My biggest issue is when you leave the lift, and try to get into the house, you have to open a door that leads to the house’s door, but as soon as you open the door, there is literally super steep dangerous spiral of stairs and one of us fell down the stairs and injured the elbow so badly. It was terrifying. Absolutely terrifying. We would never stay here again

• Paul (10/5): A little gem of a property. - Excellent location that was walking distance to a lot of the major sites. The apartment was located in a really buzzy area with lots of restaurants and bars at your doorstep. However, the apartment itself was really quiet and relaxing. The rooftop terrace was such a lovely space to relax with a glass of wine and soak up the atmosphere. Paulo, the host, was very helpful and provided some great restaurant recommendations. Looking forward to returning. Nothing.

I was travelling with my elderly mother and the steps to the main bedroom/ only bathroom are very deep / tall and was a little challenging for her. The bathroom was perfect for us shorties

Bed was also comfortable. Favorite place we stayed in Italy! Need to be careful not to trip as there’s a little stairway before the apartment entrance. But it’s up to me to watch where I am going haha

Some welcome food is prepared for us. House has downstair and upstair air conditioning. House is center of many shopping area and restaurants. It is very close to spanish steps. Apartment was roomy and funky. People should be aware of steps in apartment and low ceilings in bedroom area. We were fine, but anyone tall would have problems.

• Jessica (10/5): great choice to explore Rome - this is an amazing location, enabling you to walk to everything and giving you your own space. we loved having our morning coffees outside on the terrace and our evening aperols out there. the space has everything you need. the bed was comfy and the tv had Netflix - they left us snacks, plenty of coffee and tea. it was lovely to have somewhere to come back to to relax after a long day walking around and then have plenty of restaurants right on the door step.

• Adrienne (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location for tourists with a lovely rooftop and seating area. - Location was truly right around the corner from the Spanish steps (4 min walk) and it felt very safe and secure. There are some stairs (or a 1 person elevator) but the view is absolutely stunning and gorgeous. We're so glad we found the place and Paolo was very friendly and helpful. He is very easy to get into contact over whatsapp. He even was able to give some nice recommendations around Rome. The place itself is very well stocked and adorable. I highly recommend! No complaints at all, perhaps just a few more blankets because it got cold. Paolo was very accommodating when we asked for one!

• Laura (10/5): Amazing loft in a great location; if it is available - take it! - We mainly chose this place because of it’s location, and after being there I have to say - the location was even better than expected. You can take a walk to almost any main tourist attraction in the Old Town, if the weather is good you can even walk to Vatican or Coloseum (takes about 30 minutes, which is NOTHING in such a beautiful city, where every walk feels like an adventure). And when you need a metro - it’s about 5 minutes away, and some busses are around 10 minutes away. There’s also a lot of restaurants near the loft, and the supermarket for the basic necessities is also right near by. The loft itself is very comfy and it has all you might need for a stay during trip. It is well equipped - for an example, the kitchen is well equipped with dishes and appliances, so you can prepare some meals at home. There was also hair dryer and iron available, that not always is available in lofts for tourists. And you can also adjust the room temperature however you like it. The loft itself is very, very pretty - the design and colour schemes are very cozy and likeable. Also, the host is very welcoming and definitely will help you, if you’ll have any questions or needs! There is absolutely nothing I could criticize about this loft, it checks all the marks, I loved everything about it!

• Joshua (10/5): Absolutely the place to stay when in Rome! - The Boho Loft is 100% the place to stay. It’s located in the perfect location which feels safe and close to all the amenities you need including restaurants, shopping, and monumental attractions. There is even a grocery store right next door which is great to stock up on on food or wine if you feel like a relaxing evening on the terrace. the loft truly makes you feel at home and I would absolutely stay here on visits to Rome. No question, this was an absolute gem that was so much more than can be shown while searching online. My wife and I had an amazing anniversary there and the host was wonderful to make sure we enjoyed a perfect stay. Nothing, we loved everything.

• Anonymous (10/5): Perfect stay, perfect location, wish to stay forever 😍 - the location is right in the middle of city center walking distance to everywhere the apartment was very comfortable and Paolo is very kind and available all the time unfortunately we found that the toilet on the first floor was plugged, we contacted Paolo, the owner and he promised to get that fixed. other than that it’s perfect place for a stay in Rome
