• Zahra (10/5): - First of all, Eleonora is the sweetest woman! We also had the pleasure to meet her dog Gustavo, the best boy! About the apartment itself, the location makes up for anything that might be lacking. We stayed in florence for 3 nights and never used public transportation. The farthest we had to walk was 25 minutes. The property easily accommodates 3-4 people, and you can find anything you want at the house, coffee, tea, oil for cooking, shampoo and body wash, and even miscelare water and nail polish remover! The only thing I would suggest adding is disposable slippers, but of course that's not a necessity since this is an apartment and not a hotel. The host is super responsive, we had a small problem (on our end) and Eleonor made sure to fix it very fast, special thanks to Pietro! I would definitely stay here again when I visit Florence next time. nothing.

Em termos de localização, acredito que não tem como ser melhor: no Rio Arno, ao lado da ponte, dá pra ir a pé em praticamente todos os pontos turísticos de Florença. O apartamento é exatamente como aparece nas fotos: não tem uma decoração moderna, mas tudo funciona bem, a cama é bem confortável, a cozinha é bem funcional, tem tudo o que precisa. Eu não notei se tinha ar condicionado, acho q não. Mas, na época em que fomos, não fez diferença. nada

• Paul (10/5): Comfortable but dated. - The location is fantastic. It has a bus stop right out front. Facilities are in line with the price paid. Great for 2 adults maybe 1 child. We cooked 2 meals in the room and found it had everything needed as far as utensils. Eleonora is a lovely lady and communication is challenging as we don't speak Italian. But she used a translation app. The shower is tiny but manageable. It is a bit old and dated but again what you're paying is in line with the apartment in my opinion. If dated bathrooms are not your thing look elsewhere. The mattress was a bit hard for us but again we managed. It can get noisy in the early mornings but there are earplugs supplied.
• Ong (8/5): Perfect place for a few nights stay. Great location and facilities. - Great location, everywhere we wanted to visit was within 20minutes of walk. The hosts were nice and explained the facilities in detailed. The facilities were also complete. Felt safe staying here too. It is a bit noisy especially at night, which is understandable since it is a happening area. It didn't affect us much as we were tired from the sightseeing.
• William (8/5): Fabulous place overall, large, comfortable, has washer in unit. - This place has everything we could hope for! It is large, even by American standards, has a washing machine in the unit, full kitchen (more on that later), and is a 5 minute walk to Galileo and Uffizi. All topped off with a lovely view. Sweet responsive hosts greeted us, and the doorman spoke perfect English. He was important. See part 2. The hosts noticed it was hot and thoughtfully delivered a fan, saying the temperature was managed by the building. At 0200 AM when no one could sleep due to heat we messaged them asking if they could please talk to the building management about the temperature, and they responded first thing in the morning. Enter our hero the doorman. The air to our unit was simply not turned on. There were two delivery methods, one by the bldg one one in the unit. A/c was effective and the rest of the stay was lovely. Not sure the hosts knew about the air conditioner or how to turn it on. There was a special switch the doorman had to find. We were there for 3 nights and by the third night the kitchen was so moldy we had to keep the door closed. I suspect a leak under the sink. Most people might not notice, but I’m sensitive. Lastly, this place could use a good scrub. Even just a dust would help. Floors were clean but bathroom and kitchen were moldy and there were long fine gray hairs all over (we are not gray). If you are not sensitive you will be fine. Side note: I saw other warnings on the noise and thought we’d be fine. Think of it as being in a subway tunnel but instead of trains it’s drag racing mixed with sirens and motorcycles. The hosts provide ear plugs. The fan provided white noise, which helped. Once the air was on we could close the windows, which were remarkably helpful. This place is actually great, I’m just being thorough.

The host had left lots of coffee, sparkling water, bread sticks, risks, butter, and jam, all of which we enjoyed. There were plenty of outlets for our devices,and the lighting was good.

The facilities including the lift, aircon, washing machine, industrial fan, generous supply of espresso and candies. The noise at night during the weekend coming from the main street and the slight odor in the bathroom which was masked by a plug in air freshener. The delay in delivering the keys although we were let into the lobby by the building administrator.

Our train from Rome got cancelled due to train strikes and had to arrive late to the apartment but Eleonora ensured that everything was smooth and accommodated the late check-in (she also kept in touch constantly through booking.com which was helpful). Location was superb with a calm surrounding right opposite the river and very close to all the main attractions. Facilities were excellent with very clear instructions and also with all information on places to visit. Nothing

• Jinhan (9/5): It's a good place to stay in Florence, so I would recommend. - It's a super good location and within walking distance to all attractions; it's a very clean, comfortable and beautiful apartment. It's also big, and the host was very nice. The wifi was really not good - not possible to watch a video fluently.

• Promit (3/5): Was okay - location was good but slightly away from city centre we ask about parking our rent a car and they inform only about parking but never inform us that you are in ZTL zone in Italy Florence which means you cannot drive in this zone and pay fines …. so it is not correct on there part that even when you ask for parking your car they don’t inform you cannot drive in this zone or you pay fines
