• ANNE (9/5): Logement très fonctionnel bénéficiant d’un emplacement premium ! - L’emplacement est exceptionnel (appartement situé dans une petite rue collée au Palais des Doges) ! Le logement est très fonctionnel et propre. Les consignes d’arrivée et de départ sont simples et claires. Luka nous attend sur place le jour de l’arrivée et nous donne toutes les informations nécessaires. Le logement mériterait quelques petites réparations (robinet du bidet cassé, porte de douche mal fixée) et l’équipement de la cuisine est pauvre (pas de casserole, pas de poêle). Attention, pensez à prendre le strict minimum car non fourni dans l’appartement : torchons, sel, poivre, huile et vinaigre (si besoin, petite supérette à 5 min à pied).
• Danielle (8/5): Clean and comfy stay in Venice - Host was very nice and accommodating. Was waiting for us with the key. Very easy to check in and he went over the amenities. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. My mom does use a motorized wheelchair and I was told there are a few steps to get in, but the steps are narrow and vertical. It was difficult to get luggage up and down for us that are not disabled. She was able to make it, but not ideal for someone that can't do any stairs. That was on me because I didn't ask more questions, just a heads up. There wasn't any coffee filters to make coffee in the morning, but the cafe was right down stairs so it wasn't a big deal.

Lucas était très réactif et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les chaises autour de la table étaient quasiment toutes cassées et il y avait peu d équipement pour cuisiner. Pas de bols pour le petit déjeuner, pas de grille pain. Bref, difficile de se faire un vrai petit déjeuner.

• J Chris (9/5): Lovely apartment in great location. - Great location (5 min walk from San Marco) with multiple shops and Trattorias near by. Easy access to the apartment from the street. We had some minor issues with ants at various times during our stay.

• Rhonda (10/5): My favorite place in Italy! - We met with the property owner, who was extremely helpful. He even gave us ideas for places to eat that were off the beaten path. The location was fabulous, around the corner form Doge Palace and also quiet. The people in Venice were helpful and kind. The atmosphere was relaxing. I will be back! I loved that there were no vehicles or bikes. Everyone was happy to walk and explore.

Some minor things like- no shampoo and no soap in the shower dispenser. A lot of noise comes from the street to one of the rooms.
• Eileen (10/5): Updated flat, clean, comfortable, good location, good host communication - The apartment was very clean, updated and close to the water taxi (3 mins walk ). The 2 bed Rooms were a good size, kitchen had all the necessary equipment, beds were very comfortable, clean white linens and towels, and since most Venice apartments don't have lifts (elevators) this one was particularly easy with just one short flight of stairs from ground level, which was easy even with us having heavy luggage. Host gave us clear instructions on how to get to the location from the water taxi drop off and someone met us to hand over the keys and gave us plenty of good local information. Water pressure and temperature was good and bathrooms very clean and well maintained. The dining table chairs were a little wobbly and did not feel sturdy but it was fine, not a problem.

I would definitely return and recommend to friends. I honestly have nothing to put here. The apartment offered everything we needed for a 4 day stay.

Also the showers were good, and the wooden shutters for the windows make the bedroom as dark as desired. Upon request, we received a new set of clean towels for the two nights we stayed there. The host guided us with clear instructions to the location. Really a very nice place and I would have given it a 9 or 10, if it wasn’t for the AC. See below. The air conditioners didn't work in either bedroom. That was terrible in the hot, humid weather we had. We had to remind the host before a mechanic came. He was supposed to have fixed them, but they still didn't work afterward.

• Loc (10/5): Wonderful Venice experience - The location is excellent, very close to SM Square about 3 minutes walk, but like miles away from the crowded area, very convenient to take ACTV water services. Our host suggested a little square, 1 minute away by walk from the apartment, that has many eating choices. We ate breakfasts in the area every day before our day trips, one lunch and a few dinners after a long day. Can't ask for a better location. We had a great experience.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Shower rooms very good. Did not use kitchen facilities but well supplied with equipment. It was a bit noisy on our 2nd night late due to people below making a lot of noise. Early morning noise from tradesman in the alleyway from 5am. But apart from this it was quiet.

The staff at the hotel where we got keys were extremely customer friendly, professional and accommodating. Such a wonderful service. Narrow staircase without an elevator, no views.

The entrance is from a small street which is never crowded. Comfortable, spacious apartment. Upon check-out we were able to store our luggage at the reception which was a great help.

Location and ease of finding - Excellent! - Sandra sent excellent directions to where we could pick up the keys (about 50m from the apartment), she met us there and was happy to hold our luggage before the apt was ready and also the next day after check out. The location is absolutely amazing. Right on the doorstep of St Marks square, but as soon as you were on the little street of the apartment you were away from the hustle and bustle. Would absolutely stay here again It was excellent for a short stay. A long stay may need a bit more in kitchen and bathrooms were small, but no problem at all for a short stay. My husband and I slept in the back bedroom which was lovely and the best night sleep we had in 4 weeks in Europe. Our daugther had the front room and commented on a bit of street noise - but it is to be expected in the heart of Venice (we heard nothing in the back room).

They provided slippers, a tooth brush kit, and some other hygiene amenities which was great! Super clean and overall a wonderful experience! There is a decent amount of noise that comes from the ally outside the bedroom with the yellow bed but it was nothing some ear plugs couldn’t fix.

• Amy (10/5): What a beautiful stay - thank you! - We had such a lovely time here. This was our 5th time to Venice and by far the best apartment we've found. The apartment was so clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very friendly, great to communicate with and very accommodating. Easy check in & out also! Nothing, everything in the apartment was fabulous. One bedroom didn't having bed lights or mirror light working, but I'm sure this can be fixed. Also because of the great location, the street can be a little noisy, so bring earplugs :) Otherwise everything perfect!
