• Magda (9/5): Pobyt bardzo udany. Mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji dla dwóch; maksymalnie 3 osób - Lokalizacja bardzo centralna, ale jednocześnie cicha miła uliczka. Na przeciwko wejścia do mieszkania bar z kawką i przekąskami. Cudowna opcja. Jeżeli ktoś przyjeżdza na dłużej niż 3-4 dni i spędza czas w mieszkaniu w dzień, to nie ma tam za bardzo dostępu światła dziennego.

• Pantelis (9/5): - A very beautiful, well organized, clean, comfy and cosy apartment in an excellent location. We booked it for the Rome Marathon, in a very short walking distance from the start and finish line. Also in a walking distance, however, from the city centre and Trastevere. A very nice neighbourhood, an ideal place to stay when visiting Rome, just outside the bustle of the touristic centre but close to all city's attractions. Redwan & Hayat, were always available to reply to our questions and requests! Thank you both for your hospitality. I would only note that the bathroom needs renovation works and updates. Other than that, we would also find it useful if a coatrack was available and would suggest a floor lamp in the living room to provide more warm lighting than the ceiling lights.

• Leslie (8/5): This highly useful apartment has a fantastic location. We would return! - The location of this apartment is outstanding. We were able to walk to every important location in Rome. We lost hot water for a day and a half. The owner corrected the situation ASAP and was responsive.

• marco (3/5): Alloggio molto rumoroso in buona posizione - Ottima posizione Casa al piano terra in zona rumorosa con scarsa insonorizzazione delle finestre, inoltre i condizionatori molto rumorosi hanno reso la qualità del sonno molto scarsa. In casa è tutto molto vecchio e di scarsa qualità. Il pavimento era sporco e camminando a piedi nudi in casa si sporcavano di nero i piedi.
• Oleg (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed at the Roman Forum Apartment - The Heart of Rome and was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and location of this apartment. The location proved ideal for tourists — just a short walk from the Roman Forum and the Colosseum. All major attractions were within walking distance, which allowed us to save time and energy while exploring the city. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, fully meeting its description. The air conditioning in two rooms was a real lifesaver in the hot weather, and the fast Wi-Fi kept us connected. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was very convenient — we could prepare our own breakfasts. I appreciated the availability of all the necessary amenities: towels, bed linen, a hairdryer, as well as conveniences like laundry service and family-friendly facilities. The area was quiet and safe, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would gladly return to this apartment and recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Rome, looking for a comfortable and cozy stay in the heart of the city.

Restaurants eight next door, deli in the same block and a lovely weekend market just down the road. The hosts were absolutely lovely and the place itself was very cute and cost.

• Vaughn (9/5): Excellent apartment in a great location, ideal if you want somewhere away from city noise! - Excellent location, close to the main archaeological sites like the Coliseum and The Forum. Located in a nice quiet back street away from the noise and traffic but easy to get to, and close to hop-on, hop-off bus stop (number 5 on IOBUS). Well appointed apartment, and comfortable bed. Free high speed cable/fibre internet was a bonus. Excellent small grocery store next door with very helpful owner (who spoke excellent English too!). Good range of appliances in the kitchen (but no oven, only a microwave). The restaurants opposite the property were open late some nights, and one night we were awoken by fireworks in the street at midnight! Also, early morning noise and voices from deliveries and waste collection on a couple of days. Shower only had part of the glass surround, and was missing the glass opening door with a plastic shower curtain instead. As it's a small shower it meant you had to avoid it sticking to you whilst showering!

• Alba (3/5): Very disappointed - Nothing The apartment needs improvement, AC is not working properly leaking water and the solution given was to place a pot and collect the water. When tray to use the hair dryer and the washing machine a power outage happens. The kitchen and bathroom are not in the best condition.
• Sitaraman (10/5): Perfect location, beautiful home and very easy access - Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. Our stay here was very enjoyable and the location was AMAZING! The apartment was very clean, beautiful and spacious. Was very easy to communicate with owner and our questions were answered very promptly. It was a bit loud on one of the nights when there was crowd at cafe across from us, as they were celebrating with fireworks but it wasn’t an issue for us. We loved the location and if we go back to Rome, we’ll definitely stay here again. Proximity to the forum made for an amazing view just a quick stroll away from the apartment! • Radostina (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great near all major sightseeings. We are staying for second year at that area. The host is very kind and responsive. The apartment is perfect for families. Just infront is a caffe where you can buy pastries and sandwiches for breakfast. The donuts are very delicious. The only unpleasant thing was that in the morning it was quite noisy from the street and it woke us up, but that is not the fault of the hosts.

This is not a negative.I wish there was an espresso machine as was shown in the pics.There was a silver coffee kettle but no espresso machine.Again ,not a negative.

• Fischer (10/5): We felt like a resident of Rome - Great, roomy apartment within walking distance of everything. Wonderful restaurants just outside the door but never had issues with noise. Grocery store almost next door was nice but you have to check their hours as it seemed they were closed a lot. Host was welcoming and online check in was easy and convenient. Next time in Rome we will try to stay here again. Although we had no noise problems, there is a lot of pedestrian traffic right outside the windows so having the curtains open means no privacy. Not really a problem but something to consider.

• Oksana (10/5): A home away from home in a suberb location and amazing hosts! - We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Roman Forum Apartment - The Heart Of Rome (truly the heart of Rome)! The check in process was smooth, and Hayat was very accommodating with our early arrival. A welcome bottle of wine was a very thoughtful and pleasant surprise. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and preparing some meals whenever we did not feel like eating out. It has a gas cooktop, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, tea pot, kitchenware and kitchen utensils. Despite what some reviewers have said, the water pressure in the shower was good, and we had no issues with hot water. Towels, shampoo, bodywash, toilet paper, all were provided. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, we did not use it, so I can not say anything about it. The bedroom was clean, cozy and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the size of the bed and the mattress, as I am tall and find some European beds too short :) - no issues here. The apartment building is located on a quiet street, and although there are two restaurants located right across from the apartment, we had no issues with noise at night (stayed at the property for 6 nights). You could hear people on the street during the day and evening, but, personally, it did not bother us. The location is amazing, and if you do not have any mobility issues, you can easily walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Circus Maximus, Mouth of Truth, Marcello Theater, Pantheon, and so much more. If walking is not your thing, public transport is easy to navigate and most of the bus stops are quite close to the apartment. Citymapper app was what we used to navigate the city on public transport and tickets/passes for public transport can be purchased right across the apartment at the Tabaccheria. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Hayat! This is NOT a negative, but might be relevant to some travelers. There are a few steps in the apartment (photos included), three leading to the kitchen (the kitchen is raised), two in the halfway and one in the bedroom. I travelled with my Mom in her late 60s, and she did NOT find the steps challenging at all.

I am convinced that our heavenly helpful, service minded and lovely host was raised by heartwarming angels. We did not like that we had to leave this charismatic location :)

• Yelena (9/5): Superb - The location! One of the best in Rome There was an issue with the taxi booking. The driver didn't arrive in time, eventually we had to take another taxi. I recommend not to book in advance as it's more expensive and there is no need as outside there are many taxi drivers who will drive you to the city center for 50 euro
