• Lenka (7/5): Ubytování v centru splňovalo očekávání poměru cena/ zařízení. - Lokalita prakticky naproti kostelu San Lorenzo a nedaleko centrální tržnice Ráno byl na ulici trochu hluk,protože vedle domu je průjezd,kam si trhovci na noc kolem 20 hodiny schovávají pojízdné dřevěné stánky a ráno už po šesté je vytahují.Ale to se dá těžko ovlivnit. Kuchyň byla zařízená,jenom chyběly kávové lžičky, byla pouze jedna. Byt byl čistý,uklizený a předání klíčů bez problémů. Lokalita skvělá- nedaleko Dómu, Accademie, San Marca aj. a centrální tržnice,kde je možno ochutnat specialit až do 23 hodin. Stanice tramvaje č 2. na letiště Peretola cca 10-15 min chůze.

• Caterina (8/5): Tranquillo e in pieno centro. - Posizione eccellente in pieno centro. Aria condizionata. Wifi perfettamente funzionante. Pulizia da migliorare. Molto piccolo il lavandino del bagno (e la sporgenza del pensile impedisce di chinarsi). Non è stato un problema, ma va' considerato che l' appartamento si raggiunge con due rampe di una scala con gradini piuttosto alti.
• Veenendaal (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja i wygodny apartament do zwiedzania Florencji. Klimatyzacja utrzymuje równomierną temperaturę. Wygodne łóżko i wystarczającea przestrzeń. Trochę wąska klatka schodowa i brak windy.

Downside was having no lift, the stairs were crudely finished which might be a little bit dangerous and the step risers height was not comfortable at all, especially going to 2nd floor and with my wife having some knee problem. The property is a locked up house from the street side and when we reached, we didn't get any checkin instructions, we tried calling the host contact number, he never picked up even once. Then we built up the courage to talk to the leather bag store next door where we could barely communicate in english. It took us around 20+ mins standing by the road side with my family and big luggages, holding our breadth that no one should do no harm. Then the store property owner came after a while and gave the keys without being able to confirm which one is our keys, where there were two people scheduled for stay that day. Then comes the narrow stairs, 3 floors up with some steep steps with barely one strong person could fit in that stair space. carrying the luggages up was really a daunting task. Next, not to much of our surprise, as we already had lost hope on that place. The room was not cleaned after the previous stay, towels in bathroom, and bed sheets were in disarray. Then we tried to send messages via booking.com and the host texted and accepted that the property hasn't been cleaned yet and they will send someone fast. Another cleaning person arrived in 25mins later and cleaned in front of us while we waited. I don't know about others, if you see a mess and even after cleaning, you know in your sense how the place was, its always the first impression. she left and booking.com assured us of a complaint and asked us to continue the stay. She left, we asked if there are any bug spray? No. There were mosquitoes on every wall in the house and my daughter was so worried to sleep, we tried our best and somehow managed to rest the night. The pictures lied, the bathroom space was so small and we could barely get in and come out of the shower door. We were never comfortable for the price we paid USD 210 for a night. Surely one of our worst stays and I would never recommend anyone.

• Xingyuan (9/5): Superb - Location is perfect. It’s only 10minute walk from train station and 4 minute walk from Duomo. Super market and central market is nearby. The apartment is cozy and well equipped. Owner is responsive and helpful.
• Zsc (7/5): Constantly sneezing, coughing and with sinus congestion when inside the apartment. - Great apartment amenities. Walking distance to attractions. Did not know in advance the process on how to get the key. A/C located on the opposite side of the bedroom, one fan in the bedroom is not enough especially during summer. There must be an issue with air filter or something, whole family constantly sneezing, coughing, with sinus congestion when inside the apartment.

• Sharon (6/5): The apartment had everything needed and was in a great location. Other than poor communication and very high steps and s - The location was central. There is an oven and hob if required. It says it’s on the second floor however, there is a lot of flights of stairs which are high steps. Even the lady showing us up to the apartment was breathless when she got up. we had contacted the property the day before to ask if we could leave the bags early.No one contacted us . I contacted again in the morning and they replied to say that someone was in the apartment and they didn’t know what time they were checking out. And that we can use one of the stow your bags by the train station. we decided to leave the suitcase Overton the left luggage as it was better value than for a few hours. We were so pleased we did. I would NOT like to have to carry suitcases up those high concrete steps. After we had paid to leave the luggage they messaged to say the room was ready. The shower is not suitable for anyone taller than about 5’7. my son is a 6’2 rugby player and he couldn’t use it properly.

• Peter (9/5): Superb - Perfectly clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning, located 5 min walk from Duomo and SMN station Only downside was that at the bottom of the building there is storage space for guys selling leatherware on the streets. They load and unload their wagons until midnight and again in the morning since 5 o’clock - which causes whole building to shake. So have a few wines before going to bed or wear earlplugs…
