• Eduard (8/5): Toch wel geslaagd. - De centrale ligging. Je moet een trap op met 42 treden, een trap die telkens veranderde, soms zelfs zonder leuning. Een slordig geheel. De eigenaar bepaalde vanuit de verte hoe laat de verwarming uit of aan ging.
• Sadbh (9/5): Perfect location - Location was amazing. The host was very responsive and friendly, put us right at ease. The apartment itself was lovely quaint. The only issue was the curtain was ineffective so the room was totally bright. There also is a slight smell of dampness.

• Ráfli Attila (10/5): - Perfect location, almost in the centre but still quiet. The stairs are a bit challenging with heavy baggage.
• Mimoza (10/5): Highly recommended stay - The location is just great and close to everything you need. Beds and pillows are just great. Bonus - you get to hear serenades from time to time from the nearby canal. I was afraid of possible mold inside property, but there wasn't any. There was no mosquito nets, and Venice seems to have a lot of mosquitos. Although there was а mosquito device available.
• Francesco Monica (10/5): Super consigliato! - Consigliatissimo, rapporto qualitá-prezzo incredibile. Il proprietario è molto cortese, veloce nel rispondere ad ogni richiesta o esigenza. La posizione è fantastica, dietro piazza San Marco e vicino ad ogni tipo di servizio (farmacia sotto casa, supermercati a pochi passi). L'appartamento è ristrutturato, ben tenuto, l'angolo cottura è comodissimo. C'è anche un microonde, un frigo grande e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Il letto è comodo, il bagno grande e spazioso. La struttura è anche silenziosa ed ha un piccolo scorcio su un canale. Nicolò ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie nel corridoio del b&b per sfruttare al meglio l'ultimo giorno.

• Maria del carmen (10/5): Espectacular!! - Todo, muy limpio y tranquilo para descansar. Muy cerca de todos los puntos de interés de Venecia. Y el anfitrión, Nico, muy atento y amable, nos facilitó muchas indicaciones de mucha utilidad. Para nuestra próxima visita a Venecia sin duda... repetiremos.
• Maureen (8/5): We had a wonderful 5 days in Venice made all the easier thanks to the information from Nicos. What a wonderful city. - Perfectly situated 5min walk from St Marks Sq and 2 mins to the water taxis to take you anywhere. The room /bed sit had every facility you could want, was clean and comfortable. With a kitchenette and shower room it was a complete package at a reasonable rate given the location. Nicos could not have helped us any more with so much information and tips. Our only issue was that we didn’t know it was second floor with concrete steps and no lift. At 76 and 81yrs old, that was a struggle with bags.
• Lakshmy (7/5): Had a very good time - Excellent location and wonderful host. Easy to see all the attractions. No lift access and it was difficult to carry bags upstairs. But the host was extremely helpful when we checked out.

• Fedorchuk (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and cosy studio with absolutely gorgeous ancient decor in the bathroom! Located at the beautiful square in the hot spot of the town, close to everything. Nikos the host is very attentive and caring! For me the pillow was too big ... there was a memory foam one...

Host provided lots of contact details so I felt reassured we could get help if needed; he also sent through lots of very useful suggestions for activities, transport and local amenities. Nice selection of tea and coffee provided. Wifi worked well. A super stay and if I return to Venice, I would stay there again.
• Kristin (10/5): Nice cozy apartment in a hostorical building which brings you in the authentic atmosphere of Venice - The location is amazing, The bridge of the sighs is 100 m from there. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. There were boats passing close by and you could hear old italian songs. The apartment is in a historical building. When you go up the narrow staircase, you dive into the spirit of this old city. The most of the historical seightseeings are nearby. You can reach everything by walk. There was no shower gel in the bathroom.
• Eleni (8/5): Convenient - Clean with nice bathroom, next to San Marco Square and the private corridor gives some safety. You cannot control the heating, so some days we felt a little bit cold. Apart from the radiators there was also an A/C that you couldn't use it. A bottle of water for the arriving guests would be really appreciated. Mosquito net for windows would be very useful. Lastly there is a nasty smell from the entrance to the apartment.

• Theocharis (10/5): Central location, quiet room, good breakfast, excellent host - I had an excellent stay in Venice. Nikos was a great host, providing detailed and accurate information on how to collect the keys upon my arrival, and keeping in touch throughout my stay for anything I needed. The apartment was cosy and well-stacked with breakfast items, milk, juice, etc. The location was excellent, on a small campo with plenty of choices around for food and drink, but the room was very quiet. I look forward to coming back again! Everything was fine!
• Anna (10/5): Great stay, perfect location! - Excellent location!!! Two steps from S.Marco square and two steps from the vaporetto station. Tastefully furnished apartment with all amenities. A nice surprise was a well-stocked fridge as a part of breakfast (milk, butter, juices, cold meats, yoghurts, cheeses). Very comfortable large bed, Heating worked well in late November, it was warm. Due to our late arrival, self check-in was a great convenience. Nikos sent us lots of useful tips and was in touch with us all the time. We were able to leave our luggage after check out. For longer stays, a wardrobe with shelves to unpack things would be useful. Anyway, it was nothing that could negatively affect our stay - we were very pleased :)
