• Jordan (9/5): Lovely quiet stay in a beautiful part of Florence - Lovely spacious historic apartment, nice balcony and incredible views over the Pitti Palace, plus it’s located in a quiet and fun part of town Top floor without a lift for families is difficult, stovetop coffee on induction hobs didn’t work, baby cot not at expected standard for Europe

• Tatiana (9/5): Merveilleux séjour familiale au centre historique de Florence - L’emplacement est exceptionnel, proche de tous les centre d’intérêt. L’appartement est très spacieux et bien équipé. La terrasse est son atout indéniable. L’accueil est très efficace ainsi que l’organisation de check - in . Il faut savoir que l’appartement est au 3me avec un accès par l’escalier assez exigeant. Nous, cela nous a pas gêné mais cela peut poser un problème pour les valises lourdes et genoux fragiles … par contre on se trouve au calme quand on est à l’appartement.

• Patrick (9/5): Great apartment, great location, but water pressure let it down (a bit) - Great apartment in a beautiful old period building - lots of living space, large bedrooms, solid walls so no noise from other rooms, Water pressure was not good so if you showered at the wrong time water pressure would drop to a drip

• Hannu (9/5): Very good. We will return. - Nice location close to city centre and our business partner's offices. The roof terrace was a nice touch. It was also good to be at the 4th floor and without a lift. 72 stair steps that is. We got some free exercise! Overall the apartment is nicely renovated. However the kitchen might need an update to the same level. The wifi only works in the dining room but not elsewhere. Consider getting cable or fibre.
• Everets-rodrigues (9/5): Excellent spot for our family get-away! - Fabulous space that was convenient to locations for our group of 5. Host Francesca communicated well and often. Given potential water issues, she promptly let us know and provided options to deal with while there. We weren't aware that it was on the 4th (top) floor of the building, not an issue for us, but may be for other tourists. Mosquitos are in season, some of us suffering bites overnight.
• Levy (8/5): Very good - Great location. The apartment is very spacious and has very good facilities, including three bathrooms. The roof terrace had lovely views. The host was very accommodating and allowed a later departure. The apartment is on the top floor, so there are a number of stairs that wouldn't suit older people.
• Kathryn (10/5): Great space for a family. Wonderful location close enough to the action but not noisy at night. - Location and access to the city were excellent. We were travelling with adult children, so having three separate bedrooms and bathrooms was important. Very spacious apartment with lots of seating. We enjoyed the small rooftop patio for coffee and drinks together. Having one set of keys for five adults was not ideal. One of the mattresses in the twin bedroom is in need of replacement. The shower in one of the bedrooms does not drain properly.
• Ali (8/5): Very good - The location of the property was great, located near the two beautiful gardens, many restaurants and not very far from the Duomo. The property its sell was clean, spacious and had all the necessary utilities. There were no elevators which meant we had to carry out luggage 3 levels high.

• Susan (9/5): Wonderful! - Fantastic spacious apartment on top floor. Lots of room for us with our two adult children. Great location literally opposite the Pitti Palace. Although we didn’t meet her Francesca was prompt and helpful with making arrangements for our stay It wasn’t an issue for us as four fit adults but the apartment is on the third floor with no lift so some people might find this challenging especially with heavy luggage.
• Lila (9/5): Great apartment rental and location for families! - The location was awesome and the apartment was nice and spacious. Francesca was very nice and check in was quick and easy. Very clean with comfortable beds. My family of 4 had more than enough room. There are no elevators but worth the walk up. The view on the top patio was lovely
