• karl (3/5): - Location Very poor facilities and cleanliness was ok on arrival but poor throughout. Everything in a bad state of repair - cupboards, bathroom, blinds. Not very good standard at all. Drains were smelly and toilet constantly dripping. Electricity tripped when using oven and hob together.

• Yu An (7/5): - Good communication with staff, spacious apartment, comfortable bed, powerful shower head, clean apartment Water is easily splashed onto the toilet floor from showering and it doesnt drain or dry up easily, and the toilet ends up mostly wet. The toilet also doesnt have much hooks or places to hang our clothes or put toileteries. The photos are also quite outdated, for example some pictures showed a washing machine and foosball table, but doesnt have those when we arrived, and some furniture/layout has been changed from the pictures.
• Md Jaman (1/5): Not good at all - We booked SvHome through booking.com and thought it was a very good deal as we wanted my brother to stay with us for the duration of our stay as he lives in Rome. The apartment advertised on booking.com looked neat and tidy and had all the amenities and was close to all transport. Upon arrival the apartment was freezing cold even though the weather outside was quite mild that day. We put our luggage down and attempted to turn on the heating first, couldn’t find the valves on any of the radiators and the thermostat showed it was working but it wasn’t heating up the place. My 4 year old was getting cranky at this point as we were trying to get the heating turned on and she was tired from the journey and wasn’t getting any attention from us. We went to turn on the big flat screen TV they had but neither of the remotes were working; they were not the correct remotes for that TV. We used the buttons under the TV to manually find some channels or YouTube she could maybe watch but no luck, the TV wasn’t working either. We messaged the contact number and were told to turn on the thermostats and turn the dial to 3 to heat up the apartment, which we had already done. We waited some more time thinking it’s probably been sometime since the place had been in use so this may be the reason the heating is taking a while to heat up, still no luck. We again messaged the contact number through what’s app and the person on the other end responded saying I’m coming over with a heater and we had asked for an extra duvet cover as the diver had no cover on it. A guy turned up almost 1-2 hours after we initially messaged. He took the thermostat off and fiddled with it and put it back on to heat, we had already done this with no luck. The place was still not heating up as the radiators were not working!

• Casu (5/5): Insufficiente - Mi è piaciuto solo la posizione Tutto. Pulizia zero, molto freddo perché i riscaldamenti erano spenti, il divano a letto orribile, mobili rotti, persiane che non chiudevano, mancavano le cose essenziali.

• Ania (10/5): Estadía perfecta en Roma! - La ubicación es perfecta, la atención de los anfitriones también es buena. El apartamento es cómodo y estaba todo muy limpio! No tengo nada que señalar.

• Brian Jhoseth (9/5): Acogedora casa en Roma con ubicación perfecta - La ubicación, es perfecta ya que estás a un paseo de 15 minutos del coliseo y todo lo que lo rodea. Además está al lado de una estación de metro que te permite moverte hacia la Plaza de España o Ciudad del Vaticano. Luego también me pareció una casa muy acogedora con un mini billar, libros y amplio salón. Quizás la puerta del baño, que necesita mantenimiento porque está rota. Pero por lo demás todo perfecto.

• Carlos (8/5): - Il soggiorno è stato tranquillo. Lo spazio è ben posizionato e l’appartamento è molto grande. Nonostante i problemi menzionati, il soggiorno è stato soddisfacente. The stay was peaceful. The place is well located and the apartment is very spacious. Despite the problems mentioned, the stay was satisfactory. L’infrastruttura è più vecchia rispetto alle immagini. Le finestre esterne si trovano in una condizione non ideale, il che impedisce una chiusura completa e non blocca del tutto la vista dall’esterno. L’aria condizionata è insufficiente, mantenendo solo la temperatura ambiente. Il divano letto è leggermente scomodo poiché è inclinato su un lato e la TV non funziona. The infrastructure is older than shown in the pictures. The exterior windows are in a non-ideal condition, which prevents them from closing completely and does not fully block the view from the street. The air conditioning is insufficient, only keeping the ambient temperature. The sofa bed is slightly uncomfortable as it is slanted on one side, and the TV does not work.

• Natalia (5/5): Passable - The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the Colosseum, and surrounded by great restaurants. The metro is very close, making it easy to get around the city, and there's also a shop nearby, which was very convenient. The building itself is beautiful, and accessing the apartment was simple. The host was very responsive and stayed in constant contact, which we really appreciated Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. As someone with allergies, I noticed a lot of dust, which made the stay uncomfortable. The floor was damaged, and basic amenities like dish soap or a dishwasher were missing, so we had to purchase dish soap ourselves. The oven was dirty, and some of the cooking utensils and plates were broken. Additionally, the TV was not working during our stay.

• Cynthia (6/5): I would not stay here in summer - Location is good, apartment is clean and checkin was uncomplicated Description is lying about AC. There is no AC, they have only air circulation system but thats no AC. There were 2 ventilators but 1 was not working properly. Our stay was in August so it was very hot and unpleasant in the evening.
• Minto (5/5): Uncomfortable Stay! - Location is good. No A/c and fooling around with reasons. Had to stay out the whole day on a Sunny day with kid as it was too warm and uncomfortable inside the Apartment without A/c. Also at night no proper sleep for the whole family.

• Marcial (3/5): Property is a real waste in this state. because can be beautiful. - The location is the best thing about this property. In addition, the property has a nice style and good space for families and natural light. The bathroom was dirty all the sinks were full of hair. also the sink of the bath was full of hair. I arrived with my kids and I had to clean the disaster because was unhealthy. The TV is big but it doesnt work well. The sofa can be better. The worst is that we imformed the owner "Simone" but he do nothing!!! Also said to my wife that he donde belived her because he ordered a deep cleaning two days ago. The master room have ANCENT dust and the lamps are very dirty. If you want to stay in that place be prepare to do some plummbering and never go with some one to have allergies.

Air conditoner not working even if I told them they told me that “its looking like that but if you hear working sound its okey” I have run many hours and nothing happened. We was there at july and all my family cant sleep. And I wrote them again and there was not a reply. And barhroom drain was clogged when we got shower we saw and shocked water not going and We had to try clean that hole and we fixed it with by ourselves…
• Katie (1/5): Unpleasant and Uncomfortable - We strongly recommend it is avoided. There are material deficiencies with this property that make it not consistent with the advertisement (both photos and description). The condition of the property is far below what any reasonable person would consider acceptable.     1.    Air conditioner was not functional despite being advertised as an air conditioned apartment (to compound this we had 3 young children who suffered through extremely hot summer temperatures throughout our stay);     2.    There is significant mould and water damage throughout the property (eg in cupboards and bathroom)     3.    The toilet seat was completely detached and slides off anytime you try to sit on it. Our young daughter sustained a minor injury on one occasion.     4.    All dining chairs are broken and not properly functional. Beyond the inconvenience this also posed a safety hazard to us and our children.     5.    The washing machine flooded the living area, another safety hazard.     6.    There is no tray in microwave so it couldn’t be used.     7.    There are no tea towels. We were forced to dry cutlery with toilet paper.     8.    There were no plugs for the kitchen sink so could not wash up properly.     9.    The inside lining of the kettle is flaking which was discovered after finding flakes in our coffee. Many of the above are deemed a minimum standard for any accomodation, but none of these issues were disclosed in the advertisement. For the price it was absolutely unacceptable. We raised our list of issues with management but after sending three messages over a week period, we received nothing in response.
• Anonymous (10/5): Location is good - It was at a great location. It’s close to Termini and main streets where great cafes are located. Hot water is running. Kitchen is very well enough for cooking. The bed is comfortable. Special thanks to Riccardo who is so friendly at all time.

• Anonymous (5/5): property pictures don’t match the real condition - The Location was convenient. A lot of restaurants and cafes in the area. I think it’s unfair to guests and tourists who rely on pictures to book their stay that you use 10 year old pictures when the property really doesn’t look that great anymore. It’s got a lot of damage and wear and tear.
