• Sergio (1/5): OLVÍDATE DE DUCHARTE EN TU ESTANCIA - La ubicación es lo único que merece la pena de este apartamento Este apartamento es como viajar en el tiempo a los años 50. Es el apartamento turístico, peor mantenido y peor amueblado en los que me he alojado nunca . Si tienes pensado ducharte y lavarte el pelo durante tu estancia olvídate, no le llega absolutamente nada de presión a la ducha y el agua caliente te dura un minuto. Ropa de cama súper antigua es como si hubieran cogido un montón de muebles lámparas de 20 casas y las hubiesen juntado en una .

Estábamos avisados de que no había ascensor pero realmente eran demasiados escalones para subir cuando se llegaba cansado de todo el día fuera. El aparato de refrigeración no era suficiente para tener fresco todo el lugar.

• Kalyan (7/5): Overall good stay because of the location. - Property was well presented, clean. Very close to San marco. Hot water was a struggle, no plug socket to charge, all the sockets which were present are very old ones. We have managed to find only one socket throughout the property. Rest all good. Television is broken in living room. Well presented and spacious.

• Roberto (9/5): Perfect location - Perfect location, spacious and nice view. 4 floors to climb by stairs so if you plan carry big luggage think it twice.

• Patricia (9/5): Central place with beautiful view - Beautiful view, central location and big enough for 3/4 people. Decent place for short stay, would recommend.
• Barrera (2/5): DO NOT stay here unless you are ok with no AC and no hot water. It is horrible - The only good thing about this property is the location. Be careful. They will dismiss your concerns. When I said there was no hot water…they said I had to wait 30 minutes before it arrived. They told me that I should take care of it myself. The second day , they sent a house keeper who couldn’t do anything about it….they asked me to help the house keeper…futile. They sent a plumber the 3rd day. And still nothing by. They did not even offer an apology. STAY AWAY. They are nasty and rude to deal with. Only the location

• Margaret (10/5): I was very happy with my stay .Rosanna met me at the property and was very helpful and kind. - It was self catering.
• Monique (9/5): Great location for your short Venice stay. - The location was perfect being so close to San Marco square with easy access to the main sites. It was also surprisingly quiet. The apartment had a spacious living room. Being on the third floor was difficult for arrival and departure but otherwise we appreciated the extra exercise. The shower wasn't consistently hot but it was fine for the two nights of our trip.
• Alessia (7/5): Good - Pros: - Amazing location. Super close to Rialto bridge, Piazza San Marco, Dodge’s Palace, etc. - Good sized apartment and bathroom. - Washing machine and detergent provided. - 2 sets of keys for the apartment. - Rossana answered quickly on WhatsApp and was helpful in coordinating private taxi boat for arrival and departure. - Problems were promptly fixed. Cons: - Not as clean as would’ve liked. - Bathtub water pressure was low and we had no hot water. The plus side is when I contacted Rossana the problem was fixed later that same day. - No elevator. Lots of stairs to carry up luggage which may especially pose a problem for people who have difficulty with mobility.
• Sandeep (8/5): location and view is perfect but if you want a relaxing shower after a long day it is no good! - great location, very clean, comfortable. the shower, goes hot and cold and pressure is very low.

• Malc (8/5): pleasant - the property has 55 stairs to climb ! it is clean and , basic , and could be lovely with a little interior design inspo to make it more modern and comfortable. The hot water takes a while to come through . The knives and forks were a little dirty . Rossanna was easy to contact but seemed a bit abrupt . There is a late check in fee 50 euros which is normal in Venice the beds were comfy and the apartment is in a perfect location literally with easy access to everything and there’s a supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlour and various shops in the same road so really convenient. we had a lovely time in Venice .
• Angela (9/5): A wonderful break away - The location was great, accommodation very comfortable and the communication from Rosanna was excellent. Water pressure was not very strong but not a big issue.

We were 4 adults, there was everything we needed, a good kitchen with all the necessities, comfortable beds and the best location in town. Shops, restaurants and all the activities were front of the doors. Staff is very kind and helpful, if you have any questions, they will helpful. Thanks for the best holidays!
• Veronica (10/5): excellent for the price - The location is amazing! the prosperity it is stuck in the middle of everything needs to be seen in Venice! it is also easy to reach it by boat. The building is historic and roomy with a good view on San Marcos bell tower. the apartment is at the 4th floor and there is no elevator so be aware if you have mobility problem

• Indre (7/5): Good - Very good strategic location. The apartment is spacious enough. We did not like the cleanliness of the floor, the TV not working in the bedroom (we asked the host three times to fix it, he said the TV was working, but when we checked, the TV was not working) and the hot water regulation in the bathroom.
• Charynel (10/5): Exceptional - It is a super nice and comfortable apartment that has everything near it. Rossana was very helpful, she was always aware of our group and what we needed. She is a very kind person and always answered instantly. Helped us to have a good check in and check out :)

• Reema (4/5): A little disappointing - The location was excellent, and the self check in was convenient and simple. This apartment should not be listed as one with sir conditioning. There are two small "air conditioners": one in the dining area and one in the living room. they do absolutely nothing but a horribly loud noise. This noise, and of course the unimaginable heat, made it extremely difficult to sleep. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, but a small fan. Taking a shower was a nightmare. It was impossible to adjust the temperature of the water and we always ended up showering in ice cold water. One night, it was windy outside and one of the windows opened up as wide as possible many times while we slept and we had to keep getting up to close it.
