• Manel Albi (9/5): - Me gustó la ubicación muy cerca de la plaza San Marco, y tambien nos pareció cómodo el apartamento, las estancias amplias. Lo único negativo por decir algo fue la poca fuerza de agua en las duchas y que en el baño principal tiene escalones y era resbaladizo. Lo demás genial.
• LINDSEY (6/5): Great location. Everything else was underwhelming. - Location was fabulous, very central. We had to follow a video with instructions. The video was clear but many steps involved and frustrating to have to rewatch entirely to see each step. No AC access (was broken, remotes to units were removed) it was humid at times. Pillows were very flat. We had severe allergies in the room. Saw a few bugs, and bug spray was left out. Mosquitoes bit us in the night while sleeping. Did not leave enough toilet paper.

• Kai (10/5): Exquisite centric apartment - Spectacular flat just a stone’s throw from St Mark’s. Spotless, with authentic, timeless décor, and extremely comfortable for our group of six across three generations. The view from the terrace and some of the rooms was breathtaking (we stayed in the upper “apartment with terrace,” which has private access). Excellent heating and insulation (we travelled in January), the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, quiet despite the central location. The few stairs were no issue for us.

We loved the rooftop deck and the apartment was huge! The two bathrooms were great, but only one real shower. That was difficult for 6 people. The other bathroom had a tub with a handheld shower wand, but no curtain, so showering was not really possible.
• Mayo (10/5): Lovely apartment all around! Wouldn't change a thing :) - This is the cutest place! three rooms were perfect for the 6 of us. One room had private bathroom, and the other two rooms shared a bathroom. It was easy to determine once we got there to figure out who slept in which room. We had the early riser couple in the room farther away from the other two rooms, and the couple who liked to sleep in stayed in the furthest room with their own bathroom. FYI - you have to walk through one room to get to the room with the private bathroom. That is why we picked the rooms that way. It worked out great. The people who slept in never came through our room while we were sleeping... and the people who wake up early were far enough away as to not bother anyone else. It is a great location! They have the cutest little hidden kitchenette in the dining/family room and in the middle room too. We wish we had stayed longer to take advantage of it. Be ready to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs. But it is so worth it! The lady who manages the place happened to be there when we arrived early (they knew we were arriving early as we prearranged being able to drop off our luggage before check-in time). Otherwise, we would have gotten our keys via a lockbox. The location is great, there are a few really great restaurants right next door. You really felt like a local living in Venice at this adorable apartment. One set of pillows was flat and hard. We were able to find alternate pillows so that worked out good. I would suggest replacing the flat hard pillows with real pillows.

• Mary (10/5): Great Stay in Venice - We loved our stay here! The location was perfect. We took a water taxi from the airport and they dropped us off at San Marco Square and it was a five to 10 minute walk to the apartment. The local host was in the building every day, so we could ask her questions easily. We had the 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Two of the bedrooms shared a bathroom. One bedroom had to walk through another bedroom. For us this wasn't a problem, but just be aware. The living area was large and was very comfortable. Two of the bedroom face a courtyard and are very quiet. One bedroom faced the square and could be a little noisy at night, but not terribly. There are so many restaurants and shops nearby. We especially liked the breakfast place right next door. You can also pick up the gondola within a few steps of the building. It was wonderful to do it in the evening. There was no one else there and the water traffic was gone. We had the canals all to ourselves and it was beautiful and peaceful all lit up at night. Walking through one of the bedrooms wasn't ideal, but didn't cause any issues for us.

Right above a cafe for coffee in the morning, a bar with a rooftop terrace for drinks at night, and right on top of the square which is exactly where you would want to be in the evenings in Venice!!! • MJ Wagner (10/5): Spacious, comfortable, classy Venice apartment - The spacious apartment was a wonderful find in a great location close to San Marco's square. The beds were very comfortable. We had very clear instructions from the host to first get in later in the evening and a quick answer when we needed one during the stay. The airconditioning was appreciated during the heat wave. The wonderful surprise was the rooftop view of Venice - we took sunrise, sunset and night time photos. In a city of stairs, there are more to climb up to get to this amazing place to stay.
• Dmitrii (7/5): A good place to stay for 1-2 days visiting Venice, convenient to get to all sightseeings. But be aware to have everythin - Near to the center, but very quite - no music or noise in the evening and at night. Easy to get to San Marco, restaurants, several small markets nearby. We knew about the 3 floor steps - still it really was quite a challenge to get to the apartments with luggage. The apartment is old, but what we really did not like - there was no sign of welcoming us in a new city - at least could be a bottle of water, as we had just from the plane and boat leave the luggage and go to the market to buy water. There was a washing machine - but again no chemistry for washing - again had to go to the market - and every time it is going up and down these awful stairs, as we could not know in advance what we need - everything found out when there is need to wash the clothes etc. the beds are, as mentioned in previous comments, very uncozy and hard - it was difficult to sleep, moreover very noisy. Bathrooms were okay, though one shower extremely small, but we managed to use it.

Lo que buscas tras un día visitando es llegar a un hogar cómodo y este sin duda lo es, teníamos aire acondicionado en agosto que lo agradecimos un montón. Las habitaciones de la casa son super amplias, hay espacio para todos. Los propietarios nos dieron las indicaciones para llegar al apartamento, y fue de agradecer. Sin duda muy muy recomendable para familias. La casa tiene mucho encanto. Para repetir sin duda. Es un segundo piso con escaleras, las cocinas están integradas en armarios, pero para 1-3 días las utilizas lo necesario.

We loved our stay there. To get to the appartment You have to climb the stairs which was no issue for us, but might be for some people.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculate everything was—the space was spotless, the towels were freshly laundered, and the entire apartment had a wonderfully clean, fresh scent. We were traveling with our four teenagers, who usually have no shortage of opinions, yet for once they were all in agreement: the place was fantastic. Comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly maintained, the apartment played a huge role in making our stay in Venice truly unforgettable! There were a lot of stairs, but once you get to the apartment, it’ll be worth it!

• Lisa (10/5): Gorgeous and sprawling Venetian apartment steps away from San Marco. - AMAZING! We were in the heart of the city, with a 5 minute walk to San Marco. We were in the 3rd floor of this apartment building, and our apartment was a sprawling 3 bedroom, two bathrooms, with the perfect living room/kitchen for our family of 6. Everything was pristine (thank you Susan) and the property managers were super communicative and helpful every step along the way! We were fortunate enough to be in Venice during the Festa Del Redentore and we could see the fireworks from the 8-foot tall Venetian window in the master bedroom! We felt like royalty! The property was perfect! Just some advice-if you want to go to the market and get some water and snacks, do NOT go to the nearest spot from the apartment. Walk the extra five minutes to the supermarket (Coop) and you'll pay a fraction of the price for everything!

• Beverley (10/5): Great choice for being in the heart of Venice, but not in the middle throngs of people. - Excellent location for walking to all the sites, yet tucked away in a quiet courtyard so had some privacy. Hosts communicated well and clearly. Made sure we were equipped with clear instructions for finding the place, check in and check out. The beds and pillows were extremely hard, but I know that’s often the case in Europe. A lot of places we’ve gone have hard beds. If you’re used to softer mattresses, just be prepared. Other than that it was an excellent place in every other way.

The terrace needs refurbishing. There are a lot of stairs up to the apartment we were in. We did not mind this at all but I think it should be made clearer. We only brought hand luggage but if you had brought large suitcases it would have been a nightmare !!

• Huw (9/5): Great little apartment - very close to Piazza San Marco - The position was perfect. It is next to a small square that has a cafe and a ristorante - both are brilliant. (you can't hear anything from the square , which was nice) . I had my breakfast in the cafe most mornings and we ate out at the Ristorante (Serafina) .The apartment is only about a five minute walk to San Marco Piazza and about a 10- 15 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. It has facilities such as a fridge, microwave , sink - which is great if you are thinking of some self catering. The bedrooms are of a good size as is the communal room - for sitting and eating. Both bedrooms have lovely ensuite shower rooms. There wasn't anything we didn't like. But I think it's important for you to know that it is on the third floor with a staircase access - no lift. It wasn't a problem for us but for some it may be. It is also nice on these stays to be left a little treat. There were some coffee pods and a few teabags and lovely shampoo etc. but some places leave a little bottle of something in the fridge which is always a lovely surprise and starts off the holiday in a special way. However , the lack of that extra would not be a reason for me to not stay again - I would definitely recommend it

The kitchen area and sitting room were so comfortable and well equipped. The furnishings are so elegant and the beautiful curtains frame windows that have beautiful views of quaint walkways and even a view of the canal. Very comfortable beds and the Aircon was fantastic and much appreciated. There are 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment but they are easy to climb.

• Richard (10/5): A real gem just off St Marks Square - The apartment is literally a minute or two from St Marks Square. It is large, well equipped, aircon was a built-in system and worked perfectly. Two very large bedrooms and one other smaller but perfectly adequate for two adults. Kitchen had everything needed although we were not there long enough to use it. Two good bathrooms. No lift, so a few stairs to climb to reach the apartment. However, the trade off is the absolutely fantastic roof terrace with views of St Marks Campanile and the rooftops of Venice. There is hardly a better place to watch the sun go down and enjoy a glass of wine. Or two! Nothing at all
• Matko (10/5): A fantastic place, ideally situated for exploring Venice. - Our group of seven, consisting of family and friends, had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, and the rooms were incredibly spacious. With 2 bathrooms, 4 climate controls, and 7 beds, we had everything we needed. If I had to choose one, it would be the noise from the external air conditioner unit on the window next to my bed. However, this did not affect my final score.
• Julie (9/5): Perfect Venetian experience - The location was superb - a 1 minute walk to St Mark's Square for breakfast! Very much my image of a Venetian apartment - and the very good a/c was a life-saver in August! A lot of stairs! - but realise there is nothing to be done about this.

Very helpful and nice staff! Easy self check-in. Really recommend this place for families (though not with very little kids - no lift) or groups of friends!
