• Fraser (10/5): Very happy with the accommodations. Would stay here again. - The location is amazing! Quiet side street and a very short walk to many attractions. Very clean and roomy. The owners are responsive and accommodating. Check-in is done through a website which allows for a flexible arrival time as the door is unlocked remotely. The bathroom can get a bit dank smelling. The good thing is that it is easy to get a good breeze through the apartment by opening the windows.

• Maddi (10/5): - El piso está muy bien ubicado. Cerca de todo pero como las ventanas no estàn hacia la carretera, muy tranquilo. Está nueva y limpia. Las camas muy cómodas, la cocina equipada y la ducha bien. El trato con el personal fenomenal. Muy buena elección, sin duda! El ascensor es muy muy pequeño. Como es un primer piso a nosotros no nos supuso un inconveniente pero conviene saber.

• валентина (9/5): квартира очень удобная и расположение отличное. близко ко всем важным достопримечательностям - квартира расположена в самом центре на тихой улочке . в квартире есть возможность отдохнуть в тишине. очень удобная для проживания 3 человек. большой плюс наличие кухни что дает возможность сэкономить на завтраке. супермаркет находиться рядом. удобные кровати. кухня полностью оборудована для использование плюс наличие посудомоечной машины было сюрпризом. в душевой кабине потолок с пятнами плесени. было бы желательно приделать полочку для мыла шампуня в душевой .

• Mildred (8/5): Location is great but facilities needs work. - Location. The door to the toilet is difficult to use, the glass door to the shower room gets derailed easily and the flush to the toilet bowl is running non stop unless you press it in a certain way. The dishwasher didn’t work.

• Mina (5/5): - 스페인광장이나 다른 관광 스팟 도보로 다니기에 좋은 위치. 지하철역에 내려서 울툴불퉁 길을 캐리어 끌고 꽤 걸어야함. 스페인광장 계단을 캐리어 끌고 오를 수 있으면 조금 가까워짐. 우리는 못함. 계단 많음. 언뜻 보면 깨끗한 듯 보이지만 샤워헤드며 여기저기 깨끗하지 않음. 특히 해바라기 샤워헤드... 절대 사용할 수 없음. 검은 쇼파에도 하얀 얼룩들이 있고..전체적으로 낡았고 세탁기 인덕션 사용 무척 어려움.

Metro only a few minutes walk. Apartment spacious and well equipped including washing machine and dish washer. Good communication with Alessandra and Francesco re checking in and out. Had a great stay. Found the link tricky at times to get in the front door.

• John (8/5): The property is clean and provides all the creature comforts with a great location! - The location of this property is excellent, located about a 3-5 min walk to the top of the Spanish Steps. There are lots of restaurants in the area although many are expensive so you might be better to walk a bit further out. The apartment pictures are a true representation of the property and it has a good amount of space for a family or two couples to share space while still giving them their own bedroom area. The apartment has the benefit of two separate bedroom areas - one is in an open loft area and the other is closed off; the loft area does have a curtain that can be pulled across and allows for a place to change if you don't want to use the bathroom. The sofas were comfortable as well and the apartment has a basic kitchen for cooking which we would have used more if we stayed longer. There is a very tiny elevator in the building that can fit 1 person and 1 suitcase at a time. The hosts were professional, attentive and responded quickly to enquiries. This property might be challenging for folks with mobility issues. The stairs in the apartment from the loft to the main area are quite steep and if you are unable to use the lift (e.g. you don't fit in or you are claustrophobic) then you will have to climb a flight of stairs. However the fact that a building this age has an elevator at all is pretty remarkable to me. The only other thing was that the bed mattresses were a bit too firm for my liking BUT they were proper beds and not a sofa or a pull out couch which was lovely.

Our stay in this apartment was an unforgettable experience! The location is simply perfect – right in the heart of Rome, with easy access to all the main attractions, most of which are within walking distance, yet peaceful and quiet, ensuring a restful stay. The apartment is spacious, bright, and exceptionally cozy. It features two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the necessary amenities. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the snow-white towels and bed linen were on par with a five-star hotel. The heating worked perfectly, keeping the place warm and comfortable throughout our winter stay. From the windows, we enjoyed a view of a green inner courtyard. The little details, such as the Christmas decorations, made the atmosphere even cozier and more festive. The internet connection was excellent. What impressed us the most was the hospitality of the hosts. On our last day, as our flight was in the evening and there were no reservations after us, they allowed us to stay in the apartment beyond the standard check-out time at no extra charge. This saved us a lot of hassle and gave us the chance to enjoy our last hours in Rome in complete peace, for which we are sincerely grateful to Alessandra and Francesco. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment – it’s comfortable, cozy, and hosted by exceptional people. We would happily return here again.
• Milena (7/5): Great location rught in the center of Rome - The location of the property was fantastic. Only about 2 minutes walk to the Spanish steps and about 8 minutes to the Trevi fountain. The girl that greeted us at the apartment was very friendly. It’s a personal preference however I found the duvet a little strange. It was a wrapped kind of style rather than zipped or buttoned. Also not something that we didn’t like but more of a suggestion to provide dish washer tablets.

Owners were lovely Not enough room for 4 travellers with 4 large luggages + Needs major updating. Even though we saw a cleaner there prior to entering everything was sticky. Bathroom passable but shower shocking. Old and not enough room for the tall men in my family. Kitchen terrible. Don’t even consider to try and cook there. At the end of the day if intention is only to sleep location is fabulous

• Matarazzo (7/5): Good - The location was good not far from the Spanish Steps and the street where the apartment is located is lovely. Very quiet. We had stayed before in this apartment in 2017. We thought we would come back since it was very nice then. Unfortunately we were not greeted by the host but by someone else. The apartment was very hot when we arrived, windows open and the air conditioning must have just been turned on. They could do with another air conditioner in the lower bedroom a ceiling fan with high ceilings does not work effectively. Main Shower rose was not working properly we had to use the other which was not confortable. The place though in a wonderful location and is cosy it could do with some re furbish.

The location was also excellent, up the street to the Spanish steps and down the street to more of the city center. No complaints. The apartment also had a handy lift (helped with our luggage) and AC, which made the stay more comfortable as it was pretty warm outside when we visited. No complaints.

• Anne (10/5): Lovely short stay - Location A1 - right near Spanish Steps. Really lovely little flat, spotlessly clean and amazingly comfy beds! Kitchen well appointed, toiletries in bathroom, everything you needed. Friendly interaction with host and Maria who admitted us was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend. Didn’t dislike anything particularly - the flat is not large and as you see in photos one bed overlooks the living area. Not an issue but be aware if privacy super-important.

• Curt (8/5): Great location, nice space to sleep with plenty of space to relax - Location was excellent, just down from the Spanish Steps. Two bedrooms (one was a loft) suited our needs. Lots of room to relax. Upstairs room was warm our first night, adjusted heat and it was better the 2nd night.

Nearby are supermarkets, eateries, and shops, all within walking distance of the main attractions. Just a step away from the Spanish Steps and Borghese Park. As for the apartment, the beds are comfortable, it's very clean, and there's plenty of space for four adults. Francesco is easily reachable and responds quickly, showing understanding of any situation that arises. Thank you for the hospitality. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this apartment. all is ok

• Michelle (10/5): A Great Stay - The apartment is located on a side street very close to the Spanish Steps. Close to everything including two subway stops. We pretty much walked everywhere except to the Vatican Museum. Apartment was very quiet at night, the shutters blocked out all the lights. It was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed having two separate beds for all 4 of us. Small kitchen but well stocked. By the way the apartment looks exactly like the photos when we arrived, no surprises. Check-in process was very smooth. Francesco was very responsive to issues and inquiries, I would not hesitate to stay here again! Honestly nothing!

• Marika (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a perfect neighbourhood - The apartment is perfectly located to visit Rome. Very central and quiet street. You’ll find all what you need to start the week. It’s very clean and you have enough space for 4 people. Francesco and Alessandra always answered quickly and helped us with recommendations, taxi… Great week ! A bit noisy in the common parts (slamming doors) in the morning only, but this comes from the age of the building and what gives the charm to Rome. Anyway, we haven’t been to Rome to sleep late. No noise in the evening / night neither through the apartments.

Host was great very easy to communicate with and ordered a driver for our trip back to the airport Did not like that the posted taxes on bookings was less than what was charged. Owner said tax in the city was increased to twice what was posted. Also was great that they ordered a driver quoted 60 euros when we got to the airport was charged 70 euros. Small things over all but could but annoying

He was brilliant and made transferring from the train station and then to the airport so stress-free. The room itself is lovely, with aircon!! and in a stunning location. Definitely would recommend this apartment! We loved our stay here. The only thing was the shower heads were a little quirky but that’s it 😊

Easy access to the Metro to access trains to the airport. The sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest. Fine for a couple of nights but not much longer.

• Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - ‘The Twenty’ was pretty gorgeous and tastefully designed apartment – the structure was solid and would have been few centuries old. With a fully equipped kitchen, a decent bathroom and spaces between the bedroom and living room seamlessly merging with one another. How it accommodated 4 adults with 4 large suitcases so comfortably, is a marvel. The location was posh and cool considering we were literally a hop & a skip away from the Spanish Steps and minutes away from all of Rome’s main attractions and charms. Francesco who we connected with very momentarily, was a really decent guy. Being aware that we had a meeting in the city soon on arrival, was there to help the boys into the apartment (and the large luggage). Grazie mille. We will have to come back just to thank you in person.
