• Andy (10/5): A little oasis in the middle of Florence - A perfect spot close proximity to all attractions, 10 min walk to the Duomo and squares,lots of restaurants and cafés close by,apartment is so quiet considering where it is,our host Luciana was very helpful, apartment was very clean,well laid out,only used kitchen for making coffee/tea but everything there for you,absolutely loved having our coffee and croissant for breakfast on the quaint balcony in the morning sun,very comfortable bed ,slept really well, loads of storage, large bathroom and excellent shower,highly recommend Nothing

I have - Location, impeccably maintained; clean; with absolutely everything one needs in the apt.; Brigide met as upon our arrival and was extremely professional and helpful. The owner or mgmt co. went far and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Nothing!

• Jodie (9/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely apartment, really central, clean with everything you need, coffee machine was a bonus and loved the little balcony. The heating wasn't working so was really cold at night but this wouldn't put me off staying again.
• Ane (10/5): Lindo y cómodo depto a,oasis de todo. - El depto fue comodisimo, y muy buen ubicado. El personal fue muy amable y nos dio muchísimas y buenas indicaciones turisticas y del depto en si. Siempre estuvo disponible y contestaba muy rápidamente. las escaleras, pero el resto lo compensó, volvería al depyo en una visita a Florencia.

• Vanessa (10/5): - There was no communication leading up to the stay, which made check-in slightly uncertain at first. However, once we arrived, the apartment exceeded expectations. It was incredibly spacious—especially by European standards—and beautifully styled, with all the comforts of home. This was by far one of the nicest places we stayed during our extended trip. The location was fantastic—walking distance to major attractions, great restaurants, and cozy cafés. One thing to note: the apartment is located on the top floor, and there’s no elevator. We had two large suitcases, so the stairs were a bit of a challenge. Something to keep in mind when packing or booking.

• Tracey (9/5): Great place to stay would recommend it! - Lovely place to stay, great location, could walk easily to see the sights. Nice furnishings and bathroom. We were really comfortable. The place was well equipped and clean. Host was very helpful and gave a great recommendations of sights to see and places to eat.
• John (10/5): Great place and location!!! - Host met us at the apartment with the keys and gave us a tour and info on the apartment and area. Host also communicated with us via Whatsapp several days prior to arrival regarding our arrival time. We kept her updated by the app and our ETA as we the left the train station. The air conditioning work very well and was needed during the heat wave 6/2025. The kitchen was nice, we cooked a meal for our last night. Having a washer and dryer was great. I would stay here again. It is on the 3rd floor or 4th if from the US. Carrying luggage up took a couple of trips and when leaving. But wasn't too bad. Otherwise the stairs were not too bad.

Nothing except maybe the stairs to reach the apartment—however, that is part of city living and does not negatively affect our review!

• Robin (9/5): Lovely apartment in Florence. - We enjoyed this lovely apartment. It was comfortable and had amenities we appreciated, especially the washer and dryer. The bathroom and kitchen were nice and having cornflakes and coffee to start our morning on the balcony was great! It was very walkable to many points of interest. You do climb lots of stairs to get to the apartment which can be challenging with luggage. The property was on a street currently under repair so the sidewalk was crowded. Hopefully the repairs will be completed soon.

• Michelle (10/5): Comfortable, spacious apartment in a great location (use the terrace!) - Lovely, recently-updated flat - we stayed on the top floor but didn't mind the walk up. Very roomy for two people with a spacious and well-appointed bathroom with the best-smelling shampoo and conditioner, an unexpected (but welcome) washer/dryer combo with detergent and a drying rack, and terrace for a morning espresso. I appreciated how immersed I felt in everyday life in Florence, even when I was wasn't out in the city, and it was lovely to have lots of natural light and a place to relax outside and dry my clothes in the sun. Location is great: about a 15 walk from the Arno, but still felt quiet at night, although you might find it busy if you're not from a large city. Our neighbors were also very friendly. I'd happily return. We had some issues with the toilet running throughout our stay. The host was very friendly and helpful and there were no major issues, but I was always worried about bothering her with my questions about it.

• Nick (10/5): A home from home in the most beautiful city in the world - This apartment is a hidden gem - tucked away on the top floor of an ordinary block, it is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The little terrace overlooking the inner courtyards was a joy - we spent hours there and despite being in the middle of the city it was very peaceful. The efficient air conditioning was also extremely welcome! The owner was very understanding about our delayed train, waiting around to meet us, and we felt at home right away. She gave us some great tips and ideas for exploring Florence - the kind of local knowledge you hardly ever get staying in a hotel. It made our trip even more special.
