• Лакатош (10/5): The apartment was clean, cozy, and very well located, making it a great place to stay - The location was great—about a 10-minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square, but on a quiet street without crowds. The host was always available and easy to contact. There was a small issue with a towel, but it was quickly fixed and replaced. The apartment is not very big, but it’s cozy and clean, and had everything we needed. Overall, we really liked our stay and would recommend it for up to five adults. The double bed had a quite firm mattress, which might not be comfortable for everyone.

It had all necessary facilities: hot shower, towels, blankets, fridge etc. Very practical and convenient. No key for the bathroom. Beds could be a little comfier but not to be expected the highest luxury with such a great price. Was better than what you would expect for what we paid.

• Jorit (4/5): Wir haben für drei Tage bezahlt und sind nach zwei Tagen abgereist. - Sehr gute Lage, mit Rosa Salva (Castello 6779 Campo San Zanipolo) eine wunderbare Frühstücksbäckerei und der Osteria al Ponte (Cannaregio 6369 Calle de la Testa) eine sehr nette Bar mit exzellenten Cicchetti in der Nähe Leider war es, trotz mehrmaliger Bitten, nicht möglich eine Rechnung zu bekommen. Das Appartement gibt einen guten Eindruck wie die Arbeiterklasse in Venedig gelebt hat. Wir haben für drei Tage bezahlt und sind nach zwei Tagen abgereist. Über WhatsApp war der Host schnell erreichbar. Ca Bianca Unfortunately, despite repeated requests, it was not possible to get an invoice. The apartment gives a good impression of how the working class lived in Venice. We paid for three days and left after two days. The host was quickly reachable via WhatsApp.

• Juan (8/5): Genial para una estancia corta en Venecia - Zona tranquila, cerca de puntos de interés. Habitaciones amplias. La cama de matrimonio es enorme y cómoda. Bien aclimatado para la visita en invierno. El acceso y la atención de la anfitriona fueron estupendos. Eché en falta algún recurso más de limpieza, sobre todo para el suelo. Las almohadas muy finas. En la ducha debes andar con ojo para que el agua no se salga. La calle es tranquila, pero mi hijo hizo uso del sofá cama y se quejó el primer día del ruido de algunas personas circulando por la noche.

• Javier (8/5): Alojamiento céntrico y cómodo, buena opción para familias - Está en una calle cercana a San Marco, pero lo suficientemente apartada para ser tranquila. Es un alojamiento sencillo pero cómodo. La anfitriona fue muy cercana en todo momento. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente con el código de la puerta el primer día, pero pudimos resolverlo con la ayuda del anfitrión.

• Irene (7/5): Eine gelungene Woche in einer schönen Wohnung. - Die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet, man kann problemlos alles zu Fuß erreichen und ganz in der Nähe sind sowohl eine tolle Bäckerei als auch ein gut sortierter Supermarkt, sogar mit Frischetheke. Keine große Kritik, aber eine Teekanne, ein Brotmesser und ein kleines Obstmesser wären gut gewesen. Wirklich gefehlt hat aber nichts. An der grundsätzlichen Feuchtigkeit kann man in Venedig nichts ändern und mit den Elektroheizkörpern wurde es auch angemessen warm.

El patio me encantó! Super bohemio y bonito! La ducha tenía una cortina que después de bañarse 4 personas podéis imaginar como quedaba el baño, era Venecia en su esplendor! El aire acondicionado del salón no funcionaba aunque en octubre no lo necesitamos

• Harriet (8/5): Very good - Great location and Federica was a really brilliant attentive and responsive host. Had a very good, comfortable stay. There are mosquitoes around (to be expected in Venice) but plug-in mosquito repellers were provided and they got rid of them all very effectively!

• Beth (9/5): The property was perfect for a family of four as a base to explore - Lovely property in the heart of Venice. Very central to all main points of interest. Although only 10 mins from St Marks square the apartment was quite at night. Close to lots of lovely restaurants and cafes.

• Luna (9/5): Wonderful, cozy apartment close to attractions but far enough away to experience the real Venice. - This apartment was great! It offered sufficient space for 5 of us, was delightfully air-conditioned, located just steps from several restaurants, and within a few minutes' walk of several attractions, but far enough away from the touristy spots to be quiet, serene and give us an opportunity to explore the little alleys and all they had to offer. The ceilings were low, so it felt cozy for us. Someone who's over 6'2" might find it a bit tight. The host was helpful and we were able to check in early, which was great because we had just arrived in the morning after an overnight flight. The bathroom didn't have air-conditioning, so it was a little stuffy, but we opened the windows and it was fine.

The host was great with communication, and we found it with no problems. It is close to the main area but also on side street, so very quiet. We enjoyed our stay, it was just perfect, I would highly recommend and would return.

The kitchen had everything we needed and I liked that there were two bedrooms and the one bedroom had two twin beds. That was perfect for traveling as a family. It was hard to find.
• Kate (9/5): Stay like a local! - The apartment was well located near bars and restaurants, but still in an area where people actually live. You can hear the kids playing football against the church walls in the afternoon! The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't use it much, and the terrace was very welcome - we used it a lot! The shower is a little cramped, and the apartment generally has a bit of a damp feel/smell to it, but I guess that's to be expected in a ground floor property so close to water. Neither affected our stay though.

• Maximillian (8/5): Well-located with a beautiful patio - The property was very well located and gave us easy access to all the tourist attractions in Venice. The communication with the staff was very good. I believe that, like everything in Venice, the house got inundated at some point and smelled like accumulated humidity when we arrived, but after turning the AC on and leaving the windows open, it got better.

• Matthew (7/5): Good - The location was in a quite convenient central location to everything. Nice hot showers and warm water for washing up straight away. Drinking water from the taps was surprisingly very pleasant and good quality. Very good WiFi. The front door was poorly made and hollow. You could hear everything through it. Might as well have had it open. Behind the table there seemed to be a damp problem on the wall as the paint was peeling. There were no bowls for breakfast in the cupboards. Cutlery and crokery could be easy improved. The interior decoration was a bit unusual, wasn't a fan of the gold rope on the ceiling and the paint colours. The white chairs in the kitchen weren't the most comfortable.

• Lucia (6/5): Excellent location, would personally prefer a brighter location. next time 2nd floor flat for me - The location in Cannaregio area of Venice was ideal. Just 5 min walk from waterbus stop to/from airport and lovely squares right nearby as well as laundromat and grocery store within a couple of min. We were able to walk from our place to wherever we wanted throughout Venice. Host very lovely and reachable. Kitchen, although compact, had everything you needed to prepare food. It is just my personal preference to have a bright space to stay in. Given the location of this flat on ground floor of small alley, the inside wasn't bright enough for me. The window curtains remained closed so that passersby couldn't see it just felt a little too dark for me. Not that we spent a lot of time there so as a place to just have to sleep and keep your bags, it is enough. The main couch which can act as a bed for a 5th person (as was the case for our family) could be upgraded as it was feeling a bit saggy.

Main attractions were a short walk from the apartment. Very comfortable apartment with separate bedrooms. Very good for a family. Although the apartment was very easy to reach from the water bus station. The directions given on the website were not exact as to which street to turn onto. We had to ask for directions.

Clean, well stocked, spacious. Even has a little courtyard and a bowl full of power adapters!. The host even arranged an earlier check in for us, which saved us from hanging around with luggage. Attention to detail and great service. Highly recommended. Nothing- it was perfect

• Hazel (8/5): Perfect location if you’re staying more than a night or two in Venice…. helpful host and great facilities. - Fabulous host, great value for money and everything we needed for our stay in Venice. It was a little distance away from the big tourist attractions, but not too far to walk - and it gave us a more local experience than staying in one of the big hotels. There is a cute co-op supermarket 2minutes walk away, which was perfect for self catering. would definitely recommend this property for a family. so long as you are happy to have a small walk to the sights, there isn’t anything not to like!
