Nos dio muy buenos consejos y vino a buscarnos a un punto de encuentro fácil para nosotros. El apartamento era un poco antiguo, aunque creemos que es algo habitual en Venecia y forma parte de su encanto. Aun así, nosotros quedamos encantadísimos con el apartamento, con Laura y con la ciudad.

• Olympia (8/5): Good stay overall - The location was perfect, you are 2’ from rialto bridge so you can go wherever you like in no time. Even if it was in such a central location it was quiet. It was clean and spacious. Laura was extremely kind and helpful from the first moment I made the reservation, providing me with all the information needed (how to get to Venice from the airports, to the apartment, how to get the tourist pass) and even managed to let us check in earlier since we had arrived really early in Venice. The bathroom was extremely small. I am short and tiny and still it was difficult to have a shower, wash my teeth etc. also the door of the apartment didn’t lock from the inside.

• Anka (4/5): - The stay started very well thanks to the possibility of early check-in. Despite us getting lost, the owner kindly waited for us and explained everything about the apartment, also recommending places worth visiting, which was a nice touch. The location is also convenient, as the place is close to the main sights. The apartment have small kitchen which allows to prepare a meal. Unfortunately, the experience was negatively affected by increasing insect bites, which became worse each night. When we raised the issue, the owner’s reaction was inappropriate- owner suggested that I had brought the insects myself and insisted they were mosquito bites. Before check-out, we agreed that I would receive a technician’s inspection report, but I never received it. Instead, I was asked to pay for the technician. After returning home, a dermatologist confirmed the bites were caused by insects. Overall, I would not choose this place again and cannot recommend it.

• Jean-Louis (8/5): Le plaisir d’un appartement très bien placé et fonctionnel. - Petit appartement de deux pièces, une avec cuisine et une chambre, ainsi qu’une petite salle de douche pratique, le tout équipé de fenêtres double vitrage. Le lieu est central et à deux minutes de l’arrêt Rialto. Idéal pour les accès aéroport soit par bus et mer, soit par mer direct en une heure. Petit restaurant soigné sur le pas de porte, typique, accueillant et bon. Les places majeures sont à quelques minutes à pieds et bien sûr les gondoles et boutiques à proximité. Juste le lit qui est grand mais le matelas est souple pour les personnes sensibles à ce détail.

• Matthew (10/5): A great week in Venice! - This is an excellent appartment for a week or a few days in Venice. The location is perfect and easy to find. Laura, the host, is very friendly and will meet you on arrival. The appartment itself is small but, probably, of a good size for Venice. It is also very quiet at night, considering how close you are to Rialto Bridge; especially when you close the shutters. The kitchen is basic, but perfect for making breakfast (which will save you a lot of money) and for cups of tea and coffee after a long day exploring the city. We didn't make an evening meals, so can't comment on that. Overall, it's a great appartment, in a great location, at a great price. N/A

• Sara (9/5): Piacevole soggiorno in appartamentino in centro. Zona Rialto. - Appartamento carino ed accogliente. Piacevolmente calduccio arrivando da fuori (fine febbraio). Letto ampio e molto comodo. Dotazione per cucinare essenziale ma completa. Posizione centrale rispetto a tutto (con ottime rosticceria e gelateria a due passi). Gestrice gentilissima e presente, prodiga di ottimi gonsigli su cosa visitare. Il bagno è obiettivamente mignon e privo di bidet, ma ben riscaldato e con suppellettili utili ad ottimizzare lo spazio.

• Teresa (9/5): Our stay was not long enough. 3 nights and yes we got lost but that was the fun. We will be back again and stay a lot lo - Where it was situated in Rialto. We could open the window and watch hundreds of people buying gelato. Not too many stairs. Bed was comfy which was great. Good size fridge and cooking area. The bathroom was very small and didn’t have a fan.

Понравилась сдержанность интерьера, с одновременной аутентичностью (часто в этом финансовом диапазоне много вариантов квартир с бешеной эклектикой в оформлении). Очень приятная, отзывчивая хозяйка, которая помогла решить проблему, возникшую по нашей вине. В квартире установлен климат-контроль, то есть тепло даже в конце октября, что тоже свойственно далеко не каждому варианту жилья в этом районе. Квартира маленькая, но уютная и чистая. Шум с улицы слышен только в гостиной, в спальне достаточно тихо для нормального сна.

• Lissek (10/5): - The apartment is very central located (close to rialto bridge, San Marco) and has a basic but good equipped kitchen that we could cook simple dishes. The bedroom is at the back so it is quiet by night and in the evening and morning you can listen to streets from the other room in the front. We had a very pleasant and satisfying stay. Laura was very helpful with recommendations and practical things. We can definitely recommend this apartment.

• Gregory (9/5): Amazing stay, can’t wait to return! - Cute property located in the heart of Venice, near the Rialto bridge - it was the perfect location! Everything was clean and ready on our arrival. Laura made sure we could make the check-in times work for us.
• Sharon (9/5): We love Venice and Italy! - We walked from the train station to the piazza to meet the owner. The apartment is well located and we walked everywhere in Venice, using a traghetto several times to cross the Grand Canal just because we could. You do need a few Euros as not everything is tap and go. There were tourists everywhere but the apartment was not at ground level so any noise was minimal. We had no trouble getting in and out of the building during our stay. Note, that there is no AC and fans are provided. We did not cook meals during our stay--easier to eat out. We did make coffee in the morning and a bakery was just outside the door so we always had fresh croissants for breakfast!

• Laura (10/5): A fantastic stay and a fantastic host - The apartment was really spacious and clean and had everything we needed, including kitchenware for making breakfast in the mornings and an umbrella (which unfortunately we did have to make use of a couple of times!). The location is fantastic and really central. It's also opposite a great gelato shop! Laura was a brilliant host and met us at the water bus stop to take us to the apartment so we didn't get lost. She was really friendly and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. We went to several of the restaurants she suggested and we had lovely meals at all of them. Would 100% recommend! Nothing!

We were met at the waterbus stop and taken a few minutes walk to the apartment, which was a great - A few mins walk to the Rialto Bridge and to the waterbus stops - great location. It was a little noisy in the evening, but went quiet from around 11pm - the noise added to the atmosphere. Nothing to dislike. We had the basics and all was comfortable and very clean. The rooms were a bit dark, but we were in the heart of Venice and the streets are very narrow, with tall buildings, therefore expected.

• Florence (8/5): Emplacement parfait et très bon accueil - The place is perfect, in the heart of Venice: 2 minutes to the vaporetto station and the Rialto bridge; and 5-7 to Place San Marco. Gelateria around the corner, restaurants in the street, little grocery not far, and plenty of shops. Laura is very welcoming, gives good adresses and answers quickly. The appartment entrance is on a nice busy narrow street, but the windows are on a little dead end, so it is not too noisy. Anyways, the street is quiet from around 10pm to 9am. The appartment is well equipped, the bed is good. Lovely stay!

She gave tips for sites to see and restaurants to go to. The location was great. It’s on a busy lane way but quiets down at night. The apartment is ok. The kitchen area is equipped with the basics for cooking. The bed is hard. The bathroom is tiny but workable. It was clean but could use some TLC, maybe some deep cleaning or fresh paint.

The apartment is perfectly located, 2mins from Rialto Bridge and 10min walk to St Marks Square. The apartment is in a very old building and is comfortable , with a good shower. Authentic Venitian, we loved it, very quiet despite the hustle and bustle on the street downstairs. Like a little oasis. The owner Laura, was lovely and met us with the keys when we arrived. She provided lots of information on how to get from the airport, and gave us a map. Also recommendations for resturants in the area. We had a wonderful trip. Nothing it was lovely.

The building right in front of it was renovating and had a lot of metal structure around it, blocking the internet signal, so be alerted about it.

It was very spacious and Laura was a lovely host who met us upon arrival and showed us to the room and gave many recommendations. The shower curtain was quite dirty and could use a change. Apartment is quite dark but I guess that’s like most in Venice.

• Bruce (9/5): Great location, comfortable and a little quirky - Fabulous central location close to Rialto Bridge, cafes, supermarket etc. Laura was very helpful meeting us at vaporetto stop and giving map and local hints. Apartment had everything we needed for a few nights, although we only used the cooktop to make espresso. Stairs a little narrow and steep (but only 1 floor up), and can be a bit noisy at night. Closing windows helps if that's a concern. Bathroom is small but adequate.

• Sergei (10/5): A nice place to stay in the center of Venice - The location is great, right in the center of everything. Just a few minutes walk from Rialto bridge. Railroad/bus terminals can be reached by 25-minutes walk or by boat from nearby station. The apartment is in a traditional building on a narrow historical side-street and fully matches description and photos. Laura was very helpful meeting us near the apartment on arrival and providing local tips for travellers. - the apartment is on a busy and touristy side-street, however at night time it’s usually quiet and does not disturb your sleep - in case of hot weather it could be warm inside as the old building is not equipped with air conditioning and windows on a narrow side-streets does not provide much airflow.
• Aisling (9/5): Would highly recommend this great apartment! - We loved the location and having the option to make dinner ourselves on occasion. Even though it's in the heart of Rialto, we never had issues with noise at night. Great restaurants nearby, and a 2min walk to Rialto Bridge and the vaporetto stop. The only down side of this fantastic apartment is that it is not air-conditioned. It does have two sizeable fans that get the job done though.
• Chinglingyang (9/5): Superb - really great location, Laura picked us up at the Harbor. Truly friendly and helpful. With the home-like service, made us feel so joyful during our stay in Venice. Even though it takes a higher rate, it is the so tourist-oriented city and super city center of Venice, therefore we think it acceptable. With the assistance of Laura, we definitely love our holiday here. not at all, I appreciate all the things that happened there. You have to move the luggage to 1st floor, but it still worth staying there. The Internet is not so stable during our stay.
• Luna (10/5): It was a lovely stay, in an amazing location. - The apartment was in the most perfect place, close to Rialto bridge and walking distance from the majority of things I wanted to do. Opened the door to be in the midst of the hustle and bustle without actually hearing much of it when we were inside. Laura had given us an extensive list of places and restaurants to visit- showing us on the map and explaining the walk. She was very welcoming and the apartment was just lovely!

• David (8/5): We would definitely stay here again and there was a Gelato spot that had amazing Gelato right outside the door. - We loved the location, a minute and you were at the Rialto Bridge or 5 mins to Saint Marks Square. The apartment was very secure as well which is important. Laura had everything there that you would need and she meet us at the bridge when we arrived and gave us all kinds of good information. The bed was a bit on the hard side.

After a long day exploring the amazing sights of Venice you wish to get a good restorative sleep. Unfortunately that wasn’t possible because the bed was very uncomfortable. It’s spacious but not very bright. You need to keep the lights on even during the day.

Contained everything we needed for a short stay. Very clean. Secure. Good shower. Comfy bed. Only 2 rooms but felt spacious. The host was very welcoming and gave us some good tips for our stay. A little dark but that will be the same with a lot of Venetian properties due to the town house architecture in narrow streets! Living area a little bit shabby.
• Angineh (8/5): Excellent location and well equipped apartment. - Location was fantastic, no view but minus that I doubt you would find better for this value. Facilities had all you need, complementary soaps, towels, kitchen unit had plenty. Host was LOVELY, sent lots of travel tips in advanced to get to Venice from the airport, met us on arrival in Venice and supplied a map with some useful markers and local tips. noise didn’t bother me but it does feel like people shouting in the apartment block when it’s actually outside. One morning we had a lie in and I thought someone had broke in, but don’t panic, I think there is a store room used next door to the bedroom that has an adjoining door which is locked.

Apartment was in a great location very close to the Rialto Bridge. Property was a little dated as expected for Venice but still very comfortable.

I absolutely loved it! I sort of missed kitchen scissors and water in the shower is difficult to regulate.
