Malesef hijyen konusunda hiç memnun kalmadık, genel olarak bir sinek problemi var, oda iyi temizlenmemişti malesef bir kaç yerde saç kılları gördük. Havlumuz malesef temiz değildi, yıkanmamıştı, iletişime geçtik ve yenisi getirildi. Konum haricinde memnun kaldık diyemem. Üst katta malesef problemli bir daire var, sürekli bağıran bir kadın var. Sabah çok erken saatlerde onun sesiyle uyandık malesef iyi bir deneyim olmadı.

• Susan (9/5): 1st floor apartment, right in the middle of everything. Clean and tidy. We stayed for 3 nights. - The location was right in the thick of things. Everything you needed was a short stroll away. Designer stores and eateries literally outside your door. A non slip mat in the shower

• Vasiliki (8/5): Busy and central - Great central location and had all the facilities such as a dishwasher and washing machine. It is very central so it is very loud because of many people at the streets, shops and restaurants. There was an extra charge for providing the baby cot and for leaving our luggages after check out. The baby cot was in a bad condition with a hole and a horrible mattress. The check out was very early 10.00. There was a lady in the building that would shout to us and other residents every time we come in and out because of various reasons that didn't make sense.
• Daria (8/5): It was great! - Very nice and clean. Although the windows open to a relatively quiet street, one has to keep in mind life in Florence starts early. And if you are a sensitive sleeper you might consider living in a less central area, where you won’t be disturbed by late night party people or early morning store delivery trucks.

Very responsive . we faced problem with one of the neighbours who created a lot of commotion and un-necessary scene about luggage movement

It is only 10 mins away from the main train station and the amenities were also great. Kitchen was fully equipped and supplies are complete. Loved that they had a washing machine and also a drying rack and backyard patio to dry our washing. We would stay here again! Really enjoyed getting to know one the residents upstairs, beautiful lady, she welcomed us to the property and also ushered us on our way out.
• Maria (7/5): God and comfortble apartament and very close the main atractions. - The apartment is big and has everything. It was god to have a cofe machine and some toasts and jam. The bed was comfortable and the isolation of the aparyment was very good. When we closed it we listen nothing from outside. Nice to have books. You feel more "at home". And it was nice to have a person waiting for us to give us instructions. I'd like to thank the crew in the oficce that help us with the bags and taxi. Hello to Edi (the amazing dog)! I booked this apartments with the intention to buy things for breakfast nearby and save some money, since the acomodation was expensive and Florence is a quite expensive city. There was not easy to find a supermarked around and so we have to pay for breakfast everyday. It was expensive and may be it would be better to stay in a hotel, secually ecause hotels have lobby and we can let the lugguges there. It was also uncomfortable to let the bags in another place (their office) and carry it in a street full of turister. We have just one kye and I like to wake up early and go around but I was unsecure to use the only key and it is not so easy to open the apartment. The checkin is TOO early and I think thay could be more flexible and let us pay for 2-4 hours and let the bags inside the apartment.

• Sean (10/5): 4 days in Florence - Great location... just a few minutes to Plaza Vecchio - about 3 minutes. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access and lots of local activities. Air conditioner isn't very cool, btu this is Europe. It was 101 degrees F when I arrived, so it is a nice break to come into a cool apartment. The a/c does work... just not cool enough for me and very little to complain about.
• Judy (10/5): Great location - Excellent location close to Ponte Vecchio, Duomo and many of the places we wanted to visit. We were met by a pleasant and helpful young man from Firenze Rentals. He took us to the apartment on the first floor and explained everything to us. There was a contact number on the wall in case we needed anything. He supplied us with a map for Central Florence. The studio apartment was spacious with a good sized kitchen, bathroom, inside courtyard area, laundry with washing machine and dishwasher. There was a drying rack and a very small outside courtyard. The kitchen had 2 hotplates and a microwave. There were supplies of oil, jams, coffee pods and tea. There was a kettle and coffeemaker. There was a flat entry into the building and apartment with a small lift. The way the doors opened inwards made it hard to fit a large suitcase in it. Thinner or smaller luggage would have been fine. It was great having a lift after the many stairs in museums, etc. Unfortunately, the last remaining resident in the building was a bit unpleasant. She complained we were being too noisy shutting doors and when my husband left me and the luggage in the hallway while he picked up the car, she made me shift it all outside, even though it wasn't in anyone's way. While she was a bit annoying, I wouldn't let this put you off staying at this apartment. All the positives far outweigh the negatives.

• Pibeny (9/5): Location location location! This is a great spot in the city center - Clean and centralized you are literally in the middle of it all. It’s a perfect location. I absolutely loved it. There’s a neighbor above that doesn’t like rental property guests and she was screaming at us and another family when we arrived, around 10:30pm when the other guests arrived and the day we were leaving the property she literally chased out the tenants above us. It was extremely uncomfortable since we were traveling with a toddler and we had all our bags baby and stroller while this woman just yelled about people staying in the building.

• Jasim (9/5): Very nice staff called Paolo which was very polite, helpful and organized which made ore life easy. - The apartment was spacious, clean, with comfortable bed, washing machine kitchen stuff. The lift is very old and very narrow which fits only one bag and one person! The nearest parking is Garage Oriulo which is 15 minutes walking! with the bags it’s very difficult because the road is rough which is made from stones!

To our standards this is a good size accommodation, clean, quiet, comfortable, well located, safe. Washing machine and A/C were very functional and fully operational. Kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. Summary; this apartment has all you need to stay in Florence! We liked everything about this apartment.

• Shana (10/5): Highly recommend - Excellent location, steps from the Vatican and many restaurants and shops but well soundproofed, so noise was not a problem. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and I loved the little window alcove with the view of St. Peter’s Basilica. Breakfast was delivered to our room, and they even let us special order scrambled eggs. Definitely would stay again. Nothing to dislike - this was one of the best places we’ve stayed during 4 weeks of travel.

Step out and you're 1min away from the Ponte Vecchio and 2min from the Piazza della Signoria/Uffizi. The host came to meet us and oriented us to the apartment, area and city as well suggested some nice eateries. He was very friendly and put us at ease instantly. This was my 3rd time to florence and I'd love to stay in this apartment and location if I ever go back. Nothing.
