• akash (8/5): - Size of the house was good, location was good. Was a bit noisy outside, the beds were a little uncomfortable, the door locks and window locks were little jammed and uncomfortable to operate. The dutbin was broken in one of the bathroom and very minimal toiletries.

Fully stocked with glasses, plates, cutlery etc. good location within walkable distance to everything. Comfy beds, powerful shower, hot water. It was perfect.

• Krzysztof (9/5): Wonderful gem right in the center of Milano - There was almost nothing not to like during my stay. The apt is in the plain center of Milan, with metro and urban rail just around the corner. It's just as in the pictures, with a perfectly equipped kitchen, there's every kind of cutlery and utensils you need. The space is surely is capable of fitting a whole family for longer stays. The balcony overlooking Corso Buenos Aires is also a great value added, giving a nice city view. In my subjective opinion, it's also pretty well soundproof, the street noise is barely audible with windows closed. I'd also point out the spatious and very comfortable beds, I was totally pleased hopping into after a full day out and about. All in all, a very pleasant experience. There was just one downside and as some visitors have already pointed out: issues with hot water, which seem to be related to limited capacity and/or improper functioning of the boiler (one for the whole apt) - it happened that after 1-2 mins of a shower the hot water dropped off for another minute or two and you have no other option but to wait a while until it comes back. But this is the only real issue found, absolutely manageable.
• Francesco (9/5): Ottima posizione, soggiorno piacevole - Ottima la posizione, così come la pulizia dell'appartamento e la facilità di comunicazione con lo staff EasyLife, le istruzioni per il check in e check out sono state estremamente chiare e tempestive, e seguendole è stato semplicissimo entrare in appartamento. L'acqua calda era regolarmente presente in entrambi i bagni, ma c'è da prendere un po' di dimestichezza con i rubinetti di lavabo e bidet, che funzionano al contrario rispetto a quelli della doccia. Qualche piccola riserva, ma nel complesso è stato un ottimo soggiorno. L'impianto di illuminazione non funzionava al 100%, parecchi punti luce erano fulminati, per quanto comunque l'appartamento era illuminato a sufficienza, non c'erano camere buie per intenderci, solo luce soffusa in un bagno ed in salotto. Altra cosa, mancano le prese schuko nei bagni, necessarie per i phon, attrezzatevi quindi preventivamente di adattatori.

Le grand salon salle à manger et la cuisine , la localisation L’accueil quasi inexistant, en plus le nom donné par l’hôte n’existait pas sur les sonnettes , ma fille a du attendre que quelqu’un rentre dans l’immeuble pour pouvoir accéder à la boîte à clef . Pas de savons, pas de serviettes de bain, pas de linge de lit , à 22h par mail on nous a dit de regarder sous un lit . Mais Easy Life très correct m’a remboursé une nuit + nettoyage (appartement pas nettoyé)

• Molly (10/5): - We loved the location 😊 it was so handy for centrale station (we went to Venice, verona, monza and lake como from here) and metro stop (duomo etc). It has everything you need. It was quiet, spacious and safe. Very easy check in and check out. Loads of shopping and restaurants on the door step. We would highly recommend this place 👌 The beds are so comfy. Leaving 😞
• Petrache (8/5): - Great location, the inside space was great,. Very good for family or a group of friends. The apartment wasn't properly cleaned, the bathrooms didn't have any hangers for body towels to dry.

• Shahira (6/5): good stay with perfect location close to central station , with a metr - the location of the property is amazing and the person managing is helpful and responsive - the building is very authentic and neighbors are friendly. - it is quite spacious with a big dinning table and living area - has lots of the needed things oven , kettle, washing machine ect - lima metro station is under the house and a very nice cafe/bar - there is shataf/ water bidet the property needs some maintenance - no hot water in the 2nd bathroom - some walls needs a full repaint - pillows are very old used ikea pillows ( and we had 2 pillows without pillow cases which we had to ask for and arrived after 2 days) - cleaning is not its best- walking closet , bathroom and bedroom corners also under sofa and underbeds havent been cleaned for sometime( we did some extra cleaning ourselves as soon as we arrived since we had a 4 yr with us) - unlike other rental houses - no drinking water (1 or 2 bottles for arrival)is provided so if you are arriving late at night you may need to buy ahead

• Weronika93 (7/5): Great location, cold water - Great location just next to the metro station. Spacious flat, comfortable beds. There was a huge problem with the water in one of the bathrooms. There was no warm water, only freezing cold and the pressure was really low. You couldn't take a shower. The other bathroom was OK, but in the beginning there were also some problems that were resolved. From what I've read this is a constant issue and they don't do anything about it. If you book for many people, using just one bathroom may be inconvenient.
• Patrick (10/5): Good location for city break and got in some skiing too as 10 min walk from train station - Location is great, Near shops, park and metro. Plenty of space in the apartment. Good Wi-fi and facilities. As some other guests have mentioned, getting the main shower to work well was an issue, went hot / cold a few times. En-suite was perfect. Great place and would recommend.

• Vicken (9/5): I would stay again, just next to Metro and bus stop. Easy access to duomo and the the Central station. - location was excellent!!!! the house was very very spacious. The staff(specifically Francesco) was so very helpful! all the furniture were comfortable! sometimes the hot water wouldn’t work but Francesco came to fix instantly.
• Leonid (5/5): Spacious, nicely located, but untidy - This is a very spacious apartment that has a very favorable location in just 50 meters away from the underground station "Lima". It takes only 10 minutes to get to Milan Cathedral from there. Also, its proximity to the central train station makes it easy to travel here and there in this part of the country. Air conditioning in all the rooms worked just fine. The beds in the sleeping rooms were very comfortable. And the soundproofing of the apartment was very good. Our communication with the managing company "Easylife" was quite Ok - they kept sending us all the necessary instructions unobtrusively and timely. Like all other guests (according to the reviews), we had experienced permanent severe issues with hot water in the apartment, and especially in the central bathroom. I believe, this is because of the low water pressure in the building/apartment, which makes the gas-fired boiler behave not in your favor. Another thing which we didn't like is that, even though the apartment is really spacious, its whole organization is quite orderless and untidy, making you feel strange about it. And the last point of criticism is the way how the 6th guest has to sleep at night. Despite the fact that the double beds in both sleeping rooms were really big and comfortable, the 5th guest had to sleep already on a non-transformable sofa in the living room. And the 6th person had to sleep on an inflatable sleeping pad.
