• BLAZQUEZ (5/5): - Al hacer la reserva, según información de Booking, el alojamiento ofrecía atención en inglés, italiano y español. No fué cierto, no hubo en ningún momento atención en español. También según información de Booking el alojamiento ofrecía servicio de consigna, lo cual tampoco fue cierto. El alojamiento necesita una mano de pintura y el edificio sin luz en algunos rellanos de la escalera.

• Zamira (10/5): In general we had a pleasant stay. Tha staff was polite and they used to help with suggestion to make the stay more ples - It was spatious for us, clean and had everything needed. There was not running water.

• A (9/5): Value for money - It's close to termini station, spacious for 5 adults. Towels and enough toiletries were provided. Location is very quiet and close to supermarkets and metro. Comfortable bed.. washing machine and kitchen utensils were provided. These things are very useful for someone who packs light on travels. Real value for money Iflat was very responsive, made sure our request were attended to. They are also very clear on check in instructions, smooth check in, and on time. Nothing tbh. Not sure if they mention that it's on the 3rd floor. But there is a working lift so it's ok!
• Benedikt (5/5): Passable - There is no pressure on the shower, mold on the wall. Location is great. We had to pay 40€ for late check in.
• Svitlana (6/5): It was a nice apartment, but it was uncomfortable to sleep there. - The apartments are very well located: 5 minutes walk from the train station, near the apartments there are a lot of shops with clothes and souvenirs, also about 5-7 minutes to the grocery store. The photo clearly shows that the apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 people, or more precisely, one double bed, two single beds and a sofa (which is used as a sleeping place). BUT in the end, upon arrival, we discovered that the sofa cannot be used and two adults had to sleep on a single bed, and it was TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! For 5 people in the apartment there are only 3 blankets that are not very clean, it was very unacceptable to use them, they did not have duvet covers, they were simply wrapped in a sheet. When we asked to bring additional bedding for the sofa (WHICH IN THE PHOTO IS INDICATED AS A SLEEPING PLACE), we were told that the bed cannot be used for sleeping and they refused us.

• Stephen (10/5): 5 mins walk from Termini. Clean. Comfortable beds. Not the nicest street though. - Two separate bedrooms which are more spacious than the pics suggest. TV in both rooms. One bathroom and a kitchen. I found the beds to be comfortable. Doesn’t have a sitting room so we spent our time at the kitchen table which worked well too. The shower could be renovated - it’s a tight space and the shower head unit is a little loose with a low water pressure - but still works totally fine. Felt comfortable and safe once in the building. Apartment on the third floor. Has an elevator which works well. The location is ideal if you want to be close to Rome Termini Station - 5 mins walk. There’s a supermarket 3 mins down to your right too which is helpful. Good overall communication with the company hosting the location via WhatsApp. We met their booking agent too who let us in. Nice guy. Spoke perfect English. It didn’t feel like the nicest/safest street to walk down - could just be me though. It’s not the kind of street you would stroll around or go for a coffee or lunch or dinner.
• Tamiris (7/5): Location was good as it is close to Termini station but I wouldn’t feel safe at night. Some of the facilities were not w - Very close to Termini station The drain in the sink was clogged, the water in the shower had no pressure, hot water wouldn’t last for all 5 people.
• Jason (7/5): A pleasant stay but customer support was not good enough - Clean, good air conditioning, excellent location. A pleasant stay in general. The boiler was malfunctioned and I had to communicate with the staff using email and fix it according to the instructions from the supporting staff. Although it worked out at the end of the day, we were not able to use hot water on that day. Direct call (no one answered my calls) or on-site support would be appreciated.
• Kotobeg (8/5): Nice place for short stay! - Location, very nice support from owner. I recommend that you edit the ad a little. The apartment has centralized climate control instead of AC. The difference is that it is impossible to self-regulate. Yes, the temperature in the apartment is quite comfortable, no problem, but the information is still not accurate. The most important problem is the presence of mold on the walls in the bedroom. I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable.
