• Mary (9/5): - Location, easy access to metro and Vatican Coleseum. 3 rooms with 3 bathrooms. Host was very helpful. 3 bedrooms with AC but you can only run 2 at a time. We were ok because one of us didnt mind not having AC. but others should know so they can plan for this.

• Janus (8/5): - Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, in der Nähe von U-Bahn, Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés und nur 15 Gehminuten vom Vatikan entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war durchgehend gewährleistet.

Des équipements spartiates (pas de torchon, trop peu de serviettes et même pas de produits culinaires de base, sel poivre, huile) la TV pas de NETFLIX connexion impossible ) un ascenseur un peu capricieux
• EFA_0510 (9/5): Muy buena opción para viajes en familia o grupo - Gianluca se puso en contacto con nosotros inmediatamente después de la reserva para explicarnos bien cuál era el importe que se cobraba por el alojamiento y cómo debíamos pagar la tasa de la ciudad. Estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y nos permitió dejar las maletas antes del check-in. En cuanto al apartamento, se encuentra ubicado detrás de los Museos del Vaticano y a solo tres cuadras de una parada de la línea A del metro. Esto hace que sea muy sencillo trasladarse a cualquier punto de Roma. El apartamento es muy cómodo, especialmente si se viaja en familia o en grupo, ya que tiene tres habitaciones y cada una cuenta con su propio baño. La cocina tiene todos los utensilios, lavarropas y freezer, y se encuentra a una cuadra de un supermercado abierto las 24 horas. Muy buena elección si se quedan varios días. Nada para decir

• Maizee (5/5): Clean, safe, budget friendly but the water smells terrible and makes the place stink - The place was clean and GianLuca was helpful once we figured out our correct arrival time. The space is taken care of. The water in this apartment smells like sewage, you can only have one person take a shower at a time, and you can’t use all 3 air conditioners at the same time or it will blow a fuse. The washer was not working when we stayed. Truly it is a good budget friendly space but the smell of the water was extremely off putting and made the bedrooms stink. Needs more pillows for each bed.

La privacy è garantita per ogni ospite grazie alla presenza di un bagno in camera per ogni camera presente. Inoltre il proprietario è molto disponibile. Abbiamo dimenticato degli oggetti nell'appartamento e si è subito prodigato per spedirceli a casa..davvero molto gentile.

Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare, aber auch für vier Personen bestens geeignet. Die drei Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Besonders praktisch war, dass wir unsere Koffer schon früh abstellen konnten. Die Lage ist hervorragend – Metro, Bus und Cafés befinden sich direkt um die Ecke, und der Vatikan ist nur etwa 1,8 km entfernt. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

• Thorunn (5/5): Ok location, but would not recommend - Large rooms The air conditioning is very loud. No place to sit. There are to very small chairs in apartment. And then just chairs for the table. If you open the window’s in the rooms you can not close them again. Would not recommend. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is a very small lift.

• Cássio (10/5): Exceptional - Really faster, we meet one person at an scheduled time, and this person showed us the apartment, all details, keys and gave a lot of tips of what to do and be careful in Rome.

• Gitta (9/5): Good location - The apartment has a really good location, close to a supermarket and to the metro station. It is a relatively quiet residental area. The apartment is spacious, each room has its own small bathroom. Looked exactly like on the pictures. It is a good place if you only want a space to sleep for your bigger family or group during your stay in Rome. By the way, the best restaurants we found in Rome were near the next station (Ottaviano). There is an old coffee maker but it is better to have coffee downtown. (Also the nearby cafés are quite expensive) We planned to cook for the first night but you have to buy everything, even olive oil.

The staff was really helpful and prompt when we had a question.
• Nikolay (10/5): Amazing stay! - Go for it! Clean, fresh, 3 bedrooms with 3 big double beds, bathroom in every room. Good for 6 people, maybe more! Very close to Cipro subway station on line A. You can go to the most important places and landscapes! Just to know the metro is very full in a morning and late afternoon when people goes to work and school. Other than that is cheap - 4,50 promo price for a 100-minutes ticket one can use 3 times. Well italians are very noisy if you are light sleeper. Everything in italy you can walk up to 30 minutes from place to place. This accomodation is in perfect place with Carfour supermarket 24h nonstop and some other pizza places working after 12 p.m. That's it!

Supermarkets, bars nearby. Gianluca is a flexible host, managed to get the room ready for us for early check-in. Shower cabin not closing properly in one of the bathrooms. Toiletries would be nice to have.

So very helpful with more than one family staying together. Supplies for helping keep the space clean such as trash bags and dish and dishwasher soap. We really like to leave a space as clean as we found it and having those items makes that possible.
• Otilia (7/5): Decent apartment near Vatican - The apartment is in a good location, close to Vatican and a short walking distance to the Metro and bus station that takes you around the city. The apartment is spacious and well compartmented. The apartment could have been cleaner. There was no shower gel and the liquid soap and dishwashing soap were very diluted. The apartment was noisy, you could hear everything from the neighbors and from the streets, we had to sleep with ear plugs.

• Cynthia (1/5): DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY - There was nothing to like about the FLAT, since we were having to deal with the horrible rat smell which came from the bathroom of the biggest bedroom. The whole apartment was filled with the smell we aired out had to close the door and we put a big blanket to keep the smell from seeping into the bedroom where we had to sleep or the rest of the flat. The next morning we were nauseaus and had a bad headache from the smell. We had to get some medication at the loca pharmacy. So inconvienant when we are suppose to be enjoying Rome! Don't make the mistake of renting this flat and having to deal with nonsense especially because the cleaner and probably owner knew prior to us staying. This continued throught out our stay. The on the 23rd that night my daughter woke up crying because there were bed bugs in her bed, which was in the other bedroom so now 2 bedrooms that we were really not being able to use! We even sent video to the owner and he tried to take care of it with a can for bed bugs. So frustrating, irresponsible especially since when we arrived they were still cleaning the flat and the cleaner told us the smell should go away by the time we got back, but it didn't! We did request 1/3 of our full pmt. back since we were unable to use 1/3 of the flat! But the owner decided agaisn't that! :( The flat advertisement told us there was a quite period, LOL...The trash trucks run all hours of the night and can be heard even though you have all the windows closed. The neighbors are loud and there is remodeling going on in the building. Not one good nights rest after traveling 10 hours! The elevator does go out daily and there are approximately 9 flights of 17 stairs that you will need to climb to get to the flat. The flat in December either gets too hot or too cold there was no in between temp. for comfort. We had to be careful not to have too many items being used at one time or the breaker would jump and there would be no electricity and as per signs the toilets would not be able to be used. In the Summer months this flat has 3 a/c units but only 2 can be used at one time or it triggers the breaker. There is only a washer for clothes and 1 load takes 3 hours min. then drying is on a rack. The balcony view is looking at the trash can area and across to the other flats, which is a really run down area! There were no cleaning products, we had to bye napkins, toilet paper and paper towels. There is no desk and the sitting area consists of two chairs. No private entrance, no tv in the sitting area just in bedrooms, No walk in closet the only closet space were two closet cabinets in 2 of the rooms and a rolling rack in the other for clothes. No electric kettle, no dryer. not walkable to Vatican City, Rough location. There is no sofa bed just 3 full size beds. Very disappointed in our stay at this property, please think twice about renting.

It would be nice to have more seating area in the shared space. We were there four nights and were only left with one set of towels for each person. It would have been nice to have a couple sets for each person.

The apartment is near a metro station and near a bus station too. There are restaurants and supermarkets around, which is convenient. Having 1 toilet per room is really convenient when in a big group. Instructions given were clear and helpful. I would stay again

• Clorinda (9/5): Great value. City living. - It was located in a good, safe district close to the Metro and facilities. All the things you needed such as coffee and condiments were readily available. Always plenty of hot water for showers, the apartment was warm and the beds comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, sorting out any queries or problems promptly. There was no real lounge area and only two comfortable chairs. Due to its location, there was a lot of noise from neighbours and the street however this was no fault of the host; just city living and poor noise insulation.
