- Charles (10/5): -
Nada.

- Iris (10/5): Perfect Roman holiday - Absolutely beautiful place! Lucilla was an amazing host, making our stay perfect. We cannot wait to be back N/A
- Carlota (8/5): Highly recommend this appartament. - Location of the apartamento is great. the owner is always available & ready to help with anything that is needed. Kitchen is small, perfect for simple breakfast or dinners. The apartment is surrounded with great restaurants. on the other hand have a washing machine & little terrace that you can dry cloth if needed. Highly recommend it.
- Arkadii (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (10/5): Very cozy apartment! - The host was amazing. Kind and helpful with everything we needed. The apartment was very cozy and clean and the location was just perfect for us. I loved being there.
The only finger I can put on anything is that there was some animal outside our window that was very loud sometimes throughout the night. But you can’t really do much about that. The apartment was still very nice.
- Eric (10/5): 5 Star apartment. Communication with owners brilliant. Will return - Beautiful, comfortable apartment. Five star. Bed very comfortable. Extremely quiet street. Very flexible with check in and check out times. Arranged taxi to and from airport. Wonderful stay. Walking distance of all main sights. Loved everything
- Marion (8/5): A comfortable apartment in a good location - Good Location. Bori was helpful and attentive and kept in touch throughout our stay. She organised transport to an airport hotel for us which was really helpful.
Great to have a elevator to get our bags up to our floor (one of the reasons we chose the property)
Loved the comfortable living area. It is spacious and the furniture comfortable. Important for a 12 night stay.
Good to have basic cooking items (salt, pepper and other items supplied)
A really good washing machine
Bed was very comfortable. While I was fully aware that the kitchenette was really small a few things, like pot lids for a few more of the pots and a bigger chopping board would have made things easier. If you plan to cook meals there, I suggest one pot meals would be the best option. Also, the oven mitts were tiny and not really of any use. An extra tea towel would have been good as well.
An extra towel (especially the bath towels) each would have been useful as there are no heated towel rails in the bathroom. In order to get our towels dry we had to leave them on the clothes rack with the heater on. I did mention this to Bori when we left and she said extras would have been supplied on request however it would have been good to just have them there.
- Susan (7/5): Good - It was spacious in the living area The kitchen was small
- Evan (9/5): Superb - Quiet, comfortable, clean and elegant apartment, with very hospitable people who were eager to help. I appreciated the fact that there was a good supply of all those things that it is a bore to provide for oneself - olive oil, coffee etc Kitchen is very small - if you plan to cook, this isn't a place for you. But with so many great restaurants, why would you want to cook?
- Ivan (9/5): Superb -
- Rusty (10/5): A wonderful experience over 7 days.Every day felt like an adventure coming home to comfort. - Personal handover and guide to the apartment. Travelling and siteseeing advice. Everything we would need was in place. It was as it said on booking.
- Abigail (7/5): Good - Borri was very helpful even allow us to check in earlier.
- Agnieszka (7/5): Good - Great location Cleanness; dark apartment
- Kathleen (10/5): Wonderful Apartment for Five Nights in Rome - We absolutely loved the character of this apartment and the great location. It was just a short walk to Campo de Fiori or Piazza Navona through safe neighborhoods, with good dining or groceries 5 minutes away. We were there for 5 nights and it was a quiet, comfortable place to sleep well.
Bori was very friendly and helpful, a prompt communication and speaks English well. The elevator was also a plus, as was the washer, small balcony., and room to spread out. Having to go down to the bedroom and bathroom and up to the kitchen on a few, but slightly steep, stairs was a little daunting on the days our legs were sorest from walking. It wouldn't stop us from staying here again, but might be prohibitive for some, something to be aware of.
- Lili (10/5): Thank you! - The apartment is so special. We felt like in medieval times, in an old castle, surrounded by old charm, but modern comfort. Lovely vintage details everywhere, you can spend lovely moments studying them. Not a lot of natural light, a little dark, but perfect integrated with Rome atmosphere and style. Gorgeous bookshelves full of very good books in Italian and English. Each corner of the apartment makes you curious and think about what mistery is hidden undercover. It has everything you need. From a clothes drying rack to mosquitoe repellents, from umbrellas to shampoo, hand wash soap or bath soap. It has an extraordinary, perfect mattress and very good pillows. You almost want to spend your holiday sleeping. It has lots of coffee capsules so you do not have to buy any others, internet is very good, too. Another perfect device is the TV itself. All the channels that you could imagine, it’s perfect. You can spend your holiday in front of the TV if you’d like to. The apartment is full of stairs, but it belongs to its charm. It is situated near everything, 10 minute walk to fascinating Trastevere, 5 minute walk to Campo di Fiori, where you have a very good Italian market and lots of restaurants, not expensive, you have a charming atmosphere in the evening, with stradal singers, painters, statues, lights, Italian vibe. The communication with the owner is the best and Bori is so helpful, kind and answers to your questions so fast. She even sends you messages to check if you are fine or to see if you need something. She arranged us a private taxi transfer to the airport at 5 o’clock in the morning and we were extremely pleased with it.
We felt very precious. Thank you for your care.
- Marcin (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment located in an old-fashioned house. Lot of space, comfortable beds, air conditioning saving lives in hot summer days and nights. Great location! Just perfect for city tours. Close to everywhere. Main city monuments and places are easly reachable on foot. Campo di Fiori with its restaurants is just nearby.
The owner is very friendly and ready to help.
I highly recommend!
- Philip (10/5): Perfect location. Great apartment - Very central. Couple of minutes walk to camp de Fiori and not much further key attractions.
Spacious and air conditioning works well (even in high summer).
- Luis (9/5): Superb -
- Deb (8/5): The apartment was charming and quiet. Perfect location for us. Wonderful staff helped us out many times. - Quiet and in a nice location There were a lot of stairs and only one towel per person.
- Emily (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome - The flat is in a great central location in Rome, all the main attractions are within walking distance, no more than 30 minutes, and the train station is not too far either. It is a lovely clean flat with all the amenities you need, including kitchen and laundry machine which was super helpful! The bed was very comfortable, the aircon and wifi was great, and the apartment was bigger than we were expecting. Bori who was our contact was absolutely brilliant, always responded promptly and also gave us good pointers for where to visit in the city. We are so so happy with our experience and can't fault the apartment at all! Would recommend 100% if you're planning a visit to Rome!
- James (9/5): Very good for our third stay on via Giulia. - The pillows were extra comfortable.
Bori was very helpful and THERE when we arrived.
The furniture and artwork pleased us.
The airing rack was large and useful.
We were grateful for a lift for luggage. Another t towel for wiping dishes would be good.
The steps to the kitchen were quite extraordinary.
Luckily I am a fit 80year old! 😁
A safety mat in the shower would be helpful as the surface is very slippery.
- Harriet (10/5): It’s a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Brilliant communication from the owner. -
- Gaston (9/5): The apartment has wonderful charm. Extremely well located in the heart Rome , walking distance to many of the main touri - Excellent location , character apartment
Very helpful host Kitchen gets very warm while cooking and is a bit tight . The stairs between the rooms can be tricky
- Anonymous (10/5): Perfect - It was clean, close to everything and surprising cool when comparing it with the outside temperature. I liked everything.
- Julia (8/5): Perfect apartment at the edge of Centro historico - Peaceful oasis yet so close to the action. Appreciated the use of a lift for luggage. Responsive and thoughtful host. Would prefer to be met on site, rather than several steps to obtain keys. Huge steps up to kitchen would be difficult for people with mobility issues
- Giuseppe (9/5): Superb -
- Page (10/5): An Excellent and Cosy Campo dei' Fiori Apartment - The apartment was as described on the website. It was very cosy and nicely decorated. It felt like home for us. Our host Lucilla was extremely helpful and caring. Her pre-arrival and pre-departure communication were the best we've experienced in all our travels. She offered assistance at every point of our stay and allowed us to enter the apartment and leave at times that fitted with our travel arrangements.
The air conditioner worked perfectly, which was a life saver during the August heatwave. The apartment's location near Campo de' Fiori was another plus for us.
Thank you Lucilla for your hospitality. Nothing.
- Ron (10/5): A gem. - Location, comfort, and great communication from our host. Excellent value for the place. Some of the decorations were a little disturbing if you look too close. There’s one of a creepy goat lady and a child that was sus.
- Charles (10/5): lovely stay in this great apartment. we where greeted on arrival and shown how to gain access to the building with reall - lovely clean apartment. great air conditioning which helped with the really warm weather. great location for all the activities we had booked. local to lovely restaurants and bars.
- Denitsa (10/5): Would stay here again! - Lucilla is a wonderful host, she did everything to make us feel at home! the location is perfect, you can reach basically everything on foot, but if you don’t want to walk - there are convenient bus stops close in the area. The bed was comfy, the whole apartment has an authentic vibe to it and is very charming. Also, there are lots of great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again! It’d be great if mosquito nets were installed, but I don’t know if it’s common in Italy. Either way, that didn’t bother us and it’s only a really small detail.
- Alfred (10/5): Perfect Place, Location, and Host - We stayed in Rome for a number of days and Domus Quiritum was the perfect choice for getting around and having a base. The host, Lucilla, is warm and friendly, and was very responsive throughout the entire trip. The apartment is spacious but doesn't have a lot of natural light - if you are visiting Rome, you'll likely be walking around so this won't be a problem. Within walking distance there are lots of sites and hip neighborhoods, plus cool bars and restaurants, so take advantage. We would highly recommend this place!
- Richard (10/5): Great stay owners made up the sofa bed and sorted transport at a good rate - responded to any questions almost immediate - Cleanliness Spacious Nothing I can think of - oh, perhaps a toaster would have been good
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (8/5): Perfect location but not so good if you want to cook - The location is perfect for Rome. Old building with lots of charm and a lift! Lovely spacious living room but the kitchen is cramped with a tiny fridge and not well supplied for gourmet cooking. So its excellent for a few days if you are eating out. The kitchen.
- Michael (10/5): Truly a Charming Apartment! - A charming apartment in a superb location for visiting Travestere and the Vatican, and still close to all the major sites. The quiet neighborhood and quaint furnishings of the ancient building were restful and refreshing. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient. A great place to stay! The multi-levels of the apartment were a lot of fun for us, but if you have mobility issues, it might be difficult for you.
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Galina (9/5): Superb - A great location to explore Rome in the historical centre and yet quiet and private. Lucilla and Alessia were extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment is charming with lots of character. Our only regret was having such short time in Rome.
- Roberto (8/5): very pleasant - The beautiful and comfortable living room and its furniture nothing
- Patti (10/5): Home Sweet Home - Look No Further!! - Extremely cozy and warm vibe. Feels like you are home instead of any of the other stays. The bed is soooo comfortable and GREAT pillows!! Very large apartment with a balcony as well. Having great restaurants just a couple blocks away was an added bonus! The staff was BEYOND helpful and caring!! We loved it so much that we actually attempted to extend our stay but unfortunately the days weren't available. We HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodations in this area!! Book it now before it's taken!! We will DEFINITELY be back! Nothing negative to say.
