• arianna (7/5): - Posizione ottima per raggiungere l'Olimpico a piedi. Casa dotata di tutto il necessario. Fermata tram vicina. Poca attenzione ai dettagli tipo condizionatore con telecomando scarico. Apertura della porta da app ma se si scarica il telefono è un problema.
• Eliana (7/5): Padrona molto gentile, e ci ha dato molte info sui posti da visitare o dove mangiare. Appartamento p - Posizione molto comoda e di fronte stadio. Zona molto tranquilla. Ogni confort vicino, anche fermata autobus. Apertura porta con applicazione. Ma tutto ok
• Giuseppe (3/5): Sgradevole perdere un’ora per poter entrare, inoltre abbiamo trovato il bagno sporco - Bagno sporco, la signora dice che era andato l’idraulico il giorno precedente
• Tania Monica (6/5): Ottima posizione per stadio ma non vicino a ristoranti e negozi, abbastanza fuori mano per spese - Vicino allo stadio olimpico Serratura porta con sistema codici su app che non funzionava, ma poi risolto in altro modo

• Fila (7/5): Concerto k-pop stadio - Posizione facile da raggiungere in auto con parcheggio, sia a pagamento che libero, fronte casa: zona vicino allo stadio ma silenziosa e poco trafficata con fermate del bus comode che ti portano in centro in soli 30/40 minuti! L'appartamento si presenta come da foto, piccolina, accogliente e distribuita bene negli spazi: molto comodo il letto e buona anche la biancheria da bagno. Prima volta che utilizzo l'app Vikey per l'apertura del portone del palazzo e porta di casa: molto pratica! In emergenza vengono fornite le chiavi in casa. Molto accessoriata: stendibiancheria, mollette per bucato, phon, ferro e asso da stiro, fornetto, bollitore, piastra tostapane, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aria condizionata nelle camere, ventola in sala, TV e wi-fi. Sicuramente tornerò a Roma e mi farà piacere alloggiare di nuovo a Brezza Marina sapendo che gli interventi di manutenzione saranno eseguiti a buon fine!! Non mi sono piaciute diverse cose, purtroppo: Il bastone della tenda era appoggiato con accrocchio ed elastico al muro tant'é che si è staccato al primo spostamento di tenda (per aprire la finestra) ed è rimasto appoggiato al vetro della finestra; La maniglia della camera da letto mi è rimasta in mano il secondo giorno (reinserita poi a pressione da me); Il doccino in doccia non restava fisso all'appoggio perché era svitato; La piastra tostapane lasciata sporca precedentemente come le padelle unte; per finire, purtroppo, la lavatrice inutilizzabile perché rotto l'oblò da tempo.... La proprietaria non abita nelle vicinanze, ma ritengo opportuno che debba controllare di persona lo stato dei lavori che ordina di fare....

• Guest (9/5): La host Annalisa era molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento era molto pulito e comodo. - L'appartamento e molto pulito e molto comodo. Noi che avevamo un concerto allo Stadio Olimpico era molto vicino. Solo 10 minuti a piedi. Non c`e niente che non mi e piacuto. Tutto era bene.
• Galina (10/5): Exceptional - Location was good, there were bus options nearby to the center. Even was possible to take a night bus, when we had to go to the airport. Appartment was clean and comfortable. Only self check in was available with automated locking/unlocking the appartment. For the first time was a bit hard to figure out all the process for building door and appartment door opening. There was no proper electric kettle in the kitchen, we found only small one but it's plug didn't fit into the socket.

• Paul (7/5): Nice, but very difficult online checkin and doorsystem - Nice appartement Communication was hard, with problems about availability and later with checkin app. Upon arrival the door did not open with the app, which was very unpleasant. The taxes were higher then mentioned on booking.com, what is probably a mistake, but not nice and finaly there was no soap, shampoo or a small bottle of water in the appartment. Only a paper that said there were some things to welcome us, but there was nothing.
• Tiago (10/5): Exceptional - Great stay, they were very helpful. The house was well kept and the location is great. An absolute bargain in my opinion
• Chaitanya (7/5): Not very accessible, but a super kind host - The host was super kind and attentive. The online App check in isn't too intuitive, so we had some troubles checking in. But after some translated WhatsApp messages, we could fix it. The bathroom drain was clogged, and as it was Christmas time, it wasn't fixed unfortunately. It took us almost 20 mins for the water to drain and isn't good to take a shower with drains blocked. The host though was very responsive, but couldn't solve our issues. The heater works in the morning, but not in the night. We luckily managed it via the AC. The location itself isn't very accessible. There are not many restaurants close by, plus the tram line was shady with homeless people. All in all, not a very good experience.
• Satu (9/5): Nice apartment, good location - It was a bright, sunny and beautiful apartment in a very good location for us Flaminio and football lovers. Also MAXXI, many good cafes and ristorantes and tram and bus station are very near. Once you solved out the door opening system (a bit labourius it was in the beginning), it's very handy! The shower head should be fixed right away! You need to leave the apartment too early: from 9 to 9.30 in the morning.

• Adam (10/5): Exceptional - The unit itself is great, clean and tidy and close to transport. Area was great however not much open on a Sunday in the immediate area around the unit. The area around Flamino which is 10mins on the tram has a lot.of eating options and a supermarket.. We were told the afternoon before our stay that the cleaner wouldn't be available to clean the unit until 6 p.m., and the unit wouldn't be ready until 9 pm. This wasn't ideal for us as we were going to be travelling from 6am to be back in Rome to drop off a rental car and wanted to drop off our luggage at the unit prior, then come back and relax after a long drive. The owner did communicate with us and try to find a solution, but a lot of it was lost in translation. We ended up dropping off our bags prior, then got stuck in an autostrada traffic jam for 2 hours The owner was emailing us telling me to let the cleaner into the unit at 4 pm! It was a whole lot of stress for no reason in the end. You need to be aware that the unit door opens via an app on your phone.....there is no key.. So if your phone is not operational for any reason(flat battery, no credit, it's lost or stolen), you can not open the front door. There is a pin code entry in case of emergencies, but if you haven't written that down prior, you can't access it once your phone is non-operational. I think people need to be made aware of that system at the time of booking.

• Ahmet (7/5): Good - The Room were clean and tidy, We felt like We were at home Bathroom was nice clean The surrounding was quiet and peaceful away from the city crowds. When We arrived at 15 00 hours to the apartment first We could not open the apartment door By remote system. We called the owner but no reply. Then We got inside apartment with the neighbour s key but We saw that still cleaner was inside cleaning the house! We had to wait until 16 00 hours with my Kids on the Street for cleaning to be finished. They told me that the custmers before us left it very dirty that the cleaning took so much time. But Finally cleaning was Good.
• Andres (10/5): Good location on a quiet neighborhood - Great place to stay in Rome, close enough yo main attractions with public transport, and a wonderful and attentive host, would definitely recommend it!
