• Fabrizio (9/5): Ottimi giorni trascorsi nella capitale. - L'appartamento è bello, ben arredato e fornito di tutti i confort utili e necessari. Posizionato in una palazzina signorile, ben curata e in una zona bella e tranquilla. Dotato di ascensore. All'interno ci sono lavatrice, frigorifero, freezer. Inoltre ha un bellissimo terrazzo dal quale ci si affaccia sul parco verde e ben curato. Appartamento bello. Lo consiglio caldamente. Non ho capito il sovraprezzo per il check-in dopo le ore 20. Purtroppo per problemi di lavoro non potevo arrivare prima delle 21. A ciò si è aggiunto un problema del treno che ha riportato un ritardo di 30 minuti. Soprattutto non era scritto o menzionato da nessuna parte che il check-in imponeva un orario di arrivo e fuori da quello ci sarebbe stato un sovraprezzo. Incomprensibile.

• Davide (9/5): Pausa breve da relax ad un passo dal centro - E' piaciuta la zona, molto comoda per raggiungere la metro ed andare in centro .... Zona tranquilla semi centrale da muoversi o con i mezzi pubblici o a piedi con facilità e semplicità. Nulla da segnalare

• Basto (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and well maintained, Mrs. Linda and her husband are very kind people, I traveled alone and whenever I needed some advice or help they were willing to help. That gave me peace and joy. In front of the balcony there is a park where you can sit and appreciate nature and many trees that transmit tranquility to you. You have to walk 500 meters to the bus stop, and they pass every half hour. This location is closer to the Vatican and about 30 minutes from the airport using buses.They drop you off at 19 Cornelia Avenue. Very easy to get to and from Italy. Yes. If I go to Italy again, I would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again. The photos published are exact to the apartment, where I stayed. I am really super grateful to have gotten this place.
• Ivo (10/5): I had a great stay at Residence "Il Parco." Highly recommended. - Impeccably clean, airy, well-furnished apartment in a well-kept building. Lots of light. Great balcony with a nice view. Easy parking right outside. Extremely well-equipped, with new, high-quality appliances, kitchenware and linen. High marks! The only caveat is that this location is a good base from which to explore Rome, but much more so if you have a car, which I did. If you plan to rely on public transportation, I'd recommend a more central location.

• Damir (10/5): Exceptional - The building is located far from the city noise, in a quiet residential area. The apartment is modern, comfortable, very well equipped with a huge terrace and a beautiful view of the park. To the city centre can be reached in half an hour by a combination of bus and metro. There is a supermarket nearby where you can find everything you need. The owners Linda and Marco are lovely and always ready to help. We would definitely recommend the apartment to everyone, and it will be our first choice again whenever we visit Rome!
• Iuliia (9/5): Superb - The apartment is exactly as on photos. You will have everything you need during the stay including fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher. It is extremely clean and tidy. The street is quite and its comfortable to sleep with open windows. My favorite - nice terrace with the view of the greenery. The host was friendly and helpful. The location is not the best for city centre visiting if you are not traveling by car. You need to walk 7 min to the bus station, take a bus, then take a metro. Keep in mind that on the weekends buses are available only once in an hour, so another option - walk along the busy street for 20 more minutes
• Dr. (10/5): Very nice apartment on a quiet place with a good parking place in the basement. - This is a beautiful apartment with a nice balcony with a good table for breakfast and dinner. The apartment has a good parking place in de basement . Nearby is a good shop to buy food for breakfast and dinner. The host Linda is very nice and explained everything very well. We really enjoyed our stay! It was very nice for a very reasonable price! A little problem with hot water was solved within a few hours. Nothing!
