Habiendo pagado el.servicio de limpieza de 80 euros , tuve que ir a tirar la basura, más allá que era cerca , si pago x ello, incomoda que antes de salir pensar q tenés que ir hacer algo extra.. la cama del living estaba hundida.. Igual estaba bien elegido el lugar ojalá puedan resolver éstos temas.
• Roberta (8/5): weekend lungo a Roma - la ubicazione, la possibilita' di ascensore, camere grandi e doppi servizi. la possibilita' di poter fare the o caffe in casa ( mancavano sia bustine del the che del caffe) cioe' un angolo come si trova ormai in tutti gli hotels. la maniglia della doccia era rotta, venerdi sera non veniva acqua calda, e siamo rimasti senza carta igenica nei bagni, cioe' chi e' venuto a pulire non ha controllato che nei bagni ci fosse la carta igenica ( entrambe i bagni ) pero' subito fatta avere nel giro di breve. a parte questo siamo stati bene.

• MARIO (8/5): Falta de aislamiento acustico en ventanas. - Muy buena ubicacion ,cerca de todos los puntos de interes. Habitaciones grandes y comodas. Buena comunicacion con anfitriones. Las ventanas necesitan aislamiento acustico.y termico. Hay mucho ruido y esto no te deja descansar .

Lo volvería a elegir. - La amplitud de los cuartos, la comodidad de los colchones, sábanas de algodón, vajilla linda, acceso por ascensor, ambos baños modernos y completos, jabón de manos,shampoo, detergente, aceite etc. Paredes limpias y bien pintadas. Placard limpio y laqueado de blanco. Las puertas cerraban muy bien y no hacían ruido. Cerca de supermercado, de restaurantes, de pequeños comercios muy pintorescos. Silencio por la noche después de las 23 hs Algunas cosas estaban sucias como el freezer, la manija de la mampara de uno de loas baños estaba rota, y en algunos lugares. La bañera era un poco patinosa y en el baño más pequeño pasaba agua por debajo de la mampara y se mojaba el piso. Poca iluminación. Faltaba una silla para la mesa pero usamos un sillón. Nada de esto impidió que tuviéramos una agradable estadía.

• Mercedes (9/5): Bonito apartamento con ubicación excelente - Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, es perfecta para poder ir paseando a todos los sitios. Eramos un grupo de 6 amigas, y había dos camas grandes pero el sofá era pequeño para dos personas y un poco incómodo, pero al comunicarlo nos trajeron una cama supletoria.

• nerea (6/5): Ubicación bien PERO... - La ubicación era extraordinaria, estabas literalmente cerca de todo! Salía un olor a cañerías del baño que era horroroso, pagamos un suplemento por una cuna la cual nos dejaron sin mantas ni nada, es decir, no se pudo utilizar. Llegamos literalmente a las 21:04 y estuvimos esperando a la chica durante varios minutos a qué llegase.. pues nos cobraron 20€ porque era más tarde de las 21:00.. LITERALMENTE 4 MINUTOS el resto estuvimos esperando nosotros.

• Rachel (9/5): Amazing location and spacious property - Stunning location, literally 5 mins walk to Piazza Novano and also an abundance of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The property os secure with 2 very large bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and hot showers The only problem was the sofa bed mattress has a dip in it; this means your legs go up and body down so it’s slightly uncomfortable

On last night they randomly started going on and off themselves which led me to believe that they were never meant to be controlled from inside the apartment and that they have been deliberately setup to function like this, probably to save on costs.

At check-in (16:00) the apartment was still dirty with used sheets, and my family had to wait outside for hours instead of resting after traveling from Venice. Later, the air conditioning was broken and leaking water — my parents had to clean the floor instead of sleeping, and then spend the night in a stuffy room without AC. The owner didn’t care at all.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Great for families - An ideal location for exploring Rome. The property is equipped with all the necessary amenities. Another plus is the contact with the host, who responds to questions promptly and is very helpful. I would gladly return there.

• Jeremy (8/5): Budget rooms in a good location. - Central location near to the Vatican and close to a main bus routes to everything else. Very basic rooms, a bit cramped but workable.
• Joelle (9/5): Very pleasant - I loved the fact that there were 2 bathrooms with a shower each, so we did not need to take turns The windows are not soundproofed and there was noise all night long, with people talking loudly outside till 4am, and then recyclable glass being broken at 5 and 6am. But I used white noise on my phone and that solved the problem

Disappointed with our stay at this property. Despite paying a high price, we had to endure unbearable aircon compressor noise every 3-5 minutes throughout the night. Multiple messages with no solution and calls to the host went unanswered, and though they claimed a technician fixed it, the problem persisted. Not the experience we expected for the cost."

A lot of noise from the street in the very early mornings (theres a wholesaler of fruits and vegetables, they make quite some noise early) On the last day, we could boil water, eggs, either the a/c did’nt work. • Fia (8/5): Great location, clean and tidy, lift and air conditioning are great especially in the hot Roman summer. - Great location, had a lift which helped with luggage and the air conditioning was effective. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable and no tea/coffee supplied.

Lots of restaurants around the place and walking distance to many attractions. Host gave us the key and was in constant touch before our check in and gave some tips on nearby restaurants and attractions.

• Karen (7/5): Nice place to stay within walking distance of a bunch of attractions. - The host was very friendly and helpful. The location was easy to walk to most locations. Had a booklet with recommendations for restaurants, taxis, directions to locations, etc. The apartment is above a restaurant; therefore, it was noisy when trying to sleep. Would recommend instructions on how to work the washer/dryer. If you want your clothes to dry, you have to put it on for about two hours.

• Rhidian (9/5): Spacious and clean in a good location - A lovely clean and airy flat in a nice area. The two bedrooms are spacious and two separate bathrooms are modern. The living room could do with another comfy chair and a coffee table or side tables. There is a sofabed, but you don't always want to sit right next to another person. It's nice to sit separately and have somewhere to place a drink. The shelf in the bedroom cupboard needs fixing.
• Gina (7/5): Great location, - Location was excellent could walk everywhere. Nice and quiet. Lots of choices literally on your doorstep. Host sourced extra pillows. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children and paid for an extra bed. We put the extra bed in the kitchen galley. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Horrid stinky City drain smell. Shower went cold after 5 mins. The local paid bag storage we were directed to for a 1pm arrival was shut, so luggage carried till 4pm which was the earliest they would let us check in. We had a great time though due to it's location.

The 2 beds are comfortable, the Shower is very good with hot water, Air conditioning in all rooms, the stove works well and is good having a microwave. TV in the rooms with wi-fi was nice, Internet works well. It's very noisy day and night; the windows are old and don't close well. Thus, it's cold, and it feels like being outside. In the early hours of the morning, a catering supply store opposite starts working, and there is a lot of noise from trucks and boxes being carried out. The sofa is very uncomfortable, even for children, as it has a large hole near the pillow area. There are only 4 chairs to sit in the kitchen, and the apartment is rented for 6 people. We asked for a toaster (it's cheap and essential), but it wasn't provided. The apartment just has the basic things to work (e.g. no shower gel...)

Walking distance from Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, etc. The apartment overall is well equipped with everything and is located in a safe road with restaurant just below. Noise from outside! You can listen everything from outside, people walking, talking, cars moving etc.

• Michelle (10/5): Great location, great stay - This flat was very comfortable for our family of 5. The living space is pretty small but the bedrooms are spacious. We enjoyed the location, the fact that there was an elevator, and the AC. We easily cooked our breakfast each morning. My kids loved that the TV had Netflix! The sofa was annoying in that the cushion kept sliding out when we sat on it, and it would have been nice to have one more chair opposite the sofa. It would really have been nice to have 2 sets of keys so we could split up more easily.

Adore it. - The apartment is large enough for 3 teens and parents, having 2 bathrooms was wonderful, the location is so gorgeous, walking distance to so many of Rome's landmarks, restaurants all around, beautiful alleyways, quintessential Rome. The air conditioners was very welcome. We just loved staying there. Thank you so much. The kitchen sink is blocked, taking 5-10 minutes to drain. As an aside: The street is one way which deters some taxi drivers. Nothing bad against the apartment but heads up that Rome taxi drivers cancel the fare A LOT!! After 90 minutes of cancellations we walked a few metres to a different main road to flag down a taxi that way. :)

• Waheed (10/5): I wish it was longer at this location. - Great location, within 15-20 min walk from many historical sites. the neighborhood was a perfect balance between locals and tourists. the property staff is very responsive and helpful. The apartment has everything you’ll need for your stay. I would recommend booking for a minimum of 4 days because there’s so much to do in the area. I enjoyed everything about the property

The apartment is simply but modern and nicely furnished. We would come back here again..!😉 Thanks! There could be more equipment in the kitchen - mainly glasses and mugs. There was a slight smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. We did not find the promised containers for sorted waste on the ground floor - we carried them about 300 m.
• Τσικρικωνάκη (10/5): Perfect apartment in lovely neighborhood. - This apartment is amazing! I couldn’t believe it was located in such a beautiful neighborhood. Spacious, comfortable, new and very clean . Exceeded my expectations. It’s close to literally everything on foot. Simone, greeted us in the most heartwarming way. Thank you so much! There are a couple of restaurants right below the apartment and a grocery store for which the suppliers start working at around 4:30-5 in the morning, so there is noise during the night. Being on the 1st floor, you can hear everything.
• Daiva (8/5): Recommend to stay, but bins problem should be solved. - Very good location, nice rooms with beautiful high ceiling, comfortable beds. Kitchen with everything we needed even coffee machine. Problem with drainage in the shower. We had to take the rubbish ourselves, but there were no near bins outside. Kind of embarrassing to walk on holiday with rubbish bags looking for some bins and there were non to be found nearby.
• Kerstin (8/5): Perfect location - The location was absolutely perfect ! Right in the Centro Storico, everything in walking distance, could not be better. Shops and restaurants and bars right on the doorstep - absolutely wonderful. 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms, as advertised. There was no chance to turn on the heating, so our towels stayed wet and dumb all the time. And the hot water was short depending on the time of the day. We were only 2 guests, but with the maximum number ist would have been difficult. And the house has no garbage disposal. You have to walk quite a bit until you reach the communal garbage bins. And beeing in the busy centre it is extremely loud. From 4:00 am the shops around are being delivered and you have to have a very good sleep not to wake up. The check-out at 10:00 is very early as well.

• Ilya (8/5): Good flat for family - Very good location, walk distance to all major sights. Big bedrooms, sparky cleen bathrooms, a lot of good restaurants around. Easy check in and check out. Good value for a price. Must improve noice cancelation, very loud at night and on early morning. Impossible to make a shower in one of two bathrooms, because clogged drain.
