• Enrique (8/5): Nice location, ample space. - Ample space, the highway can be noisy at night but the windows did a good job with noise control, didn't have problems at all, there are plenty of mosquitos in Florence and the windows had protection against them too. The host was very attentive and had guides with great information for tourists, it helped a lot to discover new destinations. The bus can be taken after a one minute walk, that was excellent too. There are a few small things to improve - the bathroom's door doesn't fully close, there is a small open space between the door and the wall even when fully locked. - there is a smell that comes out of the bathroom every now and then, it can be strong at times,, I assume it's related to the building infrastructure. - the wifi speed is problematic for stuff like Netflix or YouTube. - A washer would be excellent for longer stays, since the closest laundromat is at around 1km.

• JACQUES (8/5): - Emplacement intéressant, l'arrêt bus est très pratique. C'est un appartement agréable et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le premier soir nous avons eu froid. Il a fait bon dès le lendemain matin. Il n'y a pas assez d'eau chaude pour les douches pour 3 personnes.

• Miranda (7/5): Aussies on holidays. - The accommodation was well equipped, including the little things such as tea bags, coffee etc. The bathroom/ shower was clean and a decent size. The beds were very uncomfortable, and not long enough, and I'm only 5'9". It was cold and hard to get a good night's sleep. We had come from accommodation only a few doors up on the same road and the price difference was only $30 cheaper here, yet the comfort level was vastly different.

• Ioannis (9/5): Superb - It is a large apartment, equipped with everything necessary, in a strategic location of the city with free parking almost next door. There is also a bus stop right next door, a pastry shop/cafe and a McDonald's opposite. The owner is very nice, always available to help with anything you need.
• Vitor (10/5): Exceptional - - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, a nice balcony. It was perfect for a family of four. - The host was very helpful and friendly. - There a paid parking spot right next to the apartment, that is free on weekends and holidays. However, if you are in weekdays or the parking is full, there is a free parking spot about 5 min walking from the apartment, that the host gently showed how to reach it. - As is explained on the apartment, the temperature is 'locked' at 19°C as the law requested, what is cold for us from a hot country. However there are good and cozy blankets provided. - The bathroom is a bit small, but as I could see in this trip, it is the standard for the Italian bathrooms.
• Lavanya (10/5): A wholesome stay :) - The property was very clean and well maintained with some amazing decor. The host was very adjusting and kind and even with a language barrier, made sure we were happy. It seemed like home. There are many local food joints and a McDonald’s right next to the place and getting to Florence city centre was very easy as the bus stop is a 1 min walk. Very convenient and perfect place to live with your group/family . Highly recommended The passage needs light especially at night.

• Jamie (8/5): Nice little apartment on edge of city. - Nice little apartment on edge of Florence. Bus stop nearby. Host was helpful. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. One squeaked like a small army of mice!
• Nina (7/5): It was nice - The property had its own kitchen, right outside was a mc donalds, it was really nice small apartment. There wasnt any AC, it was a little bit far from the city centre you had to go through steep hill to get to the apartment

• Rajesh (10/5): Our stay was very comfortable. - The property was very big and the host was very cheerful. He met us and handed over the keys and even gave us some good suggestions on where to visit. The room was huge in fact it was an entire apartment with a kitchen and two bedroom. The space was very clean with hygienic fresh linen. The apartment was on the first floor and there was no elevator so we had to carry our luggage to the top. The property was well connected by public transport but was very far from the main area of the city which became difficult for commuting during late hours.

Very clean, great size room, lovely balcony, shops, petrol station and McDonald’s directly accross the road very handy, host was lovely, easy interactions, all-round great stay! A washing machiene would have been nice but didn’t expect it as it was not stated. This does not reflect the 10/10 stay!

• Leyla (7/5): apartment is good with all the facilities but to catch a bus is a struggle - you have all the facilities at the apartment, hot water, fridge and etc. everything was working properly actually by bus it is 10-15 mins to the city center but no one informed us that busses pass in every 30-40 mins from center to the apartment areas. First day we waited around 55 mins to get the bus.
• Anandaboopalan (7/5): Safe for a family to stay, but shared rooms are little inconvenience - Safe and secure, spacious and good for family stay lot of bugs, no screen on the windows, was difficult to sleep. shared rooms and it was not mentioned while booking.
