• Victoria (10/5): Great few days exploring Venice - amazing to have a spacious apartment to rest those tired feet! - The apartment was very well located. It was only on the 1st floor which is a bonus. There was someone to meet us with the keys and also provide us with tips where to eat etc. We were a family of 3 adults and 3 children and the apartment fit us well. The bedrooms are big and spacious which was perfect. Nothing. It was an amazing stay.
• Joseph (10/5): This place was great. - This really was exactly what I was hoping for, and a great value relative to getting multiple hotel rooms for multiple nights. We were a family of four including two adult children- this three bedrooms was perfect for us. The location is wonderful,….everything in the heart of Venice is walkable but this was very convenient to the grand canal, and Rialto ridge. We walked everywhere though. The process was seemless and the host and colleagues communicated easily and helpfully - they gave us instructions from the airport, met us at the canal stop, walked us to the apartment a few minutes away, showed us how things worked in the apartment, gave us a long list of recommended restaurants - we actually tried three and they were all great - and then helped arrange for us to get to the airport upon our departure.

• Katja (10/5): If you want to visit Venice with a group of friends or your family, this is a great place to stay. - A great apartment for a group of friends, offering enough room for everybody. The furniture is modern and friendly, the bathrooms are also new - with a well working shower. Althoug there is a small restaurant nearby, it is very quiet at night. Rialto and the fish market are only a 3 minute walk away, so you also have a close vaporetto station. You are on the first floor, yet the place is bright enough - especially for Venice. Nothing. For us everything was perfect.

• Hannah (9/5): Excellent, highly recommend, well worth the money - The location was brilliant, space for our family of 6 was brilliant. It was clean and modern. Being met at the dock was also very helpful and Elia was super nice and helpful. Beds were a little hard and more variety of pillows would have been nice but we are nit picking really.

• Ranjit (10/5): A high quality apartment in a great location with ample space for a large family. - Very well appointed throughout. Kitchen well equipped with very modern appliances. Cristina, and Elia were excellent hosts and made frequent contact to ensure a smooth check-in process. Elia met us at the Rialto Mercado boat stop and walked us the short distance to the apartment and showed us everything. The location is exceptional, just a few minutes walk to the Rialto bridge.

• Richard (10/5): Great lodging for a large group heading to Venice. - We were met at the water bus dock by the owner, who took us to the apartment. He suggested good restaurants before leaving us. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms made living for six (4 adults and 2 children) very enjoyable. Realto Mercato is a great area to stay in. We had to leave after four nights.

Nicely renovated appartment, perfect space for our 2 families (4 adults and 3 children), convenient with 2 bathrooms. Perfect contact with the owner and staff, with nice tips for restaurants nearby. Almost nothing. If being picky, slightly underequipped in the kitchen, for instance, only one decent wine glass.

Great location, good-sized apartment with 2 bathrooms both with toilets and shower and 3 bedrooms 1 with king bed, 1 with king bed and single bed and 1 with 2 singles. No lift, but it wasn't an issue as there are around 12 easy steps up to apartment. Walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants, shops. 5 min walk to Rialto Bridge. Would definitely stay here again. Leaving

The hosts were very kind and responsive. They even allowed us to extend our stay past check-out time. We highly recommend the accommodation. Everything was great.
