Situato in un bel palazzo d’epoca, e’ un perfetto connubio tra fascino degli elementi originali come i soffitti alti , i pavimenti originali e l’arredamento moderno e colorato Le camere sono molto ampie, ben illuminate e silenziose. Ognuna è dotata di televisione L’ingresso/sala è ampio, estremamente accogliente, confortevole e funzionale La cucina ben attrezzata con microonde, macchia per il caffè , frigorifero e stoviglie in abbondanza . I due bagni sono ampi e ristrutturati di recente Tutto è molto pulito e ordinato La posizione dell’appartamento è fantastica per visitare Roma ( a pochi minuti dalla metro Ottaviano) Concludo ringraziando Valentina gentilissima ospite che ci ha accolti con un kit di benvenuto perfetto per la nostra prima colazione ( eravamo in 8) , ci ha dato indicazioni sui ristoranti in zona e ci ha concesso di lasciare l’appartamento nel primo pomeriggio Torneremo sicuramente Per rendere questo appartamento top suggerisco a Valentina di aggiungere un tavolino ed un attaccapanni in ciascuna camera per poter appoggiare le proprie cose

• Sonja (10/5): Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Rom - Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Unterstützung des Personals (Agnes). Möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Alle waren so bemüht und extrem freundlich. Es wurde alles unternommen, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit großen Schlafzimmern. Die Wohnung war ruhig. Zum Vatikan und Engelsburg nur wenige Gehminuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war der perfekte Aufenthalt. -

Właściciel powitał nas na miejscu, pomagając dotrzeć do celu, a następnie pokazał mieszkanie, sposób korzystania z klimatyzacji itp. Klimatyzacja bardzo dobrze działa. Miejsce parkingowe w ramach parkingu publicznego, ale przez nasz cały pobyt nie było problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca do zaparkowania. W mieszkaniu dostępne sól, przyprawy, naczynia, patelnia, kapsułki do ekspresu. Właściciel bardzo pomocny, przygotował nam mapę Rzymu, zaznaczył/wytłumaczył opcje dojazdu do najważniejszych zabytków i miejsca na zrobienia najtańszych zakupów (po cenach dla „miejscowych”). • Jude (10/5): Great spacious apartments that is great for large group travel!! - We met with Giordana to collect the keys. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Gave us good recommendations on restaurants and told us which subways were closed. Unfortunately, a lot of restaurants were close at the end of August (not the apartment's fault). It was easy to call Uber's to come get my large family (11 people in total), and we were able to walk back from the Vatican after the tour was over, that's how close it was. I personally would book any property that Giordana is involved with, as she was truly a pleasure to communicate with. The birdcage elevator can be scary for some people. So if you are scared of those things, you may want to stay away. It operated without any issues for us. Aside from that, the only complaint I had was that the floor's were a little dusty. I only noticed since I was travelling with a baby. Something that can easily be fixed with a quick mopping.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Quiet, elegant, centrally located and well equipped apartment in Rome. - The apartment was beautiful and immaculate. It was equipped with all the necessary apartment essentials and had great WiFi and air conditioning. The host was friendly and helpful. The location in Rome was quiet and perfect for anyone who wants to see the Vatican or city center. I would definitely stay again. Nothing.

San Peter Vale House was a great home base for our adventure! - I liked that Valentina reached out by whatsapp to make check in very easy and she was friendly and available throughout our visit. The air conditioning was refreshing after the hot weather in Rome. The beds were comfy (even the sofa bed) and there were extra blankets available. The location felt safe (locked gates) to the garden and a doorman. Unfortunately this nice outdoor space could not be used; the kids were not allowed to even catch a ball outside. The kitchen allowed us to prepare meals but some key kitchen equipment for food prep was missing (no cutting board, no oven mitts, no dish towels (for drying because there was no Dishwasher) The closest metro station closed the day we arrived. The lack of storage....The bedrooms only had an open unit with some hangers but being 9 people we missed room to put our suitcase, organize our belongings (dresser, desk). There were also no hooks (to hang towels). One of the showers leaked (the doors were not closing well)and the bathroom would end up flooded after showering.

• Monika (8/5): good stay - location was great. super friendly host, who was checking if everything was fine and making sure we are comfortable. space was just perfect for seven of us. 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms , living space and kitchen , you could really nicely have your own space bathrooms did not have a proper ventilation (not saying its a host's fault, just how the building was built), so there was specific smell coming from it.

Close to restaurants and next door was the best coffee/pastries shop! The shower was warm. Apartment was spacious. Good storage. Safe: Key entrance to courtyard, building and apartment. Apartment needs a little TLC. Had to request a few times for clean towels. The bathroom window would not close...chilly in morning/night. Could use napkins, tissues and/or paper towels. Small bathroom but adequate.

The old man who cleans the apartment would keep giving us stares when we checked in and when we were loading our luggages to the van on our check out day, He told me and my family to dont step the floor and step outside. Which I think was very rude to encounter. I like the place that is neat but I dont think I'll stay here again if we have to deal with people like him again. Does he even own the whole apartment? If he comes to Canada, he would be treated differently too with that attitude!

• Arto (9/5): It was a very good stay! - The location was on a wooded boulevard right next to the Vatican. The house was well built and the rooms were with a high ceiling. The windows kept the noise out rather well. Valentina was a perfect hostess!

She met us with the keys and allowed us to leave our luggage slightly earlier than check in. She talked through the area and gave us ideas on what to see and where to eat. The apartment was light and airy and plenty of room for 6 of us. It was very clean and tidy. The Vatican was in walking distance and there were plenty of restaurants and small supermarkets around. Not anything to dislike however a suggestion, the apartment did not have any mirrors other than those in the bathrooms. 3 women trying to get ready at the same time was quite difficult maybe a mirror in each of the bedrooms would be helpful.

Not so much a dislike but a recommendation 😀. A couple of wine glasses would be great and maybe a place in each bathroom to hang hand towels and bath towels. A small floating shelf maybe below mirror in second bathroom (without bidet) would be helpful too.

It is close to the Vatican, approximately five-minute walk. The apartment is large and very comfortable. Valentina is a great host!! She is a big plus since she was always in continuous communication with us from the beginning when we first booked her apartment. She made our stay perfect! She did offer the service for us to be picked up from the airport for a reasonable fee which was perfect for us. On our departure day, she helped us get a taxi on the last day. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with her customer service. Whenever we had any questions, she was prompt with her replies. If we ever go back to Rome, we will probably stay at this apartment. Thank you for a great stay!! Nothing.
